Don't confuse yourself. The Supreme Court has not accepted anything. Hence, the case is not under review yet rather it is the application for review that the Supreme Court is set to hear on March 2nd. It is only when the application is heard and granted that the judgment can be reviewed. If they refuse the application WHICH I KNOW THEY WOULD then that's the end of the matter.

Just wondering....... Ihedioha and his party {PDP] have been calling for a review, protesting everywhere and telling everyone who cares to listen as to how they were robbed of their mandate in Imo.

Now the Supreme court set today the 18th day of February for the hearing of their application and it turned out they were not ready to proceed with the review. According to reports by channels TV their lawyer Kanu Agabi started by asking for more time to file more papers which I think they forgot to file while protesting at various embassies.

Are they really ready for this review? Or as Clevite a Nairalander opined....... Now they realize they need to file more documentary evidence; the documents they didn't know they should have filed from the inception of the case from Tribunal till it was finally determined at the Supreme Court. A case of systematic re-litigating of the case in the guise of a review.


Let's discuss...... what do you think might be responsible for this delay tactics by Ihedioha and his team of audio lawyers?
