PoliticsAmerican Civil Rights Activist Rachel Dolezal Has Officially Change To Igbo Name by naijaracist(op): 11:55am On Aug 24, 2017
EXCLUSIVE: Just call her Nkechi! The former NAACP president Rachel Dolezal who lied about being black has legally changed her name to a West African moniker meaning 'gift of god'

Rachel Dolezal, 39, changed her name to Nkechi Amare Diallo in a Washington state court in October, legal documents show
Nkechi, short for Nkechinyere, is a name that originates from the Igbo language of Nigeria and means 'what god has given' or 'gift of god'
Dolezal, former president of the NAACP’s Spokane, Washington chapter and a part-time professor of Africana Studies at Eastern Washington University, shot to notoriety in 2015 after being 'outed' as white by her parents
Just days after her recent name swap, the former professor started a Change.org petition under Nkechi Diallo to lobby TEDx to post one of her controversial speeches
Dolezal's memoir, In Full Color, which charts her journey from childhood to NAACP president and activist, is set to be released next month

Rachel Dolezal, the former head of Spokane, Washington's NAACP chapter who claimed to be black before her parents 'outed' her as white, officially changed her name to Nkechi Amare Diallo in a Washington court in October, legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com show.

Nkechi, short for Nkechinyere, is a name that originates from the Igbo language of Nigeria and means 'what god has given' or 'gift of god.'

Diallo, meaning 'bold,' is a last name of Fula origin. The Fula people are a Muslim ethnic group thought to have roots in the Middle East and North Africa, who are now widely dispersed across West Africa.

Since the revelation about her race two years ago, Dolezal, 39, has had a difficult time patching her reputation back together and providing for herself and three children.

After applying for more than 100 jobs, including a position at the university where she used to teach, she says that no employer will hire her. A friend reportedly helped her pay two months of rent and Dolezal said she expects to be homeless.

Shortly after her name change last fall, however, Dolezal employed her newfound identity to try to garner a small amount of positive attention.

She started a Change.org petition in October urging the TEDx organization to post one of her controversial speeches from April, 2016 at the University of Idaho. She listed the petition under Nkechi Diallo, never mentioning her birth name.

'Rachel Dolezal's TEDx Talk on Race & Identity...is still not available online. Please post her talk online immediately. She should not be censored due to her unique perspective. We want to watch this speech!' the petition read.

Though Dolezal only received 30 of 100 required signatures, TED begrudgingly posted the video on November 2, along with a description of the politics surrounding her speech.

'TEDx organizers host events independent of TED, and they have the freedom to invite speakers they feel are relevant to their communities,' the TED blog read.

'These volunteers find thousands of new voices all over the world - many of which would not otherwise be heard - including some of our most beloved, well-known speakers, people like Brene Brown and Simon Sinek.

'What TEDx organizers have achieved collectively is remarkable. But, yes, some of them occasionally share ideas we don’t stand behind.

'This particular talk has sparked much internal debate. For many on our staff, sharing the talk risks causing deep offense, and runs counter to TED’s mission of ideas worth spreading.

'But for others, now that the talk has been recorded, refusing to post it would unduly limit an important conversation about identity, and the social underpinning of race -and would be counter to TED’s guiding philosophy of radical openness. There’s no easy middle ground here.'

In 2015, Dolezal, then a high-profile NAACP leader and part-time professor of Africana Studies at Eastern Washington University, was forced to step down from her respective leadership roles when her parents Larry and Ruthanne told a local newspaper that their daughter was, in fact, born Caucasian.

For years, Dolezal had been insisting she was black, even claiming a black man she met in Idaho was her father on social media and styling her naturally blonde locks in traditional African American hairstyles.

She diligently studied the Civil Rights movement, black literature and attended HBCU Howard University for graduate school.

Despite a constant stream of threats and hate mail directed at Dolezal after her unique story made national headlines, the NAACP issued a compassionate statement about its former chapter president.

'For 106 years, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has held a long and proud tradition of receiving support from people of all faiths, races, colors and creeds.

'One's racial identity is not a qualifying criteria or disqualifying standard for NAACP leadership. The NAACP Alaska-Oregon-Washington State Conference stands behind Ms. Dolezal's advocacy record.

'In every corner of this country, the NAACP remains committed to securing political, educational, and economic justice for all people, and we encourage Americans of all stripes to become members and serve as leaders in our organization,' the statement read.

Dolezal, who grew up with four adopted black siblings, still maintains that race should be a fluid concept.

'I’m sure it’s hard to make sense of for people from the outside, but for me it’s been like a consistent, organic process of coming into who I am. As long as I can remember, I saw myself as black. I was socially conditioned to discard that,' she told the Guardian.

'There's no protected class for me. I'm this generic, ambiguous scapegoat for white people to call me a race traitor and take out their hostility on.

'And I'm a target for anger and pain about white people from the black community. It's like I am the worst of all these worlds.'

