Any trade without government control will be overrun by Igbos. As oil relevance reduces, government will remove hand in many things and igbos will take over. Dangote refinery which enjoyed FG support will enjoy Monopoly but marketing will experience serious competition and those not familiar with a free market economy will go under. Igbos are the largest distributors of Dangote cement. FG control mining and gave him advantage in cement product but distribution is not controlled by FG, same thing will happen to fuel. Also you must understand the direction f traffic to most of the other airports, most traffic comes from Lagos and Abuja, so for Ibadan Airport, Lagos is out because of proximity, so only traffics from Abuja fly into Ibadan, and currently there are about 4 airlines that fly from Abuja into Ibadan and mostly fully booked. The runway is shorter compared to Lagos though.

Benin and Warri are not far from Lagos yet received regular flights from Lagos more than akure, ibadan and Ilorin. It's all about low disposable income

Anambra is one of the most detribalised state in the South East. I have visited Onitsha several times with an uncle that sales spare parts in Ikoku when we were growing up. There is a whole area in Onitsha called Fegge. There is Bida and Kaduna Road too. There is Lagos Street in Onitsha. There is also Port harcourt and a big and important market called Agbe- Ijaw named after the shrewd Ijaw merchants and sea fares along the great River.

You forgot sokoto road and Nupe square. Igbos are too advanced joor. Some weaklings feel threatened by these things, they don't even know that it's more in the East
