Would you love to listen to the Music Playlist 2021 of President Mohammed Buhari? Okay. I know what most of you are thinking? Does the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria listen to music? Does he know the trending music and A-list musicians?At the end of this article, you would have been able to make an informed stand on the subject matter.

Over the years we have enjoyed and looked forward to the playlist of some world leaders especially the former president of the United States of America, Barack Obama. He has gone on to list some great Nigerian songs in his playlist which gave the musicians more audience and reach.

Coming home to Nigeria, Would it not be nice if our most recent and present leaders also had their yearly music playlist? Imagine an Olusegun Obasanjo Music Playlist 2021 and the impact it could have on the career of the musicians listed.

What I would love to see is the ratio of traditional to contemporary and foreign songs in every leader’s playlist. One would wonder if Goodluck Jonathan’s playlist will have more of the Tuface, Davido, and Tiwa Savage or traditional singers like Alfred Izonobi and I.K Belemu or maybe the Cardi B and Justin Bieber would have the day. That would be an interesting music playlist considering Jonathan was very close to the entertainment industry while he was the president of Nigeria. He often spoke about his passion for the entertainment industry.


Fast forward to the present day, what do you think President Buhari’s playlist would look like? He has never been seen as a youthful president so it may tend more towards a traditional list. Or would Mohammed Buhari Summer Playlist 2021 have the likes of Tems, Wizkid, Simi, Drake, and Burna Boy?

Wizkid's music has definitely changed over the years. before he released his latest and 4th studio album titled Made in Lagos. When he hinted at a change of music style and lyrics, fans had no idea the level of change which was very obvious after the album was released.

However many fans especially Nigerians argue if the new style has been able to gain fans’ acceptance like the Baba Nla and Pakurumo kind of songs. Many fans would say they prefer the Wizkid that gave them Ojuelegba, I love my baby, Jaiye Jaiye and the rest while some others will gladly jump on the new songs like Reckless, smile and No Stress.

Uber Driver From Hell. If the Benefactor was not someone like Davido who has a large heart and very generous, that's how Peruzzi would have missed a great opportunity.

Peruzzi has shared how Davido was the person who got him an international passport shortly after they met. He also revealed how he mistakenly sent a wrong account number belonging to an Uber driver when Davido requested for his account number to send money meant for flight ticket to Dubai.

Peruzzi said the Uber driver switched off his phones and went off the radar while he tried to get him through social media and Uber. He was told by Uber that the driver had been locked out of their platform a month before the incident.

He had only recently met Davido and did not know how to communicate that he lost the flight money. When he finally told Davido what had happened, Davido was not upset. Davido requested he sends his account number to him again twice as confirmation that he did not make another error.

And that began a journey that has given us several hits back to back. Peruzzi shared that he was blown away by Davido’s generosity and the life he began to show him from that moment.

Burna Boy seems to be facing an endless list of song writing scandals as he was called out last year by Ceeza Milli for not giving him credits in Burna Boy’s hit song “On The Low”. Burna Boy denied this saying Peruzzi is the only one who wrote for him in another song “Pull Up”. An audio recording of Burna Boy singing a different version of Davido’s into song on “A Good Time” album recently surfaced online fueling the accusations again.

Some fans claimed that DMW artiste, Yonda wrote the lyrics as Burna Boy was supposed to be a featured act on the song. It was then claimed that DMW had been writing for Burna Boy and he has been stealing the vibes without giving credits.

Burna responded saying “Who wrote what for who?”
