Ori can sometimes do more damage than good. My son reacted TERRIBLY to Ori. It worsened his already existing rash. You should look into stopping the ori for now.

Ori gave my princess some things dat look like giant pimples on her face o. But on her body nothing. Den she became very dark. Actually I continued till 5 months cos of the cold in jos . Now using her lotion and her colour is becoming brighter. My chocolate baby

Pele iya ibeji, it is well wit him. But pneumonia is not caused by cold. It is an infection caused by viruses n bacteria. Dis topic was actually discussed on d 'ask d peadiatrician' group. Just dress d children appropriately 4 d weather, don't ova do it.

I use president or oldenberg..any foreign butter sold in the supermarkets is fine. Someone also taught me her method. Get carrots, sweet pea, fish (titus) and potatoes. Boil the carrots, peas and potatoes together. boil fish seperate, de-bone and mash. once boiled, put the potato mixture into a blender, add the mashed fish, a little water and blend. It produces a smooth nutrious pudding.
Keep in freezer. when you want to warm, dethraw the food, either use microwave or put a little president butter on the frying pan and add the food for warming. Tastes delicious.

I also followed the advice here, bought basmati rice, boiled it, grinded it into rice pudding.
Then I served it with either milk or my special stew sauce.
Stew sauce: buy tomatoes, onions, pepper (shonbo-non peppery), beef, chicken and fish.
Boiled all the meat and fish. debone and mash fish, meat. For the meat, I used my salad grater to grate the beef and chicken. Blend the tomatoes ingredients. Put on fire to boil with a little oil. when cooked, add the mashed meat/fish, including little salt to taste and mix. Voila -tomatoes sauce with mashed mixed meat.

Its not been easy trying all the recipes I get here becos I work all week, take her with me for office creche and can't stop at the market on the way home but I now a system of cooking her meals on Saturday for the week, freezing it and bring it out when I need it. Thank GOD for improved light situation.

Please how do u boil d protein. Do u add salt

After trying so hard to be emotionally strong after pass my due date,all Dh cld do is to break me down emotionally.
Dh does a rotational job n had 2 go back offshore cos of d nature of hs work,i invited my mum to cum n stay wit me a week to hs leaving wc ws ok by him. Only 4 hs elder bro 2 call me dis morning n raking on me saying if datz how we do were I cum 4rm dat my mum as been wit me 4 a week n I cldnt tell him.i just apologize to him n dat ws it.
When dh cald during hs break time 2day I told him wat happened n I ws furious @ him dat me telling anyone how I run my home is a privilege to them n not der right n dat I dont lik how hs siblings wnt 2 knw watever happen in my own.
He apologize to me n said he wil caution him.i quickly told him not 2 do such tin dat my reason 4 telling him is 4 him 2 b aware wc he agreed to.
Only 4 him to chat me dis night telling me trash on how he cald his bro n talk 2 him on d matter n how d bro said he did nt mean it dat way.i felt so betrayed n angry.i hav never been dis mad @ someone in my entire life.i ws so angry dat I deleted him on my bbm n block him on my whatapp n facebook.
This are same siblings dats was against my marriage to him only on d basis dat a prophet told one of them dat I was going to turn him against them all because of d financial benefit they enjoy n dey wer thinking it wil cease once he marry.
I hv tried my best to be in good time wit dem so far only 4 dh to go n add 2 my problem.
I just hv to pour my mind somewhere b4 I run mad wit anger.

My madam arrived Aug 26th. It all feels so surreal cos she's not a regular newborn.
She weighed 4.33kgs. Looks and behaves like a 3mths old, I'm confused on how to handle her. But I'm sure.this thread will provide all the support I need in raising a super newborn.

My tummy has gone down even without tieing anything on it. For me, I won't advice anyone who was sectioned to start exercising after 6 weeks.

Yes o. I tried it nd my tummy wanted to burst open. I was in pain. Even skipping is nt gd fa. I tried it too nd suffered d consequences. Mothers that gave birth through CS pls give urself time to heal.
