According to Agbado urchins it was an Igbo rally, so why are the yorubas and other tribes not at the stadium to celebrate the independence?
Because a lot of Lagosians know the type of traffic gridlock the Obidient rallies will cause. People stayed home to avoid being trapped on the roads!

Why is it that past and present Governors of that state didn't deem it necessary to construct that international market somewhere else in the state where necessary drainage facilities will be provided and waste disposal will be top priority!

How many non-Igbo Nigerians were there? Or, who would be senseless that would want to be counted with failures with delusion of grandeur yet living in fool's paradise? Those ones were spare parts traders from Abuja and the surrounding States, now on solidarity walk with their Grand Patron.
Good point. That is exactly what will play out on October 1st. Ibo traders from Alaba international, Trade fair complex, Vespa, Alaba Rago, Ladipo, Arena, Computer village and those trading in Ikorodu will close shop for the March. Non ibos participation will be very little or non at all!

Banks sucks
Sorry to add another angle to this topic. Can someone please explain to me why it is now difficult to receive money sent from families or associates from abroad. When you go to any bank in Nigeria to process money sent from abroad through Moneygram or Western Union or Ria, the first thing the bank will tell you is that Dollars are not available. Some banks will say they only have smaller denominations like $20 or $10. Why are the banks doing this?

One thing I've come to realise is that anytime Buhari refuses to interfer in election, Tinubu always lose

Buhari promise he will not interfer in Edo state governor election and Tinubu APC lost

Buhari promise he will not interfere in Osun state governorship election and Tinubu APC lost

Buhari has promised that he will not allow rigging in 2023 Presidential election and I trust Tinubu will lose

Tinubu will cannot win any election without rigging and buying of votes
So how come Tinubu won the APC Presidential primary election without Buhari's interference?

The same happened in 2013 when Raji Fashola banned okadas. Commuters were trecking. It was a nightmare.

However, the higher the price, the higher the quantity supplied. Soon, the number of commercial vehicles increased and the shortfall met.

This will happen again. It will take awhile.

Don't say I told you but I overhead okadas will start sneaking back in future. Don't say I told you
The sneaking back will not happen. You are forgetting that Governor Sanwo-olu has another term of 4 years to go. What will happen is that the foreign Okada men will go back to wherever they came from or relocate to neighboring states and the Nigerians amongst them will find something else to do!

Have you put the elderly and infirm into the equation?
The elderly and the infirm were the ones badly affected by Okadas on the roads. The elderly cannot walk safely on the roads and even try to cross from one side of the road to the other side without being knocked down by the reckless Okadas. There should be total ban of Okadas in the whole of Nigeria!

The reason their hospitals in those places are not over congested. Okadas made people lazy to walk in Nigeria. Walking is good for health!

Don't politicize this.. I don't like sanwo I think he is a stooge and a puppet but on this I am with him 100 percent ..lagosians demanded for it and we are not complaining.. it is stressful yes but we prefer this to aboki flooding everywhere and everything in the name of okada .. violent lots ....their wahala had become too much in Lagos.. we will rather treck than have them turn Lagos to sambisa.. Lagos will give an alternative..it will regulate .. the market is too big to ignore.. an app will be built like gokada as we.had before but this time more organized.. it's already being worked on
. For now let's clear everywhere ban all across Lagos .. let the ban continue
Gogaka or any sort of motorcycle for public transportation should not be encouraged. No civilised Country use motorcycle for public transportation!

The idea, I suppose, is to help rural dwellers in the core north to recognize the logo and emblem of the Labour Party and everything combined.

Regulate, not ban. Ensure they have residents card, riders license, ID etc then regulate and tax them. Speed limits, passenger limits, safety equipment. Since the bans have accidents entirely stopped? Have criminal activities entirely stopped? Bikes are not guns (for instance) and so are not criminal equipment in themselves, they are inherently legal. And we know they help ease the transport shortcomings of Lagos.
Motorcycles are not a safe means of public transportation.

Didn't you listen to Governor Sanwo-olu when he proclaimed that the first phase of the ban has resulted in massive reduction of bike accidents cases in Lagos hospitals and even lower criminal activities perpetrated by Okada riders?

My friend, look for alternative means of transportation!

reduce their operations time to 6 am to 6 pm each day
That won't work and you know it. Even the ban that is in force now is not totally obeyed. Go to the service lane on the Oshodi-Apapa expressway and see Okada operating morning, afternoon and night without fear. That also goes for most forbidden roads. Everyone knows that a total ban in the whole of Lagos state is what is actually needed!
