4 months ke? The one that happened at Toyota bus stop on the Oshodi-Apapa expressway was not up to this and the bridge was shut down for almost one year!

Our markets are not organized...any small fire will turn to disaster. I blame the citizens mostly, I'm sure if there are fire extinguishers stationed at every corner of the market, some people will steal them.

The problem is that there is no enforcement of discipline in Nigeria and the Local government boys are not helping matters. They create market spots for traders in the most absurd places.
They care only about the daily tolls from the traders without caring about any hazard that may happen from their selfish and inappropriate actions!

Precisely what happened at Toyota link Bridge to MMA Airport early last year. The Bridge was closed for one year and driving around that area was hell.

Very well said. By selling PHCN to people who know nothing about Electricity, Jonathan laid a bad foundation for perpetual failure of electricity in Nigeria. No government can build anything meaningful on that bad foundation. The only way out is to allow states to generate, transmit and distribute electricity!

My dear, you are absolutely correct with your submission. That is the main reason the Audio Governor, GSM, doesn't joke with civil servants and pensioners salaries in Oyo state.
Since he took over from Ajimobi, the public water works in Ibadan has stopped functioning and the Governor is not bothered. High brow areas like Oluyole estate lack treated water. Everyone relies on borehole and Wells. It's a shame!

One of the bad aspects of petrol scarcity is that people tend to buy petrol in Jerry cans or kegs and take along in their vehicles while traveling. I seriously want to believe that the bus carrying passengers carried extra petrol in a keg. When accidents happen in a situation like that, you can imagine the extent of burning the occupants of such vehicles will suffer!
