Private motorbikes are not the same as those being used as Okada. Privately used ones are called powerbikes. You better make enquiries so as not to run into trouble!

Very well said. I was expecting the ban to be total. Maybe that will come when the Governor secures his second term. Oshodi and Mushin local governments are totally chaotic with Okadas. Jakande gate in Isolo is like a war zone with Okadas! What a shame!

Lagos state is already defaced with Okadas and it is so shameful!
