Please I need advice.
We have been paying our rent as at when due. This time we begged that we do not have money. Our rent expired November 2016. Now we want to leave. We told the landlady that we want to pay the months we owe. She said no that she and her children decided that for not giving her six months notice we will have to pay for six months rent. Is there anywhere under the law that tenants should give 6 months notice or pay in lieu?
I need to b informed please. She is actually angry cos she mentioned that her son has been saying he is seeing signs that we r building our house.(her son stays in the house). I need advice please

Good morning all. Please I have one pcm(calpol ) that I used for my baby like a Lil over 3 months ago. It has been in the fridge and the fridge is always cold. I need to give her pcm this morning. Do I buy another or can I give her that one.
It is not expired or even close to expiry date. Am just afraid it has stayed long

As a mum, I know it's part of the great mum requirement to worry about Everything. but on this, DO NOT, some toddlers still have the pinkish looking bumps... don't know why it's like that but some don't dissolve on time..

I do buns of. Big ones. I have reduced it to small ones. Not tight

I learnt frm ask the paediatricians that Deworming is from one year o. And I dont think Deworming is part of the immunization process

I switched to sebamed and my baby who has never had rash started his rash journey. It's a painful things though. What are you using now?

Baby tribotan o. Me I just attributed it to drool rash.

From d link u posted, d said rash s a result of d drool. Like a 'redness'/patch whr d saliva touches not a generalized rash. There re actually a lot of myths associated wt teething dat aren't true at all.

D rash my baby has is just on d cheek. That was why I referred to it. Not that I said teething causes rashes.
So I felt d rashes she had just coincided with the change in skin care products.
