BusinessRe: How Much Does It Take To Start A Restaurant by muzzol: 12:50pm On May 20, 2015
Op, candid advise is that you should first conduct a feasibility study on this business you are trying to do. I will advise you engage an independent professional to do this and give you his opinion on whether to go ahead or not. This study will definitely start with internal assessment of you and your present state (self and business), the environment, detailed strategy you want to adopt......this will resolve into needed structure, systems, infrastructures and technology...........Until you know all these, you cannot know how much you need for the business......Meanwhile, before committing any cost, it is necessary to conduct a viability test on the business while projecting into possible profitability and liquidity.......Lastly, dont forget sensitivity analysis and exit strategy...........My one naira advise to you

Use sugar and honey to exfoliate your skin, mosturize after and you're good to go
You can use lemon, but don't ever use lime. Then, don't moisturise or enter sauna once you use lemon.

For anyone who care to listen and listen good one thing is sure we the yourba's through bitterness that leads to blindness have imoposed the north on nigeria again. Just look at the PVc distribution. I repeat it would take a miracle for the south to produce anoda president without major support of the north. Those underage voters are already in the database. If you watch the knew the voters population was already skewed favoring the north this I know because I was a corper during the 2011 registration exercise. Where we had ppl as young as 13 coming to register and the issue of multiple registration. One person can register in as much as 6 places. I wonder how the next census would be carried out. I am yourba but I see a grand plan to disenfranchise the SE. Cos SS will always claim their oil. One thing the SW should neva oppose the north otherwise our machinations would hunt us. But I also see the APc imploding or because its already too large. Nigeria is already set on collusion course. With little resource left I wonder how they would mange this country. Buhari needs all the luck he can get. To my SW brothers who think that you can solve gorilla warfare by a strong hand good luck. It all about to happen.
I doff my hat for the school that awarded such an intelligent person like you a certificate. But sir, wouldn't you join the bandwagon of people saying Nigerian graduates are unemployable if a Nigerian graduate postulate that there is possibility of multiple entry of data of an individual in a database configured with biometric elements? My dear, its always wise to reread anything we want to put on public domains as they express much about us. Cheers.

PoliticsRe: Fashola's 8 Years And Gej/FG/All PDP State's 16 Years Record. Compare. PICS.... by muzzol: 12:22pm On Mar 06, 2015
The true pictures of Jonathan's achievements
1. Forcefully made use of State owned stadium in Port Harcourt due to the dilapidated position of Federal Government owned Liberation Stadium.

2. I have a friend who is a die hard GEJ supporter but severally oppressed by another GEJ supporter who was his boss, he now is depending on Office of Public Defenders (Fashola's project) to save him from same oppression. Meanwhile, this same guy is still busy shouting that Fashola did not do anything in Lagos. Irony of bigotry.

Op, you simply mean that Nigerian law should be bent because of Buhari. Get this straight: Because Buhari does not have school certificate but can express himself in spoken and written English does not in any way take away the fact that we have Nigerians who have suffered to study to acquire certificates and can express themselves in written and spoken English better than Buhari.

I have met many people who don't have school certificates but are good writers and speakers of English language. You cannot justify Buhari's disrespect for Nigerian law with such baseless analogy. That's how Buhari refused to appear before Oputa panel. Are you saying those who sat down to outline (in the constitution) the presentation of school certificate to INEC were fools?
What you just exhibited is your ignorance of the letters of the constitution you are fighting hard to protect. Check sections 131 & 137 for better guidance.

I rarely reply posts on nairaland Buh I need to reply this, your definitely a bush man to make that silly comment. a man died out of his carelessness and you are here wagging your tongue talking crap.

Nigeria are the worst people to please on earth, the hediot said its the disadvantage of train, another may come out to say if the govt provided better trains this wouldnt have happened.

well I pray we all reason with our brains before we make comments.
Oga, while train services are not bad, bad planning and management may make train services bad. In all train stations, normal thing is to close the track with panels so that vehicles, bikes etc will not be able to access them. One of the basic ingredients of good project is the effort put into safety.

Railway services as they are in Nigeria is not safe. What happened to this guy is not an isolated case, even vehicles plying that spot go through so much risky stress whenever train is approaching especially, with so many trailers blocking that particular spot.

Fool. May that prayer return to your bossom. Was it Jonathan that caused the stampede at the stadium? Haven't you heared of football fans dying because of stampedes that resulted from crowd surge? With regards to the fuel subsidy protest, have you not heard that it was some of the subsidy fraudsters that sponsored it by using socalled 'activists'? Why not make wider research before spitting bunkum on Nairaland?
I understand your pain my dear. It is a popular axiom that the guilty are always afraid even if nothing is pursuing them. Meanwhile, you can spend a little of whatever you are paid to get a teacher who can improve your english. On a lighter mood, to survive in your new line, you must be more logical in thoughts.

