PropertiesRe: Filling Station For Sale In Enugu by nadico(op): 4:43pm On Jan 28, 2009
My fellow umunwanne brothers, i want and believe it is time for us to think home. Is it not time yet for us to start thinking about investing heavily in property just the same way we seem to colonized the real estate sector both in Abuja and Lagos, even Kano inclusive. When are we going to make our home just as we have other places. I believe that this is a clarion call to all umunwanne m to put up skyscrapers just as they did all over Abuja. Statistics show that we owe 60 to 70 percent of the property in Abuja, it is very welcome development but what has it fetced us. No one had ever taken cognisance of our giant stride in developing our federal capital and at least appreciate us for once with even the post of the minister of the territory or is deputy governor of Lagos. The percent of appreciation of property rates in our part of the country is also very high. Be it in enugu,owerri ,aba or even in abakaliki not to talk of onitsha. So i welcome any property enquiry in Enugu for now. i will later expand to all the states in the zone gradually. lastly,only we can develop our place. Let us think more of investing homewards. ka o di nu

Hey Guys i would be representing the coal city state for any property transaction, be it houses or land for rent ,buy or lease. Iam fully based in Enugu and also a property agent. I'm working with the state government so i have access to search thoroughly to ascertain the genuine and ownership of any property before i advertise it. Very soon i would start posting the pictures of the presently available ones. there are presently some hot properties on sale right now. I can be reached on 08037027908. The present government in Enugu is a God sent one and Enugu state is been transformed. So it better to take up positions now.
TravelRe: Let's Boycott The UK Visa For One Month by nadico(m): 5:53pm On Jan 19, 2009
I would only support the boycot only if we will conduct a census of the number of people who are willing to comply. I was denied a student visa myself just last two weeks on the excuse that i was not able to convince the ECO that my sponsor is really my aunt. I dont know whether they want me to send in an extended family picture. Those guts for sure are worse than heart breakers. i now intend pursing my studies here here niger. Farewell ukvisa till my children might need a visa.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigeria Lost Over 20 Graduate In Immigration And Prison Recruitment by nadico(m): 10:57am On Jul 15, 2008
The mere fact that we all just air our views on this issue and fold our hands amounts to a mere pat on the wrists for our government. Is it not time we really suggest ways by which such ugly episodes can be avoided in future. Its a very big shame to the self acclaimed giant of africa, Giant my foot ;

PoliticsIs It Not Time We Start Demanding Accountability From Our Government by nadico(op): 5:31pm On Sep 11, 2007
Fellow nairalanders, iam really worried about the going ons in this our naija country. Every day i wake up i seem to continually question Gods choice of leaders for my dear country. Im practically talking about the issue of having deaf and insensitive leaders ruling over us. Is it not time we take our destiny in our own hands,is it time we takethe bull by the horn, is it time we start demanding responsibility from our elected representatives. Must we all fold our hands and stand aside waiting for 2011 when EFCC would start hounding the next set of corrupt politicians into jails. Don't you nairalanders believe that we can actually help EFCC by shouting and demanding fiscal responsibility early enough from this guys. Their 100 days in office has very fast come and gone. The best most has achieved within the period is of buying wonders on wheels and millions of naira spent through their cronies in buying up newspaper adverts. Let us start telling this guys what and what we want. We must endure,even their continued silence should not deter us. The money this guys are spending for Gods sake belong to you and i, and not to their father. This time i have decided not to be on the fence, so please let us all come on board. What is that thing that you feel your selected sorry elected representative should do to better the lot of your people. SHOUT IT OUT NOW

PoliticsRe: Orji Uzor Kalu's Interview On Hardtalk! by nadico(m): 11:30am On Feb 19, 2007
I sincerely believe that we just have to say the hard truth and be sincere to ourselves.Orji kalu whether he faulted in his grammer or not is just a total failure when it comes to governance.Someone of you guys might not actually understand the real depth of the whole issue.The issue remains that this was a young man whom many people entrusted a lot of hope in when he came into politics.many were blinded by the fact that this guy that has made so much money as a young would surely be an embodiment of democracy.the only word to substitute that name Aba is filth.i pray let God never allow such people to come into governance again in Nigeria.He might not actually be much different from the other crowd aspiring to rule Nigeria but he just succeeded in using his money to cast a big slur on himself.