Last year, Dolezal announced she was publishing a memoir, titled In Full Color, that will describe her path from the child of white Evangelical parents to 'an NAACP chapter president and respected educator and activist who identified as black'.

The book is set to be released next month.

PoliticsBuhari A Media Darling, Praised At Home And Extoled Abroad - Yahoo by naijaracist(op): 5:17pm On Nov 21, 2016
Fool Nigeria Once, Shame on You. Fool Nigeria Twice …

Muhammadu Buhari promised to embrace democracy as president, but turned out to be the same autocrat who failed the country 30 years ago.

It’s been a tough year for Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari. The mood in Africa’s most populous nation is a far cry from the euphoria that greeted his historic 2015 election — the first time in Nigeria’s history that an opposition candidate unseated an incumbent president in a democratic election. For weeks and even months after the vote, Buhari was a media darling, praised at home and extoled abroad.

Since then, the cheers have turned to jeers — even from members of the president’s own party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). Meanwhile, his administration cowers under attacks from a disillusioned electorate, members of the opposition, and even Buhari’s wife, Aisha, who said she might not vote for him in 2019, when he is up for re-election.

What’s behind the swift unraveling of Buhari’s presidency? His inability to formulate a coherent economic plan as Nigeria tipped into recession and unwillingness to make crucial decisions — as basic as appointing a cabinet — in a timely manner certainly didn’t help. But the main reason Buhari has lost the support of his countrymen is that the last year has revealed the central premise of his candidacy to be false: The man who claimed in the campaign to be a “reformed democrat” has proved to be the same old authoritarian showman who ruled Nigeria in the early 1980s.

Buhari’s first attempt to run Nigeria ended after a year and a half in the same manner it started: a coup d’état. Back then, Buhari launched a campaign to root out corruption, dubbed the “war against indiscipline,” which was accompanied by restrictions on free trade and free speech, as well as repression of his political opponents. Soon Nigeria was embroiled in a political and economic crisis that paved the way for his ouster.

By 2015, however, many Nigerians were ready to give him a second chance. Growing economic hardship and rampant corruption — and the seeming inability of then-President Goodluck Jonathan to tackle either — convinced them to embrace Buhari again despite his checkered past. To many he seemed like a competent leader — at least more so than the weak and feckless Jonathan.

But there is already a strong element of déjà vu in Buhari’s second stint at the helm. He has again staked his presidency on an anti-corruption crusade and again used it as a vehicle to target political opponents. Now, as before, Buhari’s legitimacy was built on empty showmanship, a hyped-up claim of superior morality and discipline coupled with a healthy dose of disdain for elitism, all quickly overshadowed by an economic crisis that he wasn’t equipped to tackle.

Part of the problem this time is that he promised much more than he could ever have hoped to deliver. On the campaign trail, he pledged to create millions of new jobs and make Nigeria’s currency, the naira, “equal to the dollar,” two Donald Trump-worthy whoppers that were about as likely to materialize as a border wall paid for by Mexico.

The fact that the media didn’t hammer Buhari’s campaign on the ridiculousness of many of his pledges speaks to the quality of journalism and punditry in the country. (Nigerian journalists have a reputation of being easily “bought” with cash in notorious brown envelopes.)

In any case, the results have been predictable. Instead of creating jobs, the Nigerian economy has shed half a million of them since Buhari took office, swelling the already bloated ranks of the unemployed to 13.3 percent. The current dollar exchange rate for the naira is about 455 to 1, compared with 260 to 1 around this time last year. Food prices have reportedly doubled across the country, forcing millions of people to go hungry as a famine looms in the north.

Not all of this is Buhari’s doing, of course. He inherited an oil-dependent economy only to watch the price of crude crater. He also inherited an empty treasury, the result of past administrations’ unchecked venality and failure to save when oil prices were high.

But Buhari’s actions, inactions, and posturing against free enterprise have helped make a bad situation worse. Despite spending the better part of the past decade campaigning for president, Buhari came into office with no idea who to appoint to his ministerial cabinet. Most presidential aspirants would have vetted potential appointees during their campaigns or at least during the transition. But Buhari didn’t name a cabinet until about six months into his presidency, blaming his inability to compose an economic management team on the fact that Nigerians were all “compromised.” During that time, capital projects like the building of major roads were stuck in limbo; protracted delays in approving the national budget also meant that federal ministries were unable to perform their basic functions. By the end of August, the economy had slipped into recession.

Admitting he’s no economist, Buhari’s economic decisions have been eccentric. Despite all indicators pointing to the need to devalue the naira following the loss of oil revenue, Buhari has declined to do so, insisting on applying stringent controls on the foreign exchange market and the importing of commodities like rice and frozen chicken.

Buhari seems to be betting on his administration’s ability to boost domestic production, even though the critical infrastructure needed to do so, like a stable power supply and functional roads, is not in place. The closest Buhari’s administration has come to articulating an economic plan is announcing its intention to borrow as much as $5 billion from foreign countries, including China and Japan. Meanwhile, disappointed investors are fleeing (or refusing to come) due to the unfavorable business climate. More than 250 companies have reportedly shut down in the past year alone.

