TravelSaudi Arabia Opens Airspace For Israel by MuslimHowto(op): 10:15am On Jul 18, 2022
JEDDAH - Planes coming from Israel can now fly over Saudi Arabia as the Kingdom opens airspace for all carriers. Previously, flights flying from Israeli could not use Saudi Arabian airspace.

Airplanes will be able to use Saudi Arabian airspace, and this has been received well by U.S Vice President Joe Biden who is visiting the country on Friday. In accordance with international law, Saudi Arabia's airspace is now open to all planes meeting their standards for flight passage.

This decision improves connections across the world which consolidates its position as a global hub connecting three continents (Europe- Asia- Africa).

Some routes go through Israeli aviation, where they had to bypass US airspace; these usually took longer and used more fuel than usual. US President Joe Biden hailed this decision as an important step towards building a more stable Middle East.

According to Reuters, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has agreed to allow Israeli airlines to fly over its territory en route from Tel Aviv and vice versa in order for Muslims to participate in the upcoming Hajj pilgrimage.

Furthermore, during Joe Biden's recent visit to Riyadh-the home of Islam-nothing was mentioned about future bilateral partnerships. Likewise, Israel has been hesitant to draw these links publicly.

Although there are no official ties between Israel and Dubai or Qatar at this time, Saudi Arabia allowed flights between the two nations starting next year through its own airspace.

IslamExaggerated Statement About The Holy Qur'an by MuslimHowto(op): 10:23am On Jun 17, 2021
'Abdullah Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: May I tell you a practice by which you will become a permanent reciter of the Holy Qur'an. I submitted: "Why not ? O' Messenger of Allah! I always intend to seek piety and virtue."

Whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: "Fast the most superior type of fasting (that is the fasting of (Prophet) Dawud (peace be upon him). He was the greatest worshipper. Recite the whole Qur'an in one month's time.'' I said, "But I have power (to do more than that)."

Allah's Apostle (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then finish the recitation of the whole Qur'an in ten days' time." I said, 'But I have power (to do more than that)." Allah's Apostle (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then finish the recitation of Qur'an in seven days, and do not finish it in less than this period." Bukhari transmitted it.

'Abdullah Ibn Mas'ad (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: "Those who exceeded the prescribed limit were destroyed."

There is a marfu' tradition reported by 'Abdur Rahman Ibn Shibli in Musnad of Imam Ahmad. He said:

Recite the Holy Qur'an and do not indulge in exaggeration about it; and do not show faithlessness to the Holy Qur'an; and do not make it a source of your livelihood.

Abu Rafi' (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: May I not see any person in such a state of carelessness that whenever any order of mine whether positive or negative is communicated to him, he says: I do not know, we shall follow only that which we find in the Book of Allah. Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi transmitted it.

IslamSlaughtering For The Sake Of Allah by MuslimHowto(op): 7:33pm On Jul 30, 2020
Allah the Exalted said: “Say: Verily my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the worlds. He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslim.” (Ch.6: V162-163)

“Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice (to Him only)”. (Ch.108:V2)

Ali bin Abi Talib said “Allah’s Messenger (Peace be upon him) informed me about four Judgments (of Allah):

1. Allah’s curse is upon the one who slaughters (devoting his sacrifice) anything other than to Allah;

2. Allah’s curse is upon the one who curses his own parents;

3. Allah’s curse is upon the one who shelters heretic (who has brought a Bid’ah in religion);

4. Allah’s curse is upon the one who alters the landmarks (who changes boundary lines).”

Ahmed reports that Tariq bin Shihab narrated that Allah’s Messenger (Peace be upon him) said: “A man entered Paradise because of a fly, and a man entered Hell-fire because of a fly. The Companions asked, “How was that possible O Messenger of Allah?” He said, “Two men passed by the people who had an idol by which they would not allow anyone to pass without making sacrifice to it. They ordered one man to make sacrifice. He said., ‘I have nothing to present as an offering.’

The people told him, ‘Sacrifice something, even if it be a fly.’ So he presented a fly (to their Idol). They opened the way for him, and thus he entered the Hell fire. They said to the other, ‘Sacrifice something.’ He said, ‘I will never sacrifice anything to any other than Allah, Most Majestic and Glorious.’ So they struck his throat and killed him, and so he entered Paradise.”

Important issues of the Lesson

The curse on those who sacrifice to any other than Allah. A Curse is upon those who curse their parents (by cursing others’ parents and in turn, the latter curses his parents).

