I cannot wake a person pretending to sleep.

Everything pointed to the northerners being attacked and killed by protesters who were ipob members who hijacked the endsars protest

Maybe you lack data to watch the video shot by the northerners mentioning ipob as their attackers.

If not convinced go and watch Wikes ban video on youtube where he explicitly mentioned their attack on another ethnic group.

If still in doubt go to Oyigbo to find out this fact.
I copied this text from the link you gave me

On the 20th of October ENDSARS protesters storm the streets , moving from road to road going towards ELEME demanding for an end to police brutality.

When some people, civilians like them stopped them and denied them passage. I comfirmed from multiple sources and my sources said those who stopped where of the Hausa extraction. (I don't know why, but their actions must not be unconnected to the narrative that the ENDSARS protest was political motivated, and heavily influenced by now proscribed succession ist group IPOB

Their actions didn't sit well with the protesters as they felt they being denied passage through their indigenous land.

The fracas quickly resulted to violence, in the process one life was lost. An Hausa Man

I bolded the word narrative for you to see for yourself that everything that took place was as a result of a mere narrative. How will they not mention ipob when wike has labelled all the protesters ipob? Have you seen any ipob protester without a biafran flag? Or without ipob printed materials? Why have you decided not to use your brain? Wike is pursuing something else and not ipob. How else will you explain the careless killings of innocent citizens by the army? Imagine going from house to house to harass young men and women. Isn't that the definition of stupidity? Is that how to look for "ipob members "?

Oga try and get sense. He wrote about events in Rivers State and you're asking about the whole Nigeria. Wike is governor of Rivers and has the constitutional obligation to protect Riverians especially from external factors originating from Abia state which goes by the name IPOB. I support shoot on sight on all IPOB miscreants in Rivers State.
You should try and get sence. He asked you if all the police stations that were burnt down during the protest were burnt by ipob. It just looks like the end SARS protest in Oyigbo had a different meaning to wike. He sees all protesters as ipob. An evidence of this was when he declared the leader of the Endsars protest in Oyigbo an ipob member and wanted. Can you imagine? Someone who was protesting peacefully with the Nigerian flag! Nigerians have a very big problem mentally. Tufiaaakwa!

Here is a summary of all that happened in Oyigbo.

1. It all started with Ipob youths attacking Hausa's, policemen and also destroying properties.

2.The governor(Wike) of the state asked them(Ipob) to stop, that in his state, every tribe is welcomed and u have no right to kill any body.

3.He(Wike) said every IPOB activities must stop in his state since they(IPOB) are already a terrorist group, he won't allow them operate in his state and also put a N50m bounty on someone and all he needs is useful information that will lead to his arrest.

4.On hearing this, the leader of IPOB(Mazi Nnamdi Kanu) placed a N100m bounty on wike, not a death or alive bounty but that they should bring Wike's head.

5.The governor decided to bring the military to Oyigbo since they(IPOB) are willing to play, he(Wike) was also prepared not to disappoint them

6.Some persons died in the process.(RIP)

7. IPOB: Wike is killing Igbos(Yes, I believed some innocent people may have died.)

You really believe that IPOB just got up one day, started killing Northerners burning down Police stations and killing Soldiers and Police?

Dont you think that if this is how IPOB operates, they would have been doing the same in Abia, Imo Enugu and other places?

There is nothing that happened in Oyigbo that was not happening all across the South of Nigeria during ENDSARS. Police stations were being burnt, property destroyed and lives lost in almost every state in the South of Nigeria

But it was only Wike who went about proscribing people, shouting terrorism, imposing week long curfew and inviting the military
That's not even the issue. First of all its not proven that ipob killed northerners else at least we would have seen or heard some biafran chants.
Politics › Re: Extrajudicial Killings In Oyigbo: Is It Right? by Muna4real(f): 2:42pm On Nov 01, 2020
BMedia:

Oyigbo was the only place innocent northern businessmen were massaccred in cold blood by a proscribed secessionist group ipob.

This could have degenerated into inter-ethnic war with reprisals in the North if drastic measures were not taken. Some selfish ipobs were happy thinking the reprisals to their oyigbo killings would happen to innocent igbos in the north (they were even mocking them for not returning home) not knowing there are several ways to skin a cat.

