You have to keep trying. Some people try for weeks before they're successful. Start trying before 4.15pm and if possible open the site on multiple browsers, one may go through. Don't give up!! RetiredAdult: Please, still on this. Any information will be appreciated. |

Unfortunately, I do not. However, the process has become quite easy and straight forward. Go to uniben website and click on apply for transcript. Then fill in the details and pay. Payment must be online as they no longer receive cash. There's a phone number on the website you can call for follow up. Hopefully someone else here can help with a contact. Blacksodje: Hi,
Do you still have your Uniben contact for transcript? |

You can't claim single if you are married. Idemujoseph: Good morning house! Please I need advice from you all. I am married with a kid but as a result of the huge financial cost, I am planning to process my PR alone. Now I don't have the proof of funds for family of three. 1. Can I declare that I am not married so that I will provide proof of fund for only myself? 2. Will I be able to correct the error in the future? 3. Will I ever be able to sponsor my wife and kid to join me in Canada in the future ? I need advice please brother and sister. |

All the best! b33mbor: Good day everyone, i tried creating a new application on iqas and it keeps telling me that daily limit has been reached and i should check back at 8:15 am alberta time'. i checked back at the exact time today and its still showing me the same error. is there anyone experiencing this problem and any advice on what i should do. |

Have you tried paying by 3.15pm (nigerian time) on the dot? Not earlier, not later. Those who have managed to get through paid at that particular time. I don't know about bank draft. Sicaron: please who has made payment on Iqas. The site is so slow because of the 15mins window and it even closes before the 15mins expires. I am considering paying through bank draft. Please someone should advise me |

You can use your nysc experience. Also, your experience does not need to be law related, as long as it falls under NOC 0,A, B. Yes, you can get your PR from here without passing Canadian Bar exam. TwentiesGirl: Good morning, do you know if the one year NYSC service will serve as legal experience and can Nigerian lawyers actually get PR from Nigeria without having to pass a provincial bar exam? |

It's advisable to go with IQAS as professional degree gives more points (it's equivalent to masters). Mayour99: Thanks! |

Law school + LL.B with WES is evaluated as 2 degrees. LL.B alone with IQAS is evaluated as professional degree. Mayour99: Hello All,
Quick question for the lawyers here. Does WES evaluate law school degree as masters or another certificate? |

If you want to use IQAS, start the process now. They are currently overwhelmed with applications and have given a 15 minutes window daily for every one who wants to apply. Only few people manage to make payment before this window closes. That said, considering the above, I can't say how fast her evaluation would be. elohim24: please who has succefully evaluated LLB with IQAS post covid? I need to reevaluate my wife's LLB in case she might be the primary applicant |

1. Evaluate your masters only. Your phd isn't complete yet so it can't be evaluated. 2. You can do the EE application from anywhere you are. purpose08: Hi, everyone I am looking to start my EE application soon. I would appreciate if you can help me clarify the following: |

In line for processing to 'Assessing' took 2 days, then Assessing to final review took 4 days. Been on final review since then. Debbieeeeeee: After how long did your status change ? They usually respond to emails & their webform but after like 5/6 days , if you call too they’re very receptive but I’ll allow one week more before I bug them. |

Oh wow. I was surprised mine moved quite fast. Just be patient. If that's the only document keeping you from entering the pool, maybe send a mail, although I don't know how effective that will be. Debbieeeeeee: I just checked now, It’s still on in line for processing. Today is one week exactly since they acknowledged the transcript after 3 weeks and 3 days of waiting. |

Since the amazing speech yesterday, I've seen a lot of first timers and "please I'm new here" posts. Word of advise, please read up for yourself extensively and then ask questions. Even when you get your answers here, still go and read up more. And to no one in particular, please if we're not sure of the answer to someone's question, wait for someone who is sure to answer. Las las what do I know? I'm just a junior here. God will bless all our efforts with PPR ooo. |

Of recent, they seem to have become faster with some evaluations. People have received one month after acknowledgement, while others, two to three months. When ready, you need to decide whose evaluation will award more points to you depending on your field and go with that. BFWestAfrican: Please, correct me if I am wrong. On IQAS website it is stated that it takes 14 weeks from the time all documents are received for evaluation tobe made & an additionnal 4 weeks if more than 1 certificate is being evaluted. Are you saying that in reality one can receive an IQAS ECA within about 1 month after acknowledgement? The 14 weeks timeline is actually the deciding factor for my choosing to go with WES instead of IQAS when the time comes. Please clarify. Thanks. |
