TravelRe: Many Nigerians Living In Nigeria Hate Nigerians In Diaspora, Jealous Much? by Muscomide: 3:37pm On Aug 26, 2013
victorv12: Jenny Preach! A lot of these people that we think that are exposed and highly learned in Nigeria are bunch of illiterates! Any civil minded being should not be living in Nigeria.

What Nigerians at home fail to realize is that, they are ignorant to the fact that they live in darkness. If as a Nigerian you never traveled out and you live all your life at home, I'm sorry to say, you're not exposed.

No amount of education or browsing the internet that can deliver, that person will remain ignorant mentally to life. There is nothing in this world like being exposed.

Since the day I witnessed Amsterdam Light Festival, since that day, I gave up! There are places you go and you won't like to be associated as a Nigerian. What I saw with my eyes, how these people designed and lit up the entire street with light bulbs of different shapes illuminating...I said to myself, it doesn't worth it coming back home.
The fact is folk like you and JennyKadry are reaping where you haven't sowed. Eyin omo ale jati jati!!

jennykadry: No you don't have dual citizenship, you are based in okoko and managing your MB, so it is easier for you to come here and talk trash
JennyKadry, it has to be one of two things. Either you are deliberately playing the 'devil's advocate' or you have very low intellect. I am willing to wager that the latter applies to you.

Case Closed!!!!
TravelRe: Many Nigerians Living In Nigeria Hate Nigerians In Diaspora, Jealous Much? by Muscomide: 2:48pm On Aug 26, 2013
Shame on you, JennyKadry. You stay in your 'diaspora'and cast aspersions on your fatherland, Nigeria. Pray tell, who do you expect to develop and improve Nigeria for you to enjoy? It falls upon each and everyone of us to contribute our quota to the development of Nigeria. How dare you? A Yoruba adage says only a bastard of a child points to his or her father's home using a finger from the left hand. If the cap fits you, JennyKadry, you wear it!! And before you accuse me of jealousy, I also, am in diaspora and have dual nationality.
PoliticsRe: Boy Stowed Away In Arik Flight To Lagos by Muscomide: 11:44am On Aug 26, 2013
KingsleyCEO: WEEPING MOOD ACTIVATED

A young boy hid himself in the tyre of an aircraft with the intention of landing abroad, I thought it was a joke when I first read it, now it just dawn on me that reality is actually play live. You see what our backwardness as a country has cost us? To some, its very funny and they are telling people to share to make them laugh. An American citizen can never embark in that kind of crazy adventure, neither will a British citizen...
Now To our leaders:
Can you please fix our economy?
Can you please give us power for industries?
Can you please bridge the gap between the poor and the rich?
Can you please make us all proud of our country?
Can you please stop playing politics with sensitive issue?
huhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuh
Tell them!! Useless people.

SportsRe: Tom Saintfiet To Report Keshi To FIFA For 'Racism' by Muscomide: 9:34am On Aug 24, 2013
I am certain that majority of Keshi's critics are Nigerians in disapora, mostly In Europe and America. There is a certain awareness of norms of behaviour and tact which comes from living in the West. Untravelled NIgerians are unlikely to see anything wrong in Keshi's behaviour and words. I guess the folks in Nigeria defending Keshi's utterances have not actually bothered to listen to the audio and video recording of the interview due to the phone charges that will be incurred. Our country would be transformed for the better if more of our people are exposed to the norms of behaviour, the restraint and tact that obtains in most advanced societies. Keshi needs to engage his brain before opening his mouth or risk bringing ridicule not only on himself and his position, but on Nigeria as a whole. Enough of this mediocrity in our national life.

Bunker: Tom is trying to do things here> to tarnish the image of Nigeria more but he should be careful cuz terrorist are hearing him cuz he might just get what his afraid of.
In which case, the point the Malawi coach is making about Nigeria would have been proven.
SportsRe: Tom Saintfiet To Report Keshi To FIFA For 'Racism' by Muscomide: 3:54am On Aug 24, 2013
Shame on Keshi for shooting the messenger. The fact is that no place in the Nigeria of today can be said to be safe. Moreover, a coach of Keshi's standing should be better able to put his point across in a diplomatic way without coming across like a racist thug. We need to keep our house in order and not blame non Nigerians who perceive our country to be unsafe.
SportsRe: Darren Young WWE Wrestler Is Gay by Muscomide: 10:18am On Aug 20, 2013
emmysenior: Na wao... I won't judge, but come to think of it, I think this gay stuff isn't good at all...

Me thinks, that most people are initiated into it and that people started doing it as a result of unavailability of men/women around them for a long time and they later became addicted to doing their fellows...

Reasons why I think it's a bad omen are:

1. History has it that, it was termed as a brain disorder in 1873.

2. Even God's creatures are all made in twos.

3. A gay can never be a president.

4. They can never procreate.

5. Even the bible kicked against it. (Sodom and Gormorah)

TravelRe: Stay And Develop Your Country- Briton To Nigerian Youths by Muscomide: 5:20pm On Aug 11, 2013
ShymX: An upright guy with a discerning mind said what most want to say, yet you lot are critiquing the hard truth. Bringing up issues about colonial times. Hello, colonialism ended years ago - you can't keep blaming everyone for your woes, you need to stand up and be counted. Heck, if the UK wish to re-colonise Nigeria, it can do so with ease. You don't have the military power to challenge any country in Europe, that's the bitter truth.

This generation of African youths have failed Africa. Till you lot go back to your African-ness, embrace what made your ancestors great, and stand up for what's right in your countries - your children and the generations after them will never forgive you. Keep selling your souls for a nickle and running around the world like pikeys, thus becoming everyone's burden - and stay hoping some super-power in Europe/America would come down to Africa and develop your countries for you.

Rather hold your leaders responsible for your woes and speak in unison against the kleptomaniacs that are holding your future and your countries by the choke-hold - you get partisan like idiots and run like cowards.

God bless that guy - it shows liberal white folks understand Africa better than Africans! cool

And this is coming from a black conscious brother! tongue

CelebritiesRe: Tina Turner Weds Erwin Bach In Switzerland by Muscomide: 8:50pm On Aug 10, 2013
dasparrow: She is looking good because she is not living a life of poverty and after her abusive marriage to Ike Turner ended, she found herself a white man who has treated her right and worshiped the ground she walks on. She is also a well-to-do American woman who does not have to endure the excruciating hot African sun, the dusty streets, poor infrastructure, poor healthcare system, societal pressure, gender discrimination, nasty in-laws, a cheating significant other or spouse and many more horrible things that the average Nigerian married woman endures daily. So tell me why you expect all Nigerian ladies to look stunning after marriage and childbirth when most are treated like glorified house maids and baby breeding machines by their husbands and in-laws?

@Post

Happy married life Tina.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Pays Condolence Visit To Fashola by Muscomide: 9:17am On Aug 10, 2013
Raxxye: Do u mean Fashola doesn't deserve the condolences because his father got to 80 years before he died? U think the man doesn't miss his dad? You do not seem to understand parental bond. Do u know how old Nelson Mandella is, who is presently ill, and the whole of South Africa has been all out praying for his recovery? There's a saying that: 'you will probably always see a corpse as a log of wood until your own close relative dies'.
You just do not get it,do you?? Fashola's dad was a private citizen, incomparable to Mandela. Jonathan at present is the sitting president of Nigeria. Such condolence visits trivialise the office of 'President & Commander-in-Chief'. Wake up and smell the coffee!
