This same attitude of *Kanu CAN NOT do any wrong* in their eyes is the attitude that has made certain pastors feel like they're God.
So Kanu has been threatening Uche Mefor as well. Serious trouble in paradise, yet, none of you cared to share.
Well, if anyone wants to know every rot associated with the character Kanu, look up this guy on Fb. As long as kanu did not kill anyone, we love him like that okay. |

I don't know who is bankrolling you, but I would like you to tell that fool that he should give you a better job with which you can improve on your life. I see no reason why someone that is not igbo should be bothered about igbo matters. Is ipob protesting in your state? How come ipob is not a burden to nndigbo in igbo land, but is a burden to an outsider? What's your problem? |
Politics › Re: If Some Churches In Nigeria Have 247 Power Supply, Why Can't Nigeria Have Same? by Muna4real(f): 7:52pm On Sep 09, 2020 |
NiceMen: Few days ago, someone ( Mistakemaker) created a thread to ask "What's Exactly Stopping Nigeria From Having 24/7 Electricity? " See here: https://www.nairaland.com/6100821/whats-exactly-stopping-nigeria-having
A lot of people gave series of replies, majority were excuses, some borne out of ignorance and others were to cover governments ineptude. We can't pin this only on PMB, even though he is part of past and present leaders that failed us.
But what many of those commenters may not know is that some Churches in Nigeria actually experience 247 power supply.
One in particular is Winners Chapel in Sango Ota. This is not hersey but something I experience. Their power source have NEVER gone off since I came to this Local Government. A few months ago, It was read on nairaland that they also planning another one in order to power the Canaan City Project that will house over 2000 housing units.
I also learned that RCCG is building 25MW power plant.
Now, the question I have in mind since thinking about this is, IF these churches can make this happen, why can;t the country in which they are able to achieve this, make it possible for all her citizens?
I remember discussing this with a friend and he gave me series of excuse. I told him to explain why Canaan Land can have constant power supply but Nigeria as whole does not have..,
I am not seeking to make front page (though, it would be good so that we can have a wider view), but my knowledge of these things is rusty and I will like to know. Oga you are just looking for a way to drag the church into the mud. Is it only them that have steady electricity? Go to the houses of politicians ,past presidents and former head of states. You can even visit wealthy neighborhoods in Lagos and Abuja if you like. They all have steady electricity. All government houses and estates have steady electricity. Even Aso rock is not excluded. But yet instead of you to ask your president why he has steady electricity and you don't, you choose to drag the church into your confusion. What's exactly your problem? |

marsman: You definitely don't know what you are talking about, referendum you say, let take a referendum, then you will see that, the set of people clamouring for Biafra, are the touts and vagabond among them. You can't see a hard working Igbo man, clamour for a useless course. You also talk about equality, there is no equality in the country, but an Igbo man EBELE GOODLUCK JOHNATHAN, was voted in for president for years, giving all his Igbo brothers and sisters , the juicy part of federal Government position then. There is no equality, but an Igbo man can perform his business, anywhere in Nigeria without anybody, disturbing his business like we see in south Africa. There is no equality but, the Igbo people leave and work in the south west in both federal University and Establishment, with no form of racial disturbance. There is no equality but, An Igbo woman, was nominated for WTO director by the President, there is no equality but we have Igbo ministers If you don't have anything keep quite. Back to the establishment, Shells company that is located Abia state is a secondary school abi. The federal Government is giving them there Yearly allocations, which is even more than that of some major cities in Nigeria, it is not there fault, the leaders they choose, are not thinking of them, and are using the allocation for there own personal gain. And then you compared south sudan, to To south east in Nigeria check for yourself , and see the lack of common sense in the comparison. Nigeria is an interdependent state, and if the Igbos, should try living they will live, but they wouldn't survive. And what is your business if they don't survive? Is it your survival? |

Skyfornia: Sorry to deviate..
Am I the only one or is there someone else who has noticed that recently, any issue affecting the whole of nigeria, like bad policies from the government, increased in VAT, electricity bill or fuel pump price increase..the Igbos hardly join in protest. When I said Igbos I mean the 5 South eastern states.
Is this to show that despite majority of Igbos being against this government, yet those that supported the government(especially north and south west) are the ones being hit by the famine? Cause there has been series of protests in Abuja, Lagos and some other northern and south western states, yet the 5 eastern states are quiet about it and going about their normal businesses.
Two things are involved, 1. It is either the Igbos don't see the challenges as a burden. Or
2. Igbos truly don't care about Nigeria and only interested in Biafra.. meaning whatever is happening in Nigeria is none of their business. Lol. It's like you don't understand. I remember when sowore was protesting and so many igbos did not join the protest. They sat behind their keyboards supporting him from the internet. Let me tell you why. Over the years, ever since that your current president was sworn into office, any cause that the igbos support will be looked at like a biafra protest . If not a biafra protest, then the whole Nigeria will look at the matter and say we are protesting or reacting because we hate buhari and apc. That's the truth. Let's start from when buhari was busy appointing only northerners into key offices. We voiced our displeasure, but everyone said that it's because we hate buhari. The Niger delta avengers case came, and every body said that we hate buhari and that's the reason we support the avengers. There are so many things that happened that time, and when we say something against the government, then we automatically hate buhari. So what's the need? If we protest on the streets against the government today, just watch. You will see your useless government officials coming out to ask if we are the only people in Nigeria. What do you want us to do? So we left you to do the protesting. At least you are not igbos, and so, they will hear you. And by the way, igbos are surprised with the protests because we honestly thought that you guys love the country and the way it is. Don't blame us because the way you guys react when we speak against the government, it will make someone believe that we just making noise because we hate buhari. We are surprised ohh. We didn't expect you to protest. We thought you loved the country. So please don't blame us okay. |

Politics › Re: Senator Alex Kadiri: Why Igbo Can’t Get The Presidency In 2023 by Muna4real(f): 12:06am On Sep 06, 2020 |
This is just hypocrisy shown by other Nigerians to the igbos. When candidates from other regions contested for presidency, nndigbo did not ask for any conditions. We voted from our hearts. We didn't ask for bridges, neither did we ask the candidates from other tribes to" speak with one voice " like they have been telling igbos to do. In fact, non of them have built bridges with nndigbo till today.
I don't see Nigeria ever becoming "one Nigeria " because it is clear that those in power and the citizens would rather die than see that happen, but will pretend that we are one. Let me see how far this pretence will go. |

MASTAkiLLAh: How do you expect an ijaw, Efik, kalabari or Ibibio man to pronounce this ? Your Biafra which is a legitimate struggle by the way is too Igbocentric to the exclusion of other tribes that IPOB is trying to coerce into the movement. Thanks to Buhari, we’re already second class citizens in Nigeria, lower than Fulani cows, we can’t face the same scenario in a new nation. Nnamdi Kanu and co should do the needful or leave us out of his charade It is igbocentric because it's mostly the igbos who are fighting for the cause. Nobody asked you not to join the struggle right? If you don't want biafra to be seen as igbocentric, then don't leave the work for igbos alone . Anyways, the igbos I know will still welcome anyone who did not struggle for the actualization of biafra. |

It is rather sad that most Nigerians pastors are materialistics and do not follow the footsteps of Jesus. I don't need the help of any pastor to serve my God.
