I don't think that was the problem. I think it was the number of hours you inputted. Putting your exact POF is not so advisable because of exchange rate. Well, it's good you are in now.

Upload both. That's what most people do...if not everyone. I can't categorically say there is a penalty for not uploading the unevaluated degree. Better safe than sorry though

Currently at 463, can get to 469 if I max out However birthday is in mid January. Remark came back as same... Was already thinking of doing TEF(which would take 6-7months to clinch).

Now I don't know if I should take the risk of rewriting IELTS hoping to Max out or just focus my energy on TEF.

If I were in your shoes, I would suspend TEF for now
Give IELTS my best shot (take enough time to prepare and write it such that my result is out latest 25th Dec).

3 things:
- If you happen to max it, you would have a 3wks window in the pool within which you may get ITA at 469.

- If you max it and still don't get ITA by your bday, you will be on 464/463 during your 6-7 months (post bday) prep period for TEF. Still better than being on 457/458

- If you don't max it, you tried.

Whatever choice you make, your bday will still come and go and you will lose that 5/6 points...or not

I doubt there is a problem with the documents Unilag sent to Wes. It's just Wes doing their thing - dealing with backlogs and stuff. Dm or tag them with the details of your transcript delivery and your wes number @Wescanada on twitter

Use the dates for which you can get a reference letter and bank statements/payslip/cash certificate to back up your claim.
You need just the ielts TRF number to create your profile. You will need the certificate post ITA

Aim to max out, that is get atleast LRWS 8.5,8,7.5,7.5 to enable you get the maximum points for ielts in the CRS calculator (136 points, as against 124 points awarded for LRWS 8,7,7,7)
Best way to achieve this is to gun for LRWS 9,9,9,9.

Recommendation
Cambridge ielts test volumes and ieltsonlinetests.com for listening and reading. Jay's and Liz's youtube videos for speaking and writing.

It's just BC or MOD/IDP. Two different bodies, slightly different fees (75k vs 73k) but same exam, same questions.
MOD/IDP doesn't offer CBT for now, just PBT, while BC offers both options.
