Miss Ruth,your case similar to mine,I supposed to get automatic appointment then at FUNAAB,immediately Prof Balogun bowed out as VC,the incumbent cancelled it.
But God is still alive for evermore,I put in for different scholarship programmes in Africa and overseas countries.
I am very happy today that because white people are not like Africa,if you merited it,they will give you,I was awarded two scholarships fully sponsored by EU to study Research Methods at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Kenya and Environmental Engineering at University of Nairobi.
I faced a problems of selection before I put in for Research Methods.
Today am living like a king,If I like after my program,I can put in for Nigeria, i f I don't like I start my own business with little money I gathered.
Don't waste yourself dear ,wake and apply like never before.
Opportunities yapa brekete,and to make it better for,you are FEMALE, WHAOOOOOO!!!!!!!
As am talking to you in front of me is another fellowship awarded me by an organisation to carry out my research in Nigeria worth 2 millions naira.

1) a minister is a mere representative of the president in that ministry
2) the president can pass his directives or give instructions based on his manifesto to any ministery WITH OR WITHOUT A MINISTER
3) ministers are only needed when the president wants to reduce the work load on him.... And if the president is not complaining..... I wonder y u should.. ....

Try and apply,these scholarships are not biased, if you qualified, you will be selected.
They don't want to know you or where you came from,they always after the documents you submitted to them.

He did the right thing via wrong channel.
I could remembered vividly when my immunity started going down,I went for several test,until that doctor said,I must go for HIV test,I wanted the ground to open and swallow me up,profusely sweating like a xmas goat,I summoned courage to do it,the result would be ready in 3 days,my wedding is a month time in Nigeria,I told myself,I wont go for the result until my wedding is over and back to kenya,That is how I ran away to Nigeria.
After I came back,I started counting all the ladies I had an affair with whether they can have it or not,until my wife force me to go for the result,I told the doctor,dont just read anything for me,print it for me and let me go,he printed it,I left,on my way home,summoned courage anyhow,anyhow,omo okunrin kii ku lee meji,Thank GOD, IT IS NEGATIVE!!!!, I ordered for Nyama choma(fried meat and cold drink)
