Macbroomy: Dear all, I need a rough estimate of the amount it would cost to build on a half plot of land that is swampy (not too swampy, though). Already, I have done raft and begun sand-filling. I sand-filled half of the 3 bedroom apartment and just started filling the other part due to financial constraint. In the process of sand-filling, I noticed part of the blocks used the foundation work have detached from cast. I asked some skilled bricklayers in the area and they said it really wouldnt affect the foundation and that it could actually be fixed. I need general advice on what it would cost to complete the building and the precaution I need to exercise while completing the building. Thanks for your professional advice and guidance. Regards
