advanceDNA:You know that the expectation going abroad is great that when you go and see it is not that rosy, you can't project it to your people down home Why? Because the expectation is high and no one will ever agree that you are having it tough. So most times what you see people enjoying and all that is them trying to project something to you down home. It's very tough in western world. You have all the basics like water, light, welfare etc and you can make some money and send home But what many can't understand is lifestyle is totally different. I can relate to him not being able to talk to anyone. They are very independent here and lack community life. That's why they don't play with mental health. The whole system fu*ks up some individual head. Also hardship is of another form that you can't relate until you see it. The normal hardship will relate to is being not able to eat well, having no basic amenities etc. But in the western world they do have it but in another form not what you can relate to This is in no way to discourag your pursuit of the greener pastures but sometimes it is good to have a better context of all these so that you won't come and start writing epistle like the OP or me...it is a different world out here but still pursue your dreams and know that you can never replace home |

Banhammy717:it is only the igbo man that have had an orchestrated killing done against him twice in history by name pogrom. Also the civil war by the number of people killed of just 1 ethnicity passes as genocide under normal UN conventions History showed that Igbos suffered hatred and still till this day Why is it that the only thing use to discredit Obi till today is his ethnicity Why should an Igbo man prove his patriotism more compared to another person. A case of "your sins haven't yet being forgiven", the sins of the war...Right ? You talk of Ekweremadu. Of what support do you want from the Igbos at a criminal case which he is facing I think one thing with the Igbos is their republican nature that was well documented from the colonial time. Being a bit stubborn and hard to control. The ideology that every man is a king of his household and the general saying that the igbos don't have a king. It brings about this so called division you might see I will say it has a positive and negative consequence. The republican nature allows every man to have an opinion and live free. But when it comes to politics it becomes difficult as everyone wants to have a voice. Probably that's why many say the Igbos tend to be politically naive, it might just be due to their natural behavior of independent thinking and having opinions You might look at it in different angles |
Truthisunique2:why call names that only speak your language and subscribe to your sentiments Mind you Umahi don't even have that regional support but because he is in Apc you like him Same as Soludo but because he spoke against Obi so you like him Probably you forgot to add Orji and Nnamani Lol It's funny that nothing bad was said about Obi prior to contesting for president until he decided to contest. His only crime and what is used against him is his ethnicity as an Igbo person And for Biafra, it is a story told my parents to all Igbo children. They grew up understanding the horrors of the war. That's why it is an ideology and a long agitation. Ask the Soludo or Umahi in a private setting and you will see that fundamental Biafra sentiment. You might not understand because you are not from the ethnic group. Even Tinubu said he will sit down with the agitators which is not different from Obi stance You might confuse yourself with Biafra ideology and the whole ipob and UGM incidences happening in the SE but it is a bit complex and just need someone with political will to sort out the mess |
Moh247:because ? It is easy to snap in a mobile you know without being identified |
ATLIEN2027:prove it is propaganda But if it was your candidate it won't be propaganda When will we be humans for once and drop our sentiments You even have to make it about ethnicity |
Moh247:no everything is sentiment. If the allegation is true that this man really wanted to harm him what do you have to say ? |
BATified2023:na so una hate igbo people ? you guyz make it look criminal for igbos to take part actively in this election |
ChizzyBuna:use worldremit |
obi4eze:they are too big to do that They did the best any club would do. Just terminate contract |
Realists:it has being debunked severally that it was no igbo coup and the so-called igbo coup failed in the eastern zone who was commanded by then who ? Ojukwu The real hate was the systematic killing of igbos across the North called the pogrom. It happened twice and the Igbos knew for sure they have to go back home You are talking of northern leaders that were killed during a coup by military officers to justify systematic killing of innocent people because of their tribes which resulted to the death of 3 million igbos which till date will be regarded as a genocide It is their blood that will get back to you for their is Karma. The blood of the northern leaders and others are in the hands on the coup plotters but the blood of the million of igbos killed are on the hands of your generation that maimed and killed them |
yyba:the man stance has never changed. You don't vrn know that he was put in jail in 1966 for going against the war by Gowon government and was a strong advocate for Biafra |
bobbybrown007:where did you see that someone killed them ? |
christistruth01:I don't think right now the igbos have anyone they can call a political leader for them that is unanimously accepted. The closest was someone like Ojukwu |
Hello everyone I am in the US with an F1 visa and my passport expires October 2023. I would want someone to explain this 6 months validity for passport renewal. My visa expires May 2023 next year and I am still considered to be in status as far as I don't leave the US beyond that date or else I need to renew my visa And the 6 months validity of my passport ends after April next year. Can I renew visa beyond April next year or I need to renew my passport first before renewing the Visa ? |
muykem:how is it fake news. You people saw certified true documents that was released by the court themselves. stamped and signed but you guyz still called it fake news Your delusions go kill una |
Realists:case dead on arrival that's why opposition doesn't even use it |
Honjoshy4u:I am no partisan person but you see Modu Sheriff, he was the governor at that time Bokoharam came to the limelight. His hands has been implicated in the early activities of Mohammed Yusuf. Even one of the commissioners in his cabinet was a bokoharam member and was killed in the 2009 uprising. Modu Sheriff in the picture you posted was the one that transfered and gave power to Shettima after he finished his tenure |
cherishmichael:US operatives in another country will likely be the CIA and believe me you won't get any pictures of them because of the work they do |
dyera:no club was willing to buy him Get your facts right |
GudluckIBB:and the ones wey no do ? |
Haymus007:everybody wrote us off...even liverpool fans were not too hopeful especially when we see lineup Na Anfield factor sha...#YNWA |
I am a liverpool fan buy with that lineup of Milner as RB and Gomez as CB and Konate out of team because of injury then we have no chance They go beat us today |
BATified2023:Igbos are the last people to want war after having seen war themselves that killed 3 million of their people. All what you wrote is completely not just false but reeks of hate and agenda...for the first time an igbo man is having a chance to be president we see a lot of hate based on his ethnicity. Is it a crime for an Igbo person to vye for that seat |
omenka:seems you don't know that both APC and PDP will want Kwankwaso to decades to either of them. He will certainly get a lot of votes in the NW which will reduce hopes of APC or PDP winning the NW. It has nothing to do with Obi. Infact it plays in Obi hands if the northern votes are divided |
Obagreatdatoye:lol...you call that levels?...man get issues but you don't know |
folake4u:lol...I think you are right |
Berrityga:a lot of people with mental health issues but they don't know....sorry bro |
Creamypie:because one came from one. They were all one body before the rise of ISIS and the power tussle that disintegrated bokoharam into Shekau bokoharam and ISIS affiliated group called ISWAP |
successmatters:Did you read the news at all...There have been an ongoing battle between ISWAP and bokoharam and pls research to understand the background behind the fight and that's even if you know the difference between Iswap and bokoharam |
Sleekcode:in the NDA we have equal number from each state...I think 6 or 8 per state |
God1000:I think Russia is stretching the hands of the west. They know they can force a solution if they threaten with nuclear weapons. Depsite the fact the west would want to fight it out with Russia, no one wants anything Nuclear and considering the fact that Russia is top 2 in Nuclear power with the US |
. You will be fine.
