As well, note 4x 4/64gb also has the mtk version as well.

The confusion nor be small
grin no be small thing to join this Xiaomi cabalgang. And as a corollary to what Noobody said, it's this Mtk version (less preferred btw) that avails the RN4X nomenclature in a variety of colours. The SD version (more widely preferred btw) comes only in Blue/White colour as earlier stated. I think that should wrap up the lecture. Any questions? grin

60k can't do note 4x 4gb ram 64GB rom. Increase ur budget to 63,800 and I can help u place the order for gold.

Black cost 69,550

Thank you
I think we should also qualify that Note 4 and Note 4x are about the same but that the actual Note 4x 4/64gb variant only comes in blue with white face, so the black 4/64gb being offered will actually be the Note 4. Some people can be particular about nomenclature and could feel they've been shortchanged if they don't get exactly what they asked for. Tnx

Noted. For the good of all, we should just remain as transparent as possible. Was contemplating opening dispute with a seller for flashing a fake rom on a Meizu M6 note I picked up since around Thursday. Phone didn't show any other battery level apart from 50% and didn't last up to 20 mins when charged. Messaged seller for such a mess but up till now there is no response. Actually wanted to punish him /her in anger, but just decided to take my time and about 2 gig of data to flash the official rom. Your post just made me totally erase any possibility of dispute with the seller. Don't want to be a source of obstacle to anyone including myself in future, but some sellers can push you to the wall.
I'll be following you up on that Meizu, e dey my eye too but that vendor rom was my hesitation and the factory China rom was alternative but to source unhampered was the ish. I dey your back sha..

giving me a link to a "2017" article about a "2016" event in "2018"..I'll pass.
i don't think past events influence the future..Aid my "future" Guidance with "2018" articles please!
Lol, you really came here with an AR-15 on your shoulder. If you observed, right after my post, anticipating that you would raise the issue of the article's date, I immediately posted an update of 2018.

https://www.gizmochina.com/2018/01/25/xiaomi-aims-bolster-mobile-phone-arm-new-rd-complex-shenzhen/

The whole purpose of this, is not to try and win any arguments but for elucidation, iron sharpens iron, we learn from each other with shared knowledge and information that's why I sent the articles.
And for you to say "I don't think past events influence the future", I don't think that compliments the education you obviously have. I mean, you went to school in the PAST and were taught to read and write and that obviously influenced your FUTURE right up to the present such that you can write and reason as you have.
R&grin takes years to start and yield results and it's on the basis of those results that production commences, that's why you have pilots and prototypes. So you build on your past foundation to erect your future enduring structures.
Cut yourself some slack and calm down. There is no argument to be won here.We like our product, mid-range and high- end depending on each person's finances and priorities. That's why we set up the thread in the first place and called it the Xiaomi Thread. I won't barge into your house where you and your family members are infront of your OLED and call it and by extension all of you "garbage" and expect you to bake and present me a welcoming Chocolate cake.
Stand down bro...

That your beloved xiaomi don't invest in research and innovations which obviously puts tech giants ahead in the game is enough for critics to.talk smack about its brand
that you being in nigeria and is contented with xiaomi doesn't mean somewhere in europe or america some users aren' t frustrated.
xiaomi doesn't realize that the mid-range device competition is getting tougher...

Yes, in fact I have it onquestionable authority that Lei Jun has been following this thread and in view of the recent observations about the aesthetics of the Mi Mix 2, he has commissioned a high powered think tank team to design and develop the "World's First grin" oblong and round phones. Furthermore they will be known as the ....ehm, ...Mi Mix Pro + and the Mi Mix Reloaded. To be released by first quarter next year. Something remarkable to be looked forward to by those bored with the rectangles and squares.

GM, I greet o. But really, any need to flash global ROM? China ROM (CRom) has English language and to install Gapps is a breeze. I'm asking because I'm seeing the sense in CRom and worried about vendor ROM posing as global ROM. Any drawbacks with having CRom?

My RN4X battery has been inferior for some time now to say the least. It has not always been so good but it has never been has bad as it is now. I even changed memory optimisation to 'middle' in developer options but it has now gotten worse sef. Dunno if it's because I upgraded from 9.0.5.0 to 9.0.7.0?
I use a Redmi 3s Prime on beta ROM. Android System was also going gaga like yours and draining battery. After trying every, I finally just backed up and factory reset. Im head come back straight. Everything normal now.

Data transfer
CDMA: The best data transfer technology it has to offer is the EVDO technology, allowing for a maximum download speed of about 2mb/s (about 700kbps in practice), which is similar to what a DSL line has to offer. EVDO is not available everywhere yet and requires a cell phone that is EVDO ready.

GSM: Offers EDGE, allowing for a maximum download speed of 384kbps (around 140kbps in practice). More technologies are being developed on top of EDGE such as HSDPA to boost the transfer rate to over 384kbps in practice. This technology requires an EDGE-ready cell phone.

CDMA offers faster data download and would therefore be the favoured choice for data transfer. GSM is catching up fast however, but its EDGE technology is subject to interferences.

Yeah I used the meizu U10, fantastic device for the price. Good camera and great android skin too, combo of glass and metal build, very light.I absolutely enjoyed using it for the short period I did. Just go for the global version Sha as mine was sealed global version. Dem dey really try. Flyme 6 is really really good as it brought most nougat features. She will enjoy it.
Thanks, I'm looking at an SD version though I understand they are pretty good at optimizing their MTKs too.