Cursed is the person who shelters the heretic (Muhdith) in religion. That is, a person innovates something that is necessarily only Allah’s right to do and then seeks shelter with someone who assists him in it.

A Curse is upon him who unjustly alters the landmark, i.e. The boundaries that differentiate one person’s land from his neighbor’s, and changes them to encroach upon that land orb obstruct it.

The simple but tremendous story of the fly. The person who presented a fly to the idol went to Hell though not intending to do such an act (beforehand). Indeed, he did it to save himself from the threat of idolaters.

Knowing how hated Shirk is to the hearts of the believers in the case of the man who was patient in facing execution and did not give-in to their demand in spite of the fact that they only demanded an external act from him.

The man who went to Hell-fire was a Muslim. If he had been a disbeliever (Kafir), the Prophet (Peace be upon him) would not have said: “He went to Hell merely for a fly.”

This is a confirmation of the Hadeeth “Paradise is closer than the laces of your shoes and the Hell-fire is likewise.”

The action of the heart crucial, even among the idol worshippers.

IslamAll You Need To Know About Eid Prayer by MuslimHowto(op): 7:23pm On Jul 30, 2020
Eid prayer is a prayer that is observed on the day of festive in Islam (Eid fitri & Eid Kabir). These prayers are set to be different from the normal five obligatory salat. We are going to illustrate how to perform eid prayer, where to perform it, time to pray eid, number of rakats and the prerequisite of eid prayer in order to help Muslims who are seeking knowledge.

Place For Eid Prayer

Eid prayer should be offered outdoor in the open, e.g. in a park field, or a desert etc. if it is wet or not possible to find a suitable outdoor place it can be prayed in a mosque or a large hall. (Abu Dawood)

Time Of Eid Prayer

Eid prayer should be offered when the sun is obvious above the horizon.

Number Of Rakats Of Eid Prayer

Eid prayer is 2 rakats. There is no nafl prayer before or after the Eid prayer. There is no iqamat or azan for Eid prayer.

Ibn Abbas (R.A.) reported: “No doubt, Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) used to pray 2 rakats only for Eid Prayer. He did not pray anything before or after that. (Bukhari & Muslim)

Conduct Of Eid Prayer

2 rakats of Eid prayer should be offered in the same manner as the 2 rakats of the usual prayer except that there are 7 takbirs in the first rakat and five takbirs in the second rakat. With each extra takbir the hands should be raised up to the shoulder level (as in Takbir Tahrima).

All extra takbirs should be pronounced before starting Qirat (recitation).

Kathir bin Abdullah reported from his father and his father from grandfather that prophet (S.A.W.) said 7 takbirs in the first rakat of Eid prayer and 5 takbirs in the second rakat of Eid prayer before beginning recitation. – (Tirmidhi, Ibn Majjah)

Eid Prayer Is Offered Before Khutbah

Jafar bin Muhammad (R.A.) reported: “No doubt, Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), Abu Bakr (R.A.) and Umar (R.A.) said 7 extra takbirs in the first rakat of their Eid and Rain prayer and five extra takbris in the second rakat of their Eid and Rain Prayer. Prophet (S.A.W.) offered Eid Prayer before Khutbah and recited aloud.”

Seeking knowledge is very essential in Islam regardless of the field you are interested in (be it Quran, science, art, business, e.t.c.) which does not go against the teaching of Islam.

Some people are blessed naturally with knowledge and understanding, they do not have to read hard before they assimilate what they have been taught.

But if you are a Muslim who wants to improve in his/her knowledge, wisdom, brain storage capacity, understanding of things they learn quickly, you need to recite these following sunnah duas (prayers) to help you increase in knowledge.

Islam14 Must Do Things During Salat by MuslimHowto(op): 1:08pm On Jul 16, 2020
The prayer has obligatory pillars which must be fulfilled for its validity and these are the 14 must-do things during salat which is as follows:

1. Al-Qiyaam - prayer is to be performed in a standing position if a person is physically capable.

2. Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam, that is saying “ALLAHU AKBAR”, at the commencement of the prayer.

3. Al-Fatihah – The recital of the opening chapter of the Holy Quran in every Raka’a.

4. Rukuu’ - this is the bowing posture wherein the head and back are positioned on the same level and both hands are rested on the knees with the fingers spread apart.

5. Raising up from rukuu’ position.

6. It is required to stand up from the rukuu’ position in such a way that the person feels that all his/her backbones are straightened.

