Banbanna:Okay. |
Banbanna:So carrying a dagger would make me feel like a criminal? Last time I checked I didn't seen a law stating that people can't carry a dagger. Besides pepper spray is not so easy to conceal. Thanks though. |
solasoulmusic:I am happy to know that you escaped this incident unscathed. I will be gentle as a dove but fierce as a lion in defending myself. |
solasoulmusic:You were almost attacked? Having pepper spray and a glock will be great. The more the weapon, the better it is. |
Osibajo2023:Thanks, I will pass. |
Litmus:Are you being sarcastic? |
Osibajo2023:I don't believe in that, physical defence is the best. |
A girl child is not safe anywhere in Nigeria. You can't even go out without being scared for your life . Rapists, kidnappers and ritualists on the prowl. Violent crimes against girls and women is being reported everyday. I have to start learning self defense, I can't take any chances. Maybe I should start moving around with a dagger too. |
Hammyaladin:Either of the two is false. |
Scrap out NYSC. |
Appleyard:lol fr though |
Didn't she just give birth? well maybe her husband couldn't divorce his pregnant wife and had to wait. |
Zelensky should be happy with this news, it seems like his cries have eventually been heard. Now he can start rebuilding the ruins and Ukrainians can come back home to continue with their lives and businesses. 1 million dollars should be sent to each Ukrainian household as a means of finding their feet back. Also with that huge amount of money Ukraine can build their own nuclear heads and bomb Moscow out of oblivion in retaliation and then the much touted WW3 can start. I have dug out my own bunker incase any missile mistakenly flies over Nigeria.

Happy international women/mothers day to all the birth and adoptive mothers out there! You all are the best! When I was a kid, I was so stubborn and hotheaded that I once twisted my elbow while playing roughly. As per my hotheadedness I received a lot of thrashings from both parents but from my dad especially. One faithful morning, I was being stubborn as usual and I was delaying my mum who was preparing to go to her shop. It was a Saturday and I refused to have my bath and ran around the house with my mum chasing me. When she caught me, I was giving a premium dosage of my daddy’s belt and I cried painfully at the injustice of it all. After the tears subsided I started plotting my revenge. As my mum was taking her bath, I decided that the best thing to do was to pull a disappearing act on her. I scanned the whole sitting room and decided that the dining room was the best option, the dining was always dark and the curtain was drawn thickly that morning, I hid my small body under the table at the farthest corner and kept mute. My mum soon emerged from the bedroom fully dressed and she called me. I heard her call me severally and I continued hiding still bent on revenge. She began to panic and started shouting my name, I was still in my crouching position underneath the table my heart hardened with revenge when she opened the door to go outside to check if I had gone out. I came out of my hiding sweating and smiling, my plan had worked. Soon my mum stepped back inside and was surprised to see me, she asked where I had been and I burst out laughing that I had been under the dining table all along. She eventually apologized for beating me and I had to bath again before we proceeded to the shop. Have you ever pranked your mum before? Share your story.

none, most of these people are always stereotyped to a particular role, they are not flexible with their acting skills. |
And it's more handy & portable to use, & wouldn't make you feel like a criminal in the case of having to carry a dagger.