Don't ever say that rubbish again or else the souls of youth corpers and other Nigerians killed by Buhari's reckless and satanic statements will destroy you and your family too. Ask your demented brain if it was PDP that forced Buhari to say the ffg;
1. That muslims should only vote for those who will protect Islam.(He never denies it unless you want to do it for him)
2. That he would ensure Sharia was practised all over Nigeria(a secular state)
3. Accused Jonathan of killing northerners in the fight against Boko haram but turn around to blame his govt for insecurity!
4. Canvassed for Boko haram to be given amnesty!
5. Rejected his nomination by Boko haram as negotiator with the govt but claims he wants to fight insurgency if voted into power.
6. Recently condemned the govt for forming alliance with Chad and Cameroun to fight Boko haram.
Don't come here to sell a bad product on Nairaland. Buhari is a devil-incarnate.
In the same vein, the blood of all that died in the immigration job scam and those killed by police for protesting against fuel hike punish those who support this government and their generations.

Mr genius the joke is on you, those projects were in 2005, if PTF did what you said they did in your first post, we wouldn't need UBE. Check the post below where you said we needed to visit our schools to see the impact of PTF.
For the last time, i will expose your ignorance. In my post, i mentioned tertiary institutions and you replied in your wisdom with pictures of primary schools with bold UBE sign. After trying to make you see your folly with believe that you'll use your Mb to learn vide at worst google, you still posted this trash......your case is almost irredeemable.

Like i said earlier, i enjoy robust and intelligent debate spiced with well researched ideas and data. Ignorance is a taboo in my hood.

Talking of education, whosoever come here and claim not to have seen impact of PTF in our universities, polytechnics and colleges of education (accross the nation) just prove that he/she did not attend one and thus should forever desist from intefering when we discuss issues of education.

Moreover, visit your Primary, secondary and tertiary health centres and tell me if you wouldnt see PTF impacts.

Okupe wants RECs to present affidavits assuring of successful elections if it goes ahead without postponement. Jega thinks this election is child's play. I doubt if this man is mentally sound, he doesn't understand that this year's elections are pivotal to our democratic and social progress.

His PVC distribution and collection plan is useless and stupid. I went to INEC office in Area 10 to collect my PVC this morning only to be told I can't collect it because I registered in Enugu. I can't imagine how many nigerians are like me, who registered in a different state in 2010/2011 and left their area of registration permanently thereafter but can't vote in the upcoming elections because Jega can't use his brains properly even though he is a professor.

Jega must go after 2015.

INEC has the sole responsibility of sensitizing and informing eligible voters of the status of the TVC's and PVS. Technology has made it extremely easy to achieve this.

So if I registered as a voter in lets say, in an insurgency infested area like Baga in 2010/2011 and left, you expect me to go back to Baga and collect my PVC?

Or what if registered in lagos in 2011 and I no longer live in lagos and I am now disabled because I have an accident? That means i'm disenfranchised.

Why can't INEC have a centralised and publicly accessible database where users can check the status of their cards. INEC is not the NPC or NIMC, their activities are continuous and important.
Have you applied for the transfer of your registration from Enugu to Abuja? If not, with all apology, you are absolutely wrong with your submission as even fools are aware of that process.

Corruption in NNPC is monster bigger than GEJ. There are other godfathers of northern extraction that are controlling the affairs of NNPC at the background. After my school cert, while waiting to write JAMB,I started doing little contracts with nnpc, then at falomo and kofo abayomi in Victoria island. They would ask me to bring my quotation, maybe I quoted 10 for a piece of pen, they would almost start abusing me for quoting such a little price and ask me to change it to 150naira for a piece of pen, divided by 200 pieces. I was supplying cements, natural flowers, household items for their quaters at inflated prices;and 85percent of the. Top workers were northerners. Nnpc has been corrupt since I was 1900.
Laughable is the fact that you just indicted yourself with this story.
1. Did NNPC award a contract to an individual or a company?
2. How old were you to incorporate the company and be registered by DPR to get contract in the industry?
3. Was your contract not going through the bidding process?
4. Overinvoicing is a criminal offence, hence, are you saying that you are prone to crimes?

I seem not to understand your analogy, but as far as the issue at stake is concerned, the minister is culpable if such an amount is unremitted in an agency under her. Moreover, the president must be seen not to be shielding the minister who reports to him. Remember the case of Stella Oduah and NCAA.

As for your insult, i take it in my stride as by your words, we shall know you.