7. Sujuud - Prostrating oneself in such a way that the following seven parts of the body are firmly placed on the ground. i.e. forehead together with the tip of the nose, both palms, both knees, the bottom surface of toes of both feet.

8. Raising the head from the Sujuud position.

9. It is required to sit upright during the pause between the two prostrations.

10. Taking a sitting position for the recitation of
“At-Tashahud” .

11. Recitation of “At-Tashahud” - words of witness.

12. Reciting the words of supplication for the Prophet (Peace be upon him)

13. Conclude the prayer with the words of peace
“Tasleem”. i.e. “Assalamu Aleykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu.”

14. While fulfilling the above pillars of salaat, the person should be in a state of tranquillity.

The aforementioned factors are the pillars of the prayer, wherein if any of them is missed, it is required to repeat the whole Raka’ah (Unit) in which the pillar was omitted.

But if the Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam - (the first Takbeer that initiates you to the prayer), is omitted, then it becomes necessary to repeat the whole salaat.

IslamHow Prophet Issa (jesus) Will Kill Dajjaal (anti-christ) by MuslimHowto(op): 7:57am On Jul 09, 2020
Abd Allaah ibn 'Amr said,

"The Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said, 'The Dajjaal will appear in my Ummah, and will remain for forty - "I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years." - Then Allaah will send Jesus (alayhi-salam), the son of Mary, who will resemble 'Urwah ibn Mas'ood. He will chase the Dajjaal and kill him. Then the people will live for seven years during which there will be no enmity between any two persons.

Then Allaah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria, which will take the soul of everyone who has the slightest speck of good or faith in his heart. Even if one of you were to enter the heart of a mountain, the wind would reach him there and take his soul.

Only the most wicked people will be left; they will be as careless as birds, with the characteristics of beasts, and will have no concern for right and wrong. Satan will come to them in the form of man and will say, "Don't you respond?" They will say, "What do you order us to do?" He will order them to worship idols, and in spite of that they will have sustenance in abundance, and lead comfortable lives.

"Then the Trumpet will be blown, and everyone will tilt their heads to hear it. The first one to hear it will be a man busy repairing a trough for his camels. He and everyone else will be struck down. Then Allaah will send (or send down) rain like dew, and the bodies of the people (i.e. the dead) will grow out of it. Then the trumpet will be sounded again, and the people will get up and look around.

Then it will be said, "O people, go to your Lord and account for yourselves." It will be said, "Bring out the people of Hell," and it will be asked, "How many are there?" - the answer will come: "Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand." "On that day a child will grow old and the shin will be laid bare." [al-Qalam (68):42] " [Muslim] [1]

Abu Hurairah said,

"The Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said, 'The son of Mary will come down as a just leader. He will break the cross, and kill the pigs. Peace will prevail and people will use their swords as sickles. Every harmful beast will be made harmless; the sky will send down rain in abundance, and the earth will bring forth its blessings.

A child will play with a fox and not come to any harm; a wolf will graze with sheep and a lion with cattle, without harming them.' " [Ahmad] [2]
Abu Hurairah said,

"The Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said, 'By Him in Whose hand is my soul, surely the son of Mary will come down among you as a just ruler. He will break the cross, kill the pigs and abolish the Jizyah. Wealth will be in such abundance that no-one will care about it, and a single prostration in prayer will be better than the world and all that is in it.' "

Abu Hurairah said,

'If you wish, recite the Aayah: "And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgement he will be a witness against them..." [an-Nisaa' (4):159] ' [Bukhaaree, Muslim] [3]

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said,

"The Prophets are like brothers; they have different mothers but their religion is one. I am the closest of all the people to Jesus son of Mary, because there is no other Prophet between him and myself. He will come again, and when you see him, you will recognise him. He is of medium height and his colouring is reddish-white.

He will be wearing two garments, and his hair will look wet. He will break the cross, kill the pigs, abolish the Jizyah and call the people to Islaam. During his time, Allaah will end every religion and sect other than Islaam, and will destroy the Dajjaal.

Then peace and security will prevail on earth, so that lions will graze with camels, tigers with cattle, and wolves with sheep; children will be able to play with snakes without coming to any harm. Jesus will remain for forty years, then die, and the Muslims will pray for him." [Ahmad] [4]
Ibn Masood reported that the Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said,

"On the night of the Israa' (night journey), I met my father Abraham, Moses and Jesus, and they discussed the Hour. The matter was referred first to Abraham, then to Moses, and both said, 'I have no knowledge of it.' Then it was referred to Jesus, who said, 'No-one knows about its timing except Allaah; what my Lord told me was that the Dajjaal will appear, and when he sees me he will begin to melt like lead.

