Hello mamas, trust we are all doing fine. Please, is it okay for a 6-month old to take cheese balls?

Also, this giving of yoghurt to babies (over 6 months old), is it the normal sweet yoghurt one sees everywhere or is there a special one for babies? Thanks.

I saw a mother giving her 5 month old cheese balls. To worsen it I also saw her give fruit bread and capri sonne. To me it is nt good
For the yoghurt der r those for babies. I hv seen it in big baby shops

pour small eucalyptus oil in her bathing water,I mean very small, give vit C syrup and since u know d weather is kinda cold now, double clothing especially in d night , avoid exposing her to cold weather, I think this should help.

Pls my princess has cattarh. What do I do. Am tired of ppl nt having common sense. U hv cattarh nd u keep coming to d house where der is a baby. U hv cattarh u want to carry baby. Ppl in this country shld try nd hv small sense now. If u refuse to allow dem carry baby u don turn enemy. Gaskiya I de vex.

Yes nothing. The skin won't be dry, just rub the powder on the neck region, the folds and baby is good to go. I've tried lotions and my kids developed rashes. I decided to stop, a nurse also told me to avoid lotions too. Try it and you will be amazed at no heat rashes

If your baby is below 1yr no need applying anything on his body. Why? Majority react to body creme/ lotion/ oil. Use corn starch powder(Boots or Johnson).

As in nothing? only powder? Wont d skin b too dry.

Ultrasound should show it inside the womb. If no baby is seen inside the womb, then ectopic pregnancy is most likely. How are you feeling now?

Its nt for me. Ultrasound showed she has a cyst. She was given some bcp nd buscopan. Thanks alot
Now for me. I had pains in my joints before I gave birth. Serious knee pain after I gave birth. Was taking pcm and was told it will go. Now close to 3 months PP and I still have the pain . Very painful. What do I do

My girl sucked and my son still de suck. One thing I know is that some babies must surely. Suck something. When I tried all to stop them yet they kept pushing for it, I jejely leftt them o. I prefer they suck finger than tongue or mouth( very difficult to stop) my daughter sucks when she is sleepy.

How early in pregnancy are we talking about? Embryo becomes a fetus at 8 weeks, so can you be more specific? For any pain in early pregnancy, first thing is to exclude ectopic pregnancy

Also what cld b d reason for severe abdominal pain in early pregnancy. Is it normal. Pain dst wont stop. Esp at night. Os it ok to take ibuprofen in very early pregnancy. Mk una come ans abeg

Please when should my baby's neck be firm?

Good day good people. Please am a FTM,my baby is a week old and she has this Boil-like rashes on her skin. It starts like a tiny pimples and by day break it's like a small boil. I don't know how to go about it. It doesn't irritate her but it's spreading over her body.
Also am having difficulty breastfeeding her as am not so certain my breast satisfies her because she can have her mouth fixed on it for up to an hour and the very minutes u take it off she starts crying. But if I give her formula she gets satisfied and sleeps off.My breast started flowing about 3 days ago. This bothers me also because I ve always wanted to do exclusive feeding for her

Keep putting her to the breasts. It happened to me to. It was frustrating. The more she sucks the more likely it is for u to start lactating properly. My doctor would say dont run to formula first. Make such you are putting the breast right. That the baby latches on properly. Eat right.. I found recently pounded yam does wonders. Take alot of fluid. Now I am the one begging my baby to suck o. Cos the breasts r always full. All the best.

I normally dont eaf it cos am watching weight o. Longer throat made me eat o. Then see gbege. By 2 am I had to change my nighty. My whole bed was soaked.baby sucked nd sucked. Yet bossom still full nd leaking so much this morning.
I have taken d processed one. It never worked like d real pounded yam. So as this worked for me. It may worked for others. May ooooooooooo. Una gd morning and sorry for the long tory

Pls mamas, I wud like to ask a question. My son has this grunting noise dat accompanies his breathing esp @ nyt. The noise sounds like as if mucus is blocking his chest. @ 1st I tot it was cattarh and av used a lot of tings but its dere. A nurse told me that its becos dey didn't suck d mucus out after I delivered him & that with time he wud outgrow it. Pls is dis true cos it breaks my heart to hear d grunting noise & its more audible @ nyt.

My doct says its milk o. When u dont burb ur baby nd za milk enters za head. Shebi ze kwall it regurgitation. It will now be as if za baby has cattarh amma its nt cattarh. Goes with time.

Infact when the weather is cold I jeat up the bathroom then give her a nice hot bath. Next thing na sleep

I remember when ma mum said i shld pit water putside d door for anyone that comes. dad said I should always walk around with hand sanitizer so that i give anyone that wants to carry baby. Its the right thing to do but nigerians pick offence over thing wey de suppose do

My baby was bathed twice a day oh. Only on days that are cold once. However I read in one un brochure that it should only be once. Our mothers believe twice. Lol

Apply sheabutter but even if you don't apply anything, basic hygiene will cure it. It's really nothing to worry about

Please someone tell me how do u prevent ppl frm touching baby's face. Some go to d extent of even kissing baby. Why wld u be kissing baby like that when you are not family.
