Boko-Haram has killled thousands of Nigerians almost on daily basis in the North east and other parts of the country but I don`t see people Changing their profile pictures on Facebook using the Nigerian Green White Green colours. How come terrorists attacked and killed 127 people in France and everyone is changing his/her profile picture to France` colours even my Nigerians People.

Guys Please what do you think about it?

Couple of events and instance of keen observations on Nairaland[which i call TRIBALAND]and within the IGBO community have come to inform my opinion that the igbos are naturally BORN/MAKEUP to LIE/DECEIVE.Make no mistake,my connection with my igbo folks is IRREFUTABLE.Notwithstanding i lay bare the truth in their faces at every given oppourtunity.To this end,my aim is not to futher promote ethnic and tribal jingoism that has polarized our corporate existence,but in the spirit of brotherliness,i wish the igbos would liberate themselves from the pack of lies being peddled from generation to generation.Here are some:
How could they say their region is greener while they also claim they suffer development,
How could they claim Nigeria is a contraption while they fail to tell the meaning of BIAFRA in igbo,
How could they say they hate ISLAM but love muslims who share and support their agitation,
How could they say they are the best in commrce but their crime rates are alarming(say commercial crime)

While anticipating my NYSC, my dad told me how he served in a seminary and the several demonic attrocities reverend fathers commit, coincidentally i was posted to Anambra state, osumenyi in a catholic school.
We were lodged in the fathers residence for some weeks. I know that ladies came from town to service the fathers regularly, i know that sometimes at night, the fathers were drunk to an extent that they couldnt stand .. I moved close to one of the seminarians because he was probably my age mate. At least i remember during one of our discussions that He told me the following clearly
I joined the seminary because of the priviledges given to Rev. fathers.
One can have sex with as many ladies as you want but they must not get pregnant.
I knew he had sex with my students regularly.
He grew up in the seminary just like Johnydon22. Anyway I heard he was sent away for stealing offering before delivering it to the fathers.
Still During my stay there, the priest was changed and this one was worse. Another seminarian also joined, a bit older than the previous ones. That one had sex with female students at will.

Will you say these ones have any idea what they are into

If tired of their irresponsibility and want a change they become atheists claiming "former christians",
if they find grace they will come to a different realization of the person of Christ.

Being born into christianity or being ordained by men is never synonymous to being a christian?
What can you say about "preachers" in Nigeria who engage in several demonic attrocities?

So should we also take it that other moral codes that predates even the old testament are also from the different God concepts of the cultures they are found in?

There are many ancient moral codes found in every culture and civilization, should we also conclude these codes are the words of the different God(s) of these civilizations?



Not believing in a God is not synonymous to saying the bible is a lie anymore than saying Code of Uruk are lies by men.

You see for such code to claim the involvement of a deity, it shows to be much shallow and rooted in preexisting codes and most times is not compatible with a 21st century ethic.. Morality or societal ethics remains a social construct that differs from society to society.

E.G The word of God (bible) said it is ok to burn a wayward daughter of a priest to death (Don't give me it is in the old testament stuff because unless you agree the old testament and new testament yahweh are different deities then i would take you serious on that.. )

So why are you not doing this, why is it you don't like homosexuality just like the old testament asserts but don't agree with it when it comes to burning wayward daughters of priests..