Allaah will destroy him when he sees me. The Muslims will fight against the Kaafirs, and even the trees and rocks will say, "O Muslim, there is a Kaafir hiding beneath me - come and kill him!" Allaah will destroy the Kaafirs, and the people will return to their own lands.

Then Gog and Magog will appear from all directions, eating and drinking everything they find. The people will complain to me, so I will pray to Allaah and He will destroy them, so that the earth will be filled with their stench.

Allaah will send rain which will wash their bodies into the sea. My Lord has told me that when that happens, the Hour will be very close, like a pregnant woman whose time is due, but her family do not know exactly when she will deliver.' " [Ahmad, Ibn Maajah] [5]

IslamHow To Dress For Salat by MuslimHowto(op): 7:49am On Jul 09, 2020
Dressing is very essential to check properly before performing salat . There are criteria your dressing should meet before observing salah.

There is different dress code for both the Muslim men and women before praying, and not following them could invalidate your salah.

Dress For Men

1. The dress for the men should be such that it covers from the navel to the knees at least.

2. The shoulders should not be left uncovered.

3. Salat can be prayed in one garment if it covers the body from the navel to the knees as well as the shoulders.

Also Read: Is Camel Hump Hijab Style Haram?

“None of you must pray in a single garment of which no part comes over the shoulder.” – (Bukhari & Muslim)

If, however, the garment is not long enough to cover the shoulders then parts of the body between the navel and the knees should at least be covered.

Dress For Women

The dress of the woman should be such that it covers her whole body from head to foot leaving only the face and the hands uncovered.

A prayer offered in transparent clothing is not valid. Also, tight-fitting clothing which shows the shape of the body should be avoided.

IslamDissolution Of Marriage – Divorce In Islam by MuslimHowto(op): 7:40am On Jul 09, 2020
Although marriage dissolution through divorce is universal and hence inevitable in principle, the frequency of its occurrence, the reasons for it, and the reactions thereto vary in time and space.
In the region where Islam was first preached, marriage dissolution was practiced by the people among whom early Muslims grew up and with whom they made external contacts.
Jews, Christians, Arab pagans, and Persian Zoroastrians more or less resorted to the practice, with either the explicit, the implicit, or the mutilated sanction of their respective system.1

With regard to Hebrew law, in particular, a remark has been made which applies in a general way to the case of Islam. According to Driver, “Hebrew law . . . does not institute divorce, but tolerates it, in view of the imperfections of human nature (. . . Mt. 19:cool, and lays down regulations tending to limit it and preclude its abuse.”2

The phenomenon of marriage dissolution had existed before Islam and has persisted ever since. Indeed, if the contemporary world situation is indicative of any trend, it appears to foretell a continuing increase in divorce rates; the gradual decline in some societies is offset by the continuing rise in others.3

However, Islam has taken a position between categorical proscription and unqualified liberalization of divorce. It neither instituted the practice nor ignored its reality and occurrence. An outright prohibition would probably remain an “ideal” or merely a state of mind, but hardly a pattern of actual behavior, because absolute self-control is not always attainable.
Such a prohibition, then, would seem incompatible with Islamic ideology which, as a matter of principle, prescribes only what is humanly attainable.4

On the other hand, any unregulated liberalization of divorce is socially inconceivable and would almost certainly result in chaos, peril, and such traits that are destructive as well as intolerable.
Instead of demanding the impossible or catering to the intolerable, Islam adopted a position which has been variously characterized as “lax” and loose by some observers, “rigid” and inflexible, or moderate and perfect by others.

Such characterizations, however, seem to be oversimplifications. Divorce or repudiation in Islam is distributed along a continuum encompassing all the religio legal categories from the one extreme of prescription through the other of proscription.

It is obligatory, e.g., where there is no conceivable way of reconciliation or hope for peace between the parties. It is highly recommended or nearly obligatory if the wife is unfaithful or defiantly inattentive to her religious duties.

It is forbidden legally and/or religiously during the wife’s monthly course and also during the interim in which an intercourse has taken place. It is strongly undesirable or nearly forbidden where there is no good reason for it, because it would be harmful and Muslims are forbidden by their religion to initiate harm or inflict injury upon one another.

