Goodday Mama, pls I need milk suggestion for my 1year + baby. I think this peak 123 is purging him. He stools like 4 times a day now.

I found peak123 to b 2 sweet so I usually just switch 2 normal adult milk wen my los turn 1yr n dey tolerate it fine. U can try nido 123, some mamas here says it's beta dan peak.

@missmalachi, I feel u. Had a mc n evacuation few days 2 my ds bday. In fact my sis was asking me y I was walking awkwardly bt I just said stress of bday preparation. Mine started after I kpekused, so in my subsequent pregnancies I stayed off kpekus 4 d 1st 3mths nd I tank God dey all went smoothly. God gat u, u ll rejoice again very soon. Stay blessed.

Drink two satchet of pure water immediately u wake up daily before anything by the time you are ready for the loo, you will see the difference. Works well for me.

My dear i drink lots of warm water frequently, I really can't understand dis hard stool. Thank u 4 d suggestions, ll try d early mrn water.

'll av 2 do dat. I'm still taking pepper soup bt not as frequently as wen I just delivered. My stools were actually loose wen I was taking it twice daily. Ll take more. Tank u.

Tanks 4 ans, nothing was prescribed. Funny enough iv been having loose stools since delivery day till 2 days back wen everything changed. So uncomfortable, up till now. I don drink warm water tire.

Pls ooo, how do I soften my stool o, looks like my anus hole shrinked after delivery . Where do I get a stool softner 4rm? I can't fit 2 Shi.t since yestdy

My birth story:
All through dis preg, I had serious abdominal pains, sometimes I cldnt stand straight up. Lo wasn't has active as my oda children bt I just put it 2 d fact dat it was an anterior placenta. I kept praying 4 everything go so smoothly wit all d conflicting scans nd I wanted him 2 come b4 my edd cos I was eating nyhow.
Started my leave on d 1st nd I started my long walks. Kept having painful contractions bt nothing ffwld. Last week Wednesday my hubby packaged me 2 my mum's place after I had false Labour @ night. My hospital is close 2 my parents house. Still yet nothing. Just kept having on n off painful contractions.
Went back home on satdy wit d intention of coming back on Monday 4 antenatal. My children were already @ my parents 4 hols. All dis while, I noticed weneva I ate a big meal @ night, lo ll not move @tall till d next mrn bt if I don't, I feel flutters all night. So I concluded he was 2 comfortable. On satdy, hubby took me 2 d mkt after I got home, I stressed myself cooking soup n stew, making poundo yam bt dint participate in d eating. Lo was moving truout d night. At 2am started having serious abdominal pains, so I concluded it was hunger. Took 2 pieces of fish n a cup of milk. Hubby woke up later, hand started roaming nd I just went aheaded cos it's been a while I even gave him face.
After dat, I cldnt sleep, was having serious abdominal pains. I managed till past 6, woke hubby up nd told him I'm having tummy pain. Immediately saw d fear in his eyes. He likes 2 aviod all d labour part, his own is call me wen u give birth. Timing my pains it was 3mins apart. We got 2 d hospital @ past 7, sent him 2 get my stuff from mumsy place nd I cld c he wanted 2 b nywhere else bt dat hospital. After going tru n fro about 3 times, he finally made his escape home. I was checked nd I was told 2cm. In my mind I was like wit all dis pains. Bt @ least it wasn't false Labour. Started doing my breathing technique, tried moving about 2 speed up labour like d last time bt my leg was heavy. Contractions was painful bt d timing was not consistent. Apart 4rm d contractions, abdominal pain was still part of d package. Got checked at 10.30 or so n d doc told me we were progressing. Cos d timing was not consistent, I was not encouraged. Doc just said we shld wait 4 my water 2 break. My legs were heavy so I just sat down trying not 2 cry. Less dan 15mins later I felt a strong pain, I jumped up n shouted 4 d nurse. She came, took me 2 d labour room n I told her I want 2 push. She said no, it was d membrane, cald d doc on phone, she ran in. Meanwhile I was trying not 2 push bt I cldnt hold it. My water broke, my leg got weak n I was told 2 push wit d next contraction. I dint really av d strenght 2 do d Hollywood pushing I always do, bt my lo slipped out wit d little push I gave. I think my water breaking was more painful dan wen my lo slipped out. He had already pooped. Was injected 2 control d bleeding. Gave birth exatcly 11am 2 d glory of God.

