Did they hold the meeting in the house of any police officer? Were they holding any ipob properties? Were they planning a coup? And is the punishment for holding illegal meetings death?

Well written. My story is a very sad one. I'm an introvert, but I didn't know that I was an introvert until I got to the University. Growing up was hell. This was because I experienced very very bad emotional abuse as a child. It was so bad that I cried every night and prayed to die. I ran away from home about 5 times but usually came back before nightfall because I was scared of the dark. Everyone thought that I had a problem when I choose to be alone and my parents especially my dad would beat and insult my every being because of my nature. I was never happy during my childhood days. I can't go into details here because it's a very long story. Anyways, I have accepted who I am and I'm moving on with my life.

I am only trying to show you guys that those kids in the pics are not biafran soldiers. Those are school children judging from the look on their uniforms and they look like they are of the same age grade. They are definitely pupils of the same class. My grandfather told me stories of how children wrote things about the wall on their school board and walls. They used the strong stems of trees or cassava stems to mimic the biafran soldiers who always marched passed their school chanting war songs. As you can see in the pics, there is no biafran soldier training them there.

If only you told me that teenagers were recruited into the army, I would have believed you. It was very common then for teenagers to be recruited into the Nigerian army without education . Buhari and many others joined the army at a young age years before the war.

It is only in Nigeria that an ethnic group is expected to rejoice over the killing of their men and woman.

I forgot to add that your first paragraph is funny. Ojukwu is wicked because he led a war to remove his people from a country that is taking pleasure in slaughtering them? What about those who killed nndigbo in the north during the pogrom. They ripped off the bellies of pregnant women and burnt them. Bodies of nndigbo were littered in the gutters. In fact, the pogrom was the cause of the war. There is no normal people that will witness that pogrom and not go into war, not even the fulanis. So tell me, if ojukwu is wicked and deserve to go to hell for fighting for the freedom of his people, what will you call those people who partook in the pogrom? Hmm?

Let me give you some advice. Learn to be proud of your heritage. You come to nairaland to always claim igbo, what have you gained. Face your troubled region and be proud of it. Claiming igbo will not solve the numerous problems there. Take a look at nnamdi Kanu and learn from him. He has recognized that his region is facing irredeemable problems in Nigeria, and he is moving a motion for biafra. You should also look for solutions for your region.

How can some people just be killing themselves over ordinary flag. The man just put a little adjustment and asked biafrans what they think about it. Is it good or not?
