It seems, the button was disabled, because even if you left the field blank without filling any value.the button does not function. I just try that now. So, it migh happen that the developers had run into glitch after enabled the option yesternight.

Once you click the password reset it will ask you for email or phone number so I chose email.

Tab is not laptop if I get you right though

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Next Step After Seeing Your Name On Npower Portal by Naijaepic: 10:12pm On Nov 29, 2016
I dont have issue with browser, it is because i saw the option first time on my tab this afternoon that is the reason I install Chrome(I am not fan of this browser). I specifically use it for password resetting. I am doing it for someone, The person was selected. As you said, I will still go ahead clear my cache file.

modify:

Did you received the reset password as sms or email?

sanchybaby:

Calm down bro. Clear your browser history. Open the site afresh then click password reset again
We're you selected from Lagos?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Next Step After Seeing Your Name On Npower Portal by Naijaepic: 9:41pm On Nov 29, 2016
I have click this reset button more than ten time in a bid to rest the password but without success. I am using Laptop with chrome/Firefox/Edge browser

sanchybaby:
Okay guys here is what to do especially Lagos candidates... Use a laptop not phone and click reset password. A new password will automatically be sent to your email. Go there and it will give you a link and other things will be easy.

Note: phones are not allowing password reset so use a laptop or desktop computer.

If you are successful lemme know

is there anyone outside the following LGA in Lagos that was able to login
Agege Lagos State
Ajeromi-Ifelodun Lagos State

If you can not login and some people was able to login in the above state for example, then be rest assure that NPOWER use name of LGA in alphabetic order.

from your assumption, Kwara State should come before Lagos State right? But nobody on this forum from Kwara state had be able to login.

Kenniexpress:
Hmmm, I rep npower Lagos and logged in successfully midnight yesterday.Maybe its alphabetically because my local government starts with A. And even if it is by names,my surname starts with A, also.just saying though. So guys keep trying, you will all be activated to log in.

As you can see, here is somebody from River State. So skipping Kwara all the way to Lagos, Ogun and River State is beyond logic of alphabetic state-wise

Gud day, pls after updating my account details, what am i supposed to do next? i have not received any mail or text from them since i updated my acct details. From obio/akpor LGA, Rivers state

Anyone from Kwara State, who had successfully login? If the theory that activation is done State by state alphabetically is correct , then why Lagos and Ogun State before Kwara?

Foreign Affairs / Re: Saudi Arabia Drops Islamic Calendar Over Oil Crisis - Adopts Gregorian, Cuts Pay by Naijaepic: 3:54pm On Oct 03, 2016
Why is that this "news" was only made available on Nigeria blogsphere. This news was first made available on DailyTrust website earlier this morning and within a span of thirty minute tons of Nigeria bloggers featured it on their website. However, independent search on media news outlet in the Middle East does not feature it.

If this news is official polices of the Saudi kingdom, I don't think this news will elude the Media outfit in the Middle East.

Abbeyme:
As part of austerity measure, Saudi Arabia on Sunday announced that it was adopting the Gregorian or Western calendar as a basis for paying civil servants.

The kingdom had adopted the lunar Islamic calendar when it was founded in 1932.

The new development brings the birthplace of Islam in line with many of its energy customers.

The Islamic lunar calendar is actually 11 days shorter than the 365-day solar year, which will actually save the kingdom money by cutting salary days for many public servants.

It is part of a larger series of cost-cutting measures recently imposed that includes cancelling some bonuses offered to state employees and hiking fees for entry visas for foreign visitors and residents.

Millions of Muslims from around the globe visit Saudi Arabia annually as part of the hajj pilgrimage to Islam’s holiest sites.

Saudi King Salman has also ordered a 20-percent cut in salaries for civil servants and a 15-percent reduction in financial perks for the kingdom’s advisory Shura council as part of far-reaching economic reforms.

The world’s top oil exporter, Saudi Arabia has seen decreasing revenues since oil prices have been in decline since 2014 as OPEC nations maintain robust output amidst static demand.

Politics / Re: Saraki’s Trial: Kwara Monarchs Seek Buhari’s Intervention by Naijaepic: 1:05pm On Apr 26, 2016
i got this from one of the social media, i would not know how true it is,but last week, when images/photo emerged on the ongoing work on ilorin-mokwa road. The questions everyone was asking is,how would any contractor commence working on any government project, when the budget for that year has not been pass, not only that the same contractor had not been seeing on that same project for more than two years or more, so what happen?

The story thus..............................................
The havoc of Kwara Rulers and the intervention of President Muhammadu Buhari

Story from the ground in Kwara.

Fashola came to Kwara state to inspect the Kainji Dam. He had to pass through Jebba-Mokwa road that used to be a 1 hour 15 minutes journey. He spent over 4 hours because of the trenches (not pot holes) on the road and the only road that links the North and the South-West. Trucks and trailers use the road to transport food stuff to the South-West. On getting back to Abuja, the minister briefed the president, on the state of the road. The president invited the Emir of Ilorin, who was awarded the contract to do the road, to come to Abuja. The President instructed the Emir to come by road. The Emir decided to go by air to answer the call of the President. When he got to the airport he was turned back. He was reminded that the instruction was that he should come by road, so that he would have a taste of his havoc.
As we write, the road is now back to being re-constructed with grading, tarring and konta on-going. You can imagine what could have happened if not for the presidential order. We learnt that the president ordered him to get to site otherwise he would be a guest at the EFCC office. Part of the road is good and smooth now whilst the rest of it is being re-constructed.
Politics / Re: Saraki’s Trial: Kwara Monarchs Seek Buhari’s Intervention by Naijaepic: 12:56pm On Apr 26, 2016
This headlines is misleading, those are not monach. They should be described as local chief under ilorin emirate. In ilorin emirate, only one monach and king existed and he is the Emir of Ilorin, the first class monach. So ask yourself is it only ilorin town that exist in whole of kwara state, whither the rest of first class monach on that list?

Those boot licker mentioned in the article are the reason why kwara is host hostage.
Politics / Re: Saraki's Trial Spells Doom For Tinubu by Naijaepic: 2:56pm On Apr 23, 2016
Sir. I stand to be corrected, what will be political implication if Tinubu is retrial at CCT, what does stand to loose as compare to Senate president, Senator Saraki? Please do enlighten us on this allow the point.

TheDevilIsALai:
I made a thread here that killed falana's nomination for CJN.

I know Buhari's sycophants in Aso Rock visit nairaland daily and I know they will tell their king to use the CCT trial of saraki to reopen Tinubu's case file and thus silence him forever.

Shehu tell your baba this is a once in a life time opportunity to address the Tinubu question once and for all and also portray his corruption war as not being partisan and partial.
Politics / Re: The Truth About The Presidential Campaign Funds, By Femi Fani-kayode by Naijaepic: 3:24pm On Apr 22, 2016
I made a point of asking what the source of the funds in this account were and I was told by the Director of Finance that the funds were sourced from private individuals and private companies who opted to support and fund President Jonathan’s campaign. She told me that no money was paid into her company from any government official, account or agency. This she told me in the presence of witnesses and I believed her.

I was told that there was a fundraising event held by our party (PDP) which took place in early January 2015 in which billions of naira was raised specifically for the Presidential campaign. I believed this to be true and I had no reason to doubt it.

Was he on the seventh planet when the fundraising ceremony was organized? Why forming ignorance of such big event during the election campaign.
