I hope you're yet to have kids because with the way you sound, you're likely going to raise thugs and thieves as children.

How will someone with a head and brain say a man who just spoke senselessly is always on point? do you think at all? are you blind to the fact that AKALA alone is enough to push GEJ's word back into his mouth? ALL THE YORUBA RASCAL POLITICIANS ARE IN THE PDP AND AKALA TOPS THE LIST.

S/Court to hear Sokoto governorship appeal March 1

The Supreme Court yesterday fixed March 1 to hear an application by a Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) Governorship candidate in Sokoto State, Alhaji Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi praying it to set aside part of its decision made on November 26, 2011 which dismissed his appeal pending before the Sokoto Division of the Court of Appeal.

Dingyadi, in the application dated December 17, 2010 is asking the apex court to set aside that part of its decision on the grounds that it lacks the jurisdiction to make it.

The DPP governorship candidate has challenged the election of Governor Aliyu Wamakko as the state governor in the April 2007 governorship election at the apex court.

A five-member panel Justices of the apex court in a unanimous judgement delivered last year by Justice Mitchel Chukwuma-Eneh made a consequential order dismissing Dingyadi’s appeal pending before a Court of Appeal in Sokoto as an abuse of court process.

The court ordered that the written address in support of the application filed on December 30, 2010 be served on all the parties and gave the respondents seven days to file their addresses and gave the applicant five days to respond.

Dingyadi went to the apex court following dispute over whether or not he could withdraw the interlocutory appeal which arose from the refusal of the Appeal Court to allow him amend his prayers in the substantive appeal.

The DPP governorship candidate, in a notice of withdrawal of his appeal filed by his counsel on June 8, 2010 sought the court’s permission to discontinue with the matter and consequently asked for a unilateral withdrawal of the appeal against all the respondents.

GEJ's fault is that he approved the money INEC asked for? Or his own offence is that he didnt deliver the DDC machines? Or which are is his own offence?

But wait a minute- the man based his entire story on one centre in Alimisho? Is that enough to condemn the entire process?

@Muza,  I've looked at your previous posts and the only thing I found is Buhari has just two houses blah blah. There's a clear distinction between integrity and intelligence in govenment. I think Buhari has got integrity but I'm not sure he has enough brains to see him through. It is clear from his selection of Tunde Bakare that he doesn't even know how important numbers are in politics. Don't be too quick to call people naïve for disputing an unintelligent assertion made by you. I simply told you there's no way you can call anybody Ribadu's god-father just because he is seeking their support.
Mr man wat are u saying, wat does intelligence in govt mean to u? to me it means instilling discipline in people, not bowing to world bank IMF et al and most importantly Fighting corruption, cos thats the major hindrance to development. Can your corrupt and clueless GEJ,or you compromised Ribadu deliver any of these?