So all these in addition to the army & police killings by the same proscribed group in the same town.

That is the key difference that many are pretending or deliberately refusing to acknwoledge.

Was Oyigbo the only place they burnt Police station? The madness in Benin and Lagos was worst than that in Rivers, yet we didn't see Police retaliation. Whether IPOB or not, Wike has made a fool of himself by allowing the security personnel do as they wish. It was the same nonsense he did in Onne with Stanley Mgbere. Inasmuch, as I dislike IPOB, any security operative that carries out extrajudicial killings on civilians should be arrested, prosecuted and hanged. We can not be protesting against EndExtrajudicialkillings and yet some idiots are allowed to carry out killings at any given opportunity. What happens to arresting people? What are the courts made for in the first place? Any animal carrying out a new wave of Odi or Zaki-Ibiam anywhere in Nigeria must be made pay for it.
Help me ask ohh. There was looting and destruction of properties in almost every state of the south. I don't know why wike is making the EndSARS protest in a local government look like an ipob protest. Killing innocent people and tagging them ipob. Can you imagine stupidity?

I wonder why you people expect us to hail people who are always harming nndigbo. What the hell is wrong with these one nigerianists?

Stop all this nonsense. Why should he speak igbo when you said it yourself hes not igbo ?

It was reported that the young men exchanged shots with the army, the army comes back to finish the battle.

Help connect the dots how all this is Wike's doing directly or indirectly ?

Are you not supposed to be aware that all of Wike's words was to divert attention from Rivers State and to thereby prevent even more than one community to be flooded with federal might?

Use your senses and calculate what he's not saying in what he's saying. He's saying i wished i could but to prevent the entire state and extending to the region turned into battleground, men lay low

Use your senses, when speaking on delicate issues of such sensitivity, it's done with lots of astute silence
You didn't answer some important questions raised. Some young men were being dragged out of their houses and killed. Some young ladies rapped. Now the question is, are these young men and girls ipob members? Even from the videos and pics of what is going on there, you can't sight biafran flag there or any ipob materials.

Isn't it obvious that wike is trying to accomplish a mission in obigbo and justifying his actions by calling the victims ipob members?

Oriaku is not in the mood for long talk.
I thank Gov wike for taming Ipob madness in my maiden state.
I remember opening a thread in which I educated Ipobs about Rivers state and south south but they didn't hear,
the truth is that Rivers state and south south want Restructuring and Resource control,
This heterogenous Biafra thing led by that noise maker in London is a NO NO for me.
he will lead Igbos to the slaughter house if we are not careful
Truth is that this Ipob of a thing is now a sorethroat to Igbos ,
its time to lay low .
don't raise an anti-southeast antics in the state.
enough of Ipob stupidity in the state.
Rivers stands for a Restructured Nigeria
South east will gain the most under a restructured Nigeriq but if Biafra agitation is something you can't drop,
then Limit it to the south east states!
Long live the Igbo nation!!!
Are you thanking someone for killing people randomly and calling them ipob? That's what I see from the photos and videos from that place. The military is shooting at unarmed people who are going on their normal business and calling them ipob . Why is nobody asking why the biafran flag is not seen on the "ipob members "?

So if the people of Oyigbo are frustrated, so their best bet is to vent their anger on Hausa traders. I don't get you. Protest were ongoing across the Nation and IPOB thought it wise to cause Carnage and you're justifying it by mentioning years of neglect of Oyigbo. Since you're clamouring for Oyigbo to be added to Abia, I want to ask, is Aba ( inarguably the most important city in Abia) not a slum compared to Oyigbo?
If you have no evidence to prove that those killings were done by ipob, and that the victims were hausas living in the area, then you should just close your laptop and stop typing rubbish. For God's sake the SARS protests happened in all parts of southern Nigeria and people where killed ( the military and civillians) . I don't know why some people blame it on ipob and carry false news everywhere .

And no matter what happened in that part of the country, it doesn't justify the house to house killings going on there. Soldiers are just shooting sporadically and you claim you are looking for ipob members? Isn't that stupidity?