Finally, it is lawful when there is a valid ground for it, like recurrent inconsiderateness or failure to realize the objectives of marriage. Even then, it is designated by the Prophet as the most repugnant, in the sight of God, of all lawful things; it is an act which shakes the throne of God as it were.5

The permissibility of divorce in Islam is thus only one of several religion-legal categories and represents an alternative course of action, which is admissible in response to certain basic human needs.

But beyond this general response, there are some peculiar factors bearing on the position of Islam. One of these is that, in Islam, things as such are lawful in principle. They become
forbidden or undesirable, obligatory or commendable according to other elements of the situation.

Another factor is that the marriage contract in Islam is neither a civil act nor a sacramental vow, but a synthesis of both. Its dissolution therefore is admissible; it is not unrestricted like some civil liberties, and it is not indissoluble like some sacramental vows.

Finally, Islam has been characterized as the religion of the middle but straight and well-balanced course.13 Marriage dissolution through divorce or repudiation is recognized as both real and lawful in principle, however undesirable or repugnant.

This recognition has elicited different reactions from different scholars. For some, divorce in Islam is a mechanism of discipline and compassion, a necessary and sensible corollary of the freedom given to men and women to choose their marital partners.

“For others, Islam’s position has been an object of strong and varied criticisms. In Jeffery’s representative words, “The lightness with which the marriage tie was regarded in early Arabia has carried over into Islam, as evidenced by the facility with which a man may divorce his wives
and by the high frequency of divorce which has
always characterized Muslim society. The Qur’an grants man complete liberty of divorce and demands of him no justification for divorcing his wife. Thus he can divorce her at his own caprice, but no such facility exists for her.” 6

Criticisms have also been voiced with concern by some Muslims, who unlike their Western colleagues, usually hasten to point out the perfection of the revealed law and attribute any abuse thereof to the individual’s negligence or lack of integrity.

As far back as the second decade of Islam, the first half of the seventh century C.E., some people began to misuse their right of divorce. Until then, it had been accepted that if a man told his wife that she was “divorced thrice” the word thrice counted only as one revocable divorce.

When some people used this thrice formula carelessly, ‘Umar, the Second Caliph, reacted with indignation. He consulted with his companions and it was decided to consider such a formula as a triple irrevocable divorce. The interesting fact here is that this new provision was conceived as a punitive measure to discipline the divorcing men and protect the divorced women.7

A few centuries later, Ibn Taymiyyah observed that many people were using divorce formulas like ordinary casual forms of oath. But he realized that the breaking of an oath was easily expiable by feeding or clothing ten poor people or by freeing a slave, whereas the breaking of a “divorce oath” meant the breaking of a marriage and a home.

So he ruled that such divorce oaths were void and inconsequential as far as the marriage bond was concerned. He also opposed the earlier decision of ‘Umar and other leading schools of law with respect to the “thrice formula,” counting it as one revocable divorce, not three.

What Umar had considered disciplinary measures against irresponsible men turned out, with the change of time and conditions, to be harmful to innocent women. Ibn Taymiyyah sought, by his rulings, to redress this situation.8

Taken as a sociological index, such considerations seem to indicate (1) that Islamic law regards both marriage and divorce as highly sensitive and consequential matters; (2) that people’s reactions do not always correspond with the intent or spirit of the law; (3) that, in the early centuries of Islamic history, the simplicity of divorce was thought of as more harmful to men than women; but (4) that recent centuries have witnessed a general reversal of the effects of divorce.

As many Muslims fail in their behavior to meet the moral expectations of their religion, so do some critics appear to fall short of a full appreciation of the logic of social legislation in Islam. It may be difficult for Muslim scholars to comprehend the scientific basis of such assertions as those made by Jeffery, Levy, or Roberts about what they have called the incredible simplicity or unjustifiable facility of divorce in Islam.

It seems simplistic to attribute to Muslims, as Roberts does,9 a greater need for, and a higher frequency of, divorce because of the separation of the sexes and the women’s wearing of the veil.

