Chestnut: jst pick a day u will like to stop,den Dnt give her trough out d day and d night,jst giv her tea or anything she likes wen she cries at nyt,den as for u,u will wear ur bra day and nyt take it off only wen u want to take ur bath,ur bre.st will be swollen and painful jst endure and take paracetamol to ease d pain,jst make sure u dont press or pump d milk if u do,it will be like u are still feeding ur baby.do it for like 3 to 4 days or until d milk dries off Dats all.dis style is cald goin 'cold turkey' n its can b very painful. i used it wen i wantd 2 wean my boy, i hd 2 mke sure i wasnt d 1 caring him wen he was cryn. i wasnt my self 4 almost a wk. i sugest u reduce d no of feeds u usually gve like sme1 suggestd, dis sends a signal 2 ur body n d milk productn starts 2 reduce. b4 u knw it d milk as dried up. its beta dan jst stopn 1ce o. dat 1 na punishmt 4 mother n child. 1 Like |
