Please can I eat egusi soup

take pap a lot, drink hot/warm water, eat hot yam flour(amala) with ewedu and rest well if u av d chance it increases milk production. Hope it helps. Rgds to LO

I was drinking pap alot. Even taking hot water. Breast milk was a problem. But milk nd milo made me to be leaking sef. Now I hv to stop. Will go bk to d pap. I hated d pap cos de say drink it without sugar

Also burp ur baby well and put her to sleep on her tummy. Make sure her head is firm on the bed. Trust me u would be more than grateful cos she will sleep well. Then if she makes any sound or wants to cry turn her to her back. She isprobably tired of sleepingon hertummy. Watchher for some time. She might sleep backornot. Then u will know what to do. Sleeping on d tummy also helps reduce gassiness. Evenif urbaby doesn't burp ucan still put heer on her tummy. She will burp while slepping.nva put urbaby on her back if she hasn't burped.
I am a first timemom but my baby has taught me a lot and I am still learning. My mother in law even calls me to tell her what he wants once he starts acting up.

Thanks alot. Personally milk disturbs me. I get really gassy. I hv bn enduring the milk and milo cos de keep saying its gd for breast milk.

So please what do I take to get enough breast milk. Please this is important.

I asked her the same thing. She said NO o. I asked some oda nurses bf I asked her. No nurse agreed to gripe water. A matron yesterday told me it will go. Just time. Need to burp baby after each feed. Lie baby on stomach. Baby massage. Hot compress on tummy.

He just stopped his frequent poo early this month. Some days to 4 months old.

You won't produce enough breastmilk and you might even look lean.

Please I take milo milk everyday. Infact 3 times a day. Will ot affect my baby?

I keep hearing gas in my baby's tummy. U can see her in pain. Like her tummy is aching. Alot of ppl discouraged gripe water.

If u r not doin exclusive dear then u can give water. I ll advice u give oh cos my son was exclusively breast fed and now he hates water with passion. Though I hear some exclusively breast fed babies do take water well.

Gripe water is very good for d tummy and navel. I gave my baby for 2 months I think.

Lol @paracetamol. Pls do not give paracetamol except ur baby is runnin temperature oh. After all d many carrying, ur MIL should press d baby's body well while bathing ur baby. U can also give baby massage. Baby massage is super good and that enables mother and child time

Congratulatoins Dearie....! This exact tin happened to me too,wat I did was dat I do press my breast with hot and afterwards i massage d breast with ori(shea butter) I eat hot food and I eat on time.. I take plenty of hot akamu and kunu too.. it helps...... u can try it.... all d best sis.!

What prompted my asking was reading mytestimony's childbirth story and I heard her talk about her pain...my kinda spirit sank...

Please o I am realist. If sth pain I say e pain. No need to lie say I born without pain. If another person does so painless dats for the person. What happens to one may not happen to the other. I for come talk say e no pain so dt story go sweet then I go de hosp de cry of pain. That being said have a jewel to tk care of

Praise God with me . Had my lil princess yesterday 11th March

Nothing special o. I went to hospital 11th of March. I was booked fir 12pm. 8.am I don reach hosp. Anxiety wan finish me.
Beingbin d theatre was scary. Tor after d anaesthesia e no reach 2 mins I hear my baby cry. Meanwhile I was reacting badly nd had one killer head ache. De did sth abt it. De took me out less dan 20mins. Dunno how de did it o. D pain meds were nt working well. Nd cos of my ulcer de cld nt give me a stronger one. I had to b enduring intense pain. I cld nt even loook at my cute princess.
My husb nd mum were just crying nd calling nd jubilating while I was in pains. Praise God for me. He has removed shame from myeyes.
Na breast milk be the problem now