One thing dis pregnancy taught me is dat no 2 pregnancies r dsame. Dis was my 3rd pregnancy. Wit my 1st child, apart from d cysts n fibroid dat was seen in my very 1st scan @ 8wks (wasn't seen in oda subsequent scan), I had a smooth preg. No aches, no cravings, nothing. D only difficult part was my labour which lasted about 6hrs b4 my boy came. For my dd, occasional abdominal pain was wit me, all scans was clear n Labour n delivery lasted about 3hrs without much pains.
Fast forward 2 dis pregnancy, everything was ok on scan, until I did a scan at 24weeks. Normally I do up to 6 scans in a pregnancy cos I stay in Benin n my hubby in lag. I only register in lag, so weneva I come in2 town, doc sends me 4 scan.
All scans were good till dis one, fibroid showed up blocking d birth canal, baby was breech, pcv was low n malaria was positive. Travelled back n came back in a month's time, went 4 scan n baby had turned 2 cephalic wit no fibroid seen. Fast forward 2 36wks, did a scan n grammer came out. Anterior placenta wit anoda node seen on d posterior side. Ha, I went 2 Mr Google, nd it said it's just 2 make sure everything comes out during delivery. My doc wasn't ok wit it, so she sent me 2 anoda scan centre d next week, nd nothing was seen on d posterior side nd my pcv went up 2 32percent. Edd came a week close n baby was weighing 3.1kg already.

@ Cherrymum1 u av used a lot already wit no result, y not take her 2 d doc 2 examine her. U know all rashes ain't same. Pele dear, she ll b fine.

@Melly245, I don't think it's spose 2 bleed o. My Ds did d ring type n it dint bleed @tall after d procedure till d ring fell. If d bleeding is not much myb it's d strain of him crying making it bleed. We used olive oil til d ring fell after few days. Sorry dear, dis 2 shall pass.

@ Zaynie b like sallah preparation no hold u down @tall dats y u fit think up dis kind tin.

My clinic uses olive oil during delivery. In fact one bottle of olive oil dey finish. I think it helps baby slips out easily.

my baby face is lighter than her body, what could be the cause, I used ori, Vaseline (blueseal) and coconut-oil mixture right from brithday, her skin is perfect, just the different shade of colour(face is fair, while body is a bit chocolate).

Iv been using Shea butter 4 both my kids 4rm day one till date n dia faces has always been lighter dan dia bodies. It dsnt bother me though.

If u complete d 5doses, u r covered 4 life. D last 2 is one yr apart so even in subsequent pregnancies u don't av 2 take all if u ffg tru. But if u miss nyone like me, u start all ova again wen u get pregnant again.

@ enkaydewdrop, sorry 4 d pains. VE is uncomfortable bt not painful, he shld av just let u b immediately he felt u were tight. He dint av 2 keep at it wit all d screaming. All VE iv done has never left me traumatised, I just feel a little bit uncomfortable n after a while I'm good. D Lord ll grant u ur heart desire of a VD after all some pple wey no kpekus truout pregnancy still give birth tru VD. August mamas I dey hail.

MumZ my own hubby loves mostly all the chips n sauce, yamballs, moimoi all those kinds...he will hardly eat the normal heavy foods for iftar...so myb u could try those...with maybe sides of fruits, soup etc..

My problem is him loosing 2 much weight cos has it is he is on d slim side. So I'm trying 2 feed him meals dat ll keep his weight intact @least, bt 4 where he is not helping matters. Eats like a bird. Still saying his throat is not opened in d mrn n in d evns after taking fruits, 2 eat food becomes an issue. He is even trying now, by d time I go back 2 base I'm afraid he may drink water in d mrn n eat just fruits @ night.

@ Lovinam pls, is dere any way 2 reduce dat after delivery pain. I dint experience it wit my first bt wit my gal, it came on during breastfeeding n it was wen I read about it, I saw d belle is contracting. Dat pain was terrible n I read it gets worse wit subsequent kids. Though I dint know wen it later subsided. But is dere a way 2 prevent it or a medication 2 reduce d pain? Cos d 1st time it hapnd, I almost dropped my baby in my rush 2 put her down. Sorry 4 my long tory bt I'm really not looking 4wrd 2 dat pain. Tank u.

Rota is different 4rm Penta. Rota n PCV is not free in govt. hospital in Lagos n Abuja. U av 2 pay 4 it in private hospitals n dia prices varies.

@ teamie captain britneystacy, abeg wetin do honey during pregnancy o, cos instead of sugar i use honey. In fact I cant remember d last time I ate sugar, iv been using honey both in n out of pregnancy. Pls o, wetin b d risk, cos iv never heard of ny.

@ hajarahbadmus, don't worry ur Labour ll b short n quick insha Allah. My 1st felt like 4eva, bt 4 my 2nd it was very fast, less dan 2hrs n not @tall so painful. By d time d pain was getting unbearable, I was ready 2 push. Also d breathing technique helped me wit my 2nd, unlike wen I was shouting during my 1st. I was also very active during my 2nd preg dan d 1st, lots of walks. Finally, positive confessions n prayers helpd a lot. Kept praying n telling God wat I wanted 4rm day one of my pregnancy. It's well sis, don't let fear take over. God is in total control.