The mixing of the sexes, even in modern enlightened times, and the discontinuity of the veil have neither prevented nor curtailed the frequency of divorce. If anything, they seem to have increased its frequency. On the other hand, the wearing of the veil over the face has little or nothing to do with Islam.10

Besides, it is strongly recommended by the Prophet that prospective marital partners should be enabled to know each other well enough to build their future relations on love and compassion but, of course, without undue familiarity, indulgence, exploitation, or illicit experimentation.11

Moreover, the fact that women have had less freedom to divorce their husbands does not necessarily mean that it has led to an increase in divorce rates. Rather, it may be one of the effective restrictions on divorce, for it has been observed that, at least in Western societies, the long-run trend in divorce rates is upward and, partly, the increase “is tied to the emancipation
and the equalitarian status of women,…”12

IslamWho Wrote The Quran? by MuslimHowto(op): 11:18am On Jun 25, 2020
Those who claim that the Qur’an was written by Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) have given him a different motive for doing so and can basically be divided into the following groups

- For Material Gain/ Power and Glory
- To Unite the Arabs or to morally reform them
- Epileptic Seizures or Self-Delusions

With Muhammad being perhaps the most well-documented man in human history, we can easily examine these claims and compare them to his life.

Firstly, the claim that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) wrote the Qur’an is not new. His own people made this claim. In response, to this claim, God revealed the following:

Say: "It is not for me to change it on my own accord; I only follow that which is revealed unto me. Verily, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, the torment of the Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)." Say: "If Allah had so willed, I should not have recited it to you nor would He have made it known to you. Verily, I have stayed amongst you a lifetime before this. Have you then no sense?" [Qur’an 10:15-16]

This verse is telling his critics to reflect on the fact that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) lived amongst them from forty (40) years before reciting the Qur’an to them while never showing any signs of inclination to poetry and themselves knowing that he was illiterate.

If he could not read or write, then where did these magnificent verses come from?
Also reflect on the fact that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) is commanded in the verses above to “Say” twice. This is a command to make a certain statement to the people. One can find this command “Say” 332 times throughout the Qur’an. In other places in the Qur’an he is ordered to “proclaim”, “Glorify Your Lord”, “Prostrate Yourself” etc. So we ask is this how a man talks to himself or writes a book?

Also one must consider the fact that even before his Prophethood Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) was known amongst his people as “Al-Amin”, the trustworthy and the truthful. No one ever recorded a lie against him.
Many Western historians agree with this analysis:

"If a man like Muhammad were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, he would succeed in solving its problems that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness." -
George Bernard Shaw

"My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level." -- Michael H. Hart, THE 100: A RANKING OF THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSONS IN HISTORY , New York: Hart Publishing Company, Inc ., 1978, p. 33

"Muhammad was the soul of kindness, and his influence was felt and never forgotten by those around him." - Diwan Chand Sharma, The Prophets of the East , Calcutta 1935, p. l 22.

"He was Caesar and Pope in one; but he was Pope without Pope's pretensions, Caesar without the legions of Caesar: without a standing army, without a bodyguard, without a palace, without a fixed revenue; if ever any man had the right to say that he ruled by the right divine, it was Mohammed, for he had all the power without its instruments and without its supports." -- Bosworth Smith , Mohammad and Mohammadanism , London, 1874, p. 92.

"Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images; the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?" - Lamartine, HISTOIRE DE LA TURQUIE, Paris, 1854, Vol. II, pp. 276 -277

"It is impossible for anyone who studies the life and character of the great Prophet of Arabia, who knows how he taught and how he lived, to feel anything but reverence for that mighty Prophet, one of the great messengers of the Supreme. And although in what I put to you I shall say many things which may be familiar to many, yet I myself feel whenever I re-read them, a new way of admiration, a new sense of reverence for that mighty Arabian teacher." -
Annie Besant, THE LIFE AND TEACHINGS OF MUHAMMAD, Madras,1932, p. 4.

"His readiness to undergo persecutions for his beliefs, the high moral character of the men who believed in him and looked up to him as leader, and the greatness of his ultimate achievement - all argue his fundamental integrity. To suppose Muhammad an impostor raises more problems than it solves. Moreover, none of the great figures of history is so poorly appreciated in the West as Muhammad." - W. Montgomery Watt, MOHAMMAD AT MECCA, Oxford, 1953, p. 52.

So, we ask the reader to reflect on the following:
Is it logical to believe that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) who, until the age of forty and, as we mentioned earlier, was known to his people as al-Amin (The Trustworthy) and who is still admired even by Western scholars for his honesty and integrity, all of a sudden began to write a book that is unmatched in literary merit and that has not be matched by legions of the Arab poets and orators of the highest caliber throughout history?

Is it reasonable to say that Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him), made a false claim and on that very falsehood trained thousands of individuals of outstanding character, integrity, and honesty who were able to establish the best human society that the world has ever known?
