A people get the leader(s) they deserve. Until we, each and all of us, raise our collective game, I think Jonathan is what we deserve. |
Wow! Is this Jonathan guy the best we can bring forward to lead us? What a disgrace! |
Theben: At times, jungle justice is necessary. If these guys had been burnt to death as soon as they committed the murder, they wouldn't have had any opportunity of pleading innocence. NonsenseShame on you. |
[quote author=Annie2gud]Thumbs up to women that married Fat hybrid Dudes.i like my men slim and PoRtable.**winks** Rip Olubummi.ile aye .....ile aso. No need for your nasty comment. Shame on you |
amadice: Does of u ranting kenyan army is better than nigerian army...i think ther heads needs to b examined....as kenyan army been invited to any peace keeping in africa?...when somalia, sudan, were in crisises dey did nt go...even dou they ar east african neighbours....pls respect nigeria for once....in tearm of weapons and ammunitions nigeria is 1 number in africa...pls check #googlePlease grow up from this ' my papa oko (farm) big pass ya papa own' syndrome. |
Tintinix: I took my time to scan through the 6 pages on this thread and not surprisingly I could not find a muslims contribution that is sympathetic to this utter show of shame and brutality to humanity perpetuated by people fighting in the name of Allah!Abeg, spare us your preaching! Ignoramus! |
When one juxtaposes the wall to wall coverage given to the atrocity in Kenya by the Western media with their near silence on the incessant Boko Haram atrocities in Nigeria, one is led to conclude that the life of the average Nigerian counts for nothing. Without a doubt, more innocent Nigerians have been killed by Islamists than innocent Kenyans killed by Islamists. It is a shame on all of us, Nigerians, that our lives are seemingly less valued by the world than the lives of Kenyans. One suspects that the world press have taken their cue in this respect from the disregard our own government evidently have for the life of the average Nigerian. And we make so bold as to call ourselves 'the giant of Africa'? |
After now, dem go talk say dem Islam na religion of peace. (Hisses) |
All that beating and humiliation and it so happens the guys were innocent. Why all these acts of impunity in the lawless jungle called Nigeria?? |
E be like 9ja na world leader for beauty pageants. Na so so Miss This, Miss That. As our country wowo reach. (Hisses) |
If oyinbo talk say 9ja nor safe na, mumu like Keshi go begin yab. |
No such thing as over teaching. You will be amazed at the ability and capability of the human mind, even at such a young age as 4. |
It is foolhardy to expect by some miraculous stroke that the Nigerian army will not reflect the impunity, corruption and ineptitude that characterise our national life. We have the army we deserve as Nigerians. |
eagle, eye:The guy get point na. |
adewaleafolabi: Guy a beg park well. Who told you that Nigeria is about merits. Try the contract allocation process and learn how bad nepotism, corruption with impunity has wrecked this country.Typical 9ja talk. We all want change but do not want to fight for it. Like the great Fela said, 'everybody want change but nobody wan die'. Our corrupt and oppressive rulers will not be 'lions' were we not 'deer'. All these countries Nigerians keep fleeing to have fought and died for what they have today. We are the change we want. |
ceejayluv: I keep hearing that crappy question.I do not doubt that Nigeria is a bundle of anomalies and contradictions. However, no one is going to spoon feed you. We have to seize the bull by the horn. If our so called indigenous engineers prove themselves, they will not be supervised by foreigners in their own country. I continue to maintain that it is our collective duty to develop our own country rather than this foolish urge to travel out. Just the other day, a video was posted of Nigerians perishing in the Sahara whilst trying to emigrate to Europe. Are we so hopeless as a people? |
playmode: Join hands with who? With these ignorant buffoons who call themselves Nigerians? Just take a look at NL and see how some buffoons are supporting a bonafide criminal ifeanyi Ubah to become Governor. You want me to join hands with dumb Negroes who knowingly elect fraudsters to govern over them? Na OYO you dey ,i left Nigeria 12 years ago and i have not looked back ever since. My children are citizens of my adopted country so they will never be subject to the hellish conditions that exist in Nigeria. Most of my family members have come to join me in my new country and the ones that are still in Nigeria are crying everyday begging me to get them out of that trash hole called Nigeria.Call a spade a spade,Nigeria is a failed state inhabited by mostly morons who have lost the ability to engage their thinking faculties.Nigeria makes the simplest things very hard.If you have tasted heaven you can NEVER EVER go back to hell.Engage your brain. If the people native to your so called 'adopted country' had failed to develop their land, would you and your family members be enjoying now. You are reaping where you have not sowed. Who do you expect to develop Nigeria for you?? |
Burger01: Believe me some Nigerians are just hopeless. They forget that there is no place like home and wherever one is one is still regarded a Nigerian. There is nuffin in usa except you don't say the truth. I do my hols yearly in Massachusetts and I tell you people suffer in that place. Lottery my foot. It's just a slavery system that most people shy away from this reality..Tell dem make dem hear. Yeye people. |
RIP |
musulumi: Where r we in dis country? And I am beginning to doubt the insanity of most of us in this country especially dis Nairalanders!Let charity begin at home. Start off by questioning YOUR OWN sanity, negro. Where is the deterrence in offering amnesty? |
And to think that four brave policemen died trying to rescue this nincompoop from his captors? And he now calls for an amnesty? Shame on you, Ozekhome. |
Shame on you, Ozekhome. A lawyer advocating for amnesty for kidnappers? No wonder Nigeria is in the state it is in. Amnesty this, amnesty that!! Kidnapping is nothing but criminality and the full weight of the law must be brought down on kidnappers. I despair of Nigeria. If the foolish man had died in captivity, would his family be advocating for an amnesty? Perhaps Ozekhome should be arrested and charged with complicity in his own kidnap or better still wasting police time. |
As for me, I would like him to write a book chronicling his experience. It is bound to be a bestseller. |
Whilst one may fault his manner, 'the fat negro' does have a point. The point he is making is about resource control. For too long in Nigeria, the Hausa/Fulani oligarchy and others have been allowed to feed fat on the 'oyel' of the Niger Delta. |
Homonide: Even though you made some sense at the beginning of your post, you couldn't hide your ignorance for so long. University of Ibadan is a Federal-Government owned University and so only the Federal Government can change its name. KWASU is State-owned, and so the State Government is empowered to do what it did.You need to take a chill pill, Pastor!! |
Lmfao. 'Monkey no fine, him Mama like am'!! What a classic. |
So this man get woman boku for him family and still yet him assault one gal for him church the other day. No shame. |
And this rubbish discourse made front page Hmmm |
Haba, Genevieve! No be jus waka-pass u be for this cinema? |
Having watched the video and seen the antics of Suntai's wife, I despair of Nigeria. How the leader of the PDP delegation can describe Suntai as relatively healthy when he evidently has a neurological impairment is beyond me. The PDP has no interest in good governance but merely consensus governance. I am reminded of an unregistered political party in the 2nd Republic called YCIC - You Chop, I Chop. A people get the leadership they deserve. Nigerians deserve the PDP, alias the YCIC party. |