Buhari’s much-heralded anti-corruption crusade has also largely proved to be a charade. The administration has initiated several investigations into financial fraud or misappropriation by former government officials, but so far there have been no convictions. The president has refrained from going after his close associates, individuals like Bola Tinubu, a powerful figure within the ruling party who was once described as “corruption personified.” Instead, it has been opposition politicians and members of his predecessor’s administration that have been the focus of his anti-corruption efforts.

Last month, he dispensed with due process altogether and ordered the state security service to arrest and raid the homes of judges who hadn’t been charged with a crime. According to the Buhari administration, the judges were corrupt. But the judges claim they were being framed as punishment for granting bail to critics of Buhari’s government. The incident caused a popular uproar and was described by the head of Nigeria’s judiciary as “deeply regrettable.”

Buhari’s gradual turn toward authoritarianism has revealed the emptiness of his central campaign pitch: Far from embracing the democratic process, he has sought to unilaterally impose his will and whims on the country, even when it means subverting the rule of law. There was perhaps no starker illustration of the president’s illiberal streak than his response to his wife’s suggestion that she may not support him in the next election: My wife, he said at a press conference on Oct. 14, “belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room.”

It is safe to say that Buhari’s misogynist remarks won’t bring his administration down or even diminish his popularity going forward. The truth is that many Nigerian men (and women) hold similar views. But if he wants to avoid a drubbing in the 2019 election, Buhari must put forward a realistic plan to fix the tattered economy while showing voters that he is indeed a “reformed democrat” and not the same old strongman they remember from the last time around.

The 26 Fabulous Health Benefits Of Mustard Seeds

When you think of the word ‘mustard” what is the first thing that pops into your mind?

If you are American that lovely yellow line across your hot dog. If you are English maybe a teaspoon of some gorgeous whole grain mustard, Dijon, or just english mustard along with your roast dinner.

As soon as you add the word “seed” then it takes on a completely different meaning. So for me, it’s these seriously tiny popping wonders you use in Indian cooking. Some recipes call for the seeds to be added to hot oil, wait till they pop (and they do) before adding the rest of the spices or before you begin to fry any of other ingredients.

Where Do Mustard Seeds Come From?

The mustard plant that the seeds come from is actually a vegetable related to broccoli, sprouts and cabbage.

That might be the reason why some cabbage that you get in the markets and supermarkets have a slight mustardy taste.

Mustard seeds that are used in cooking come from an assortment of mustard plants. There are actually about 40 different varieties of mustard plants. The main types of mustard seeds used in cooking are:

Black Mustard Seeds
White Mustard Seeds
Brown Mustard Seeds

Back mustard seeds are the most pungent in flavour and taste and are the type of seeds used in the Indian recipes I write about. White mustard seeds are not actually white but are yellow in colour and are used to make yellow mustard. Brown mustard seeds have a acrid taste and are used to make Dijon mustard.

What Are Mustard Seeds Used For?

As with most spices mustard seeds have been used for thousands of years both for culinary and medicinal purposes.

Mustard seeds have been used in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.

Refereed to in the New Testament in the parable of the mustard seeds these tiny spheres symbolise the Kingdom of God. However, this is not the first reference to mustard seeds that has been recored in writing.

Mustard seeds also comes in a Sanskrit writing concerning Buddha in the fifth century BC when a grieving mother takes her dead son to Buddha to bring him back to life.

The ancient Greeks used mustard seeds in cooking but I think it was the Romans who started to grind the seeds into a paste to make mustard as we commonly know it.

In India mustard seeds are know in Hindi as “sarson” and when used in Indian recipes and cooking they are sometimes roasted until they pop. These tiny little black seeds do tend to go all over the place if dropped by accident, as I have done and are quite a bother to pick up.

I wonder if this is the reason that Sarsons’ named their company Sarsons? Answers on an e-mail please.

If you plant mustard seeds they germinate quickly and can grow in hot and colder climates. My memory of school days when we were learning about germination and plant growth, tiny mustard seeds were put into a tupperware container on top of a damp cotton wool and “viola!” – you have almost immediate sprouting over night. Though they do tend to stink this is such a great little science project to do with your little ones.

In my continued research into how great spices are for you here is the run down for mustard seeds. The health benefits of mustard seeds are just incredible and there is obviously good reason to add these tiny little seeds to your diet.

Again I will repeat as I have done on all my posts about the individual health benefits derived from each spice. I am not a health practitioner, nutritionist or medical professional. Please consult one you are have any doubt incorporating spices to your every day diet or would like to try out the home remedies.

My intention in writing the blogs about the health benefits of spices is because I do believe in alternative and home remedies and know for a fact that spices have been used to help and cure so many ailments way before pharmaceutical drugs came into play.

Niger Delta Avengers
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) are a militant group in Nigeria's Niger Delta. The group publicly announced their existence in March 2016.[1]

The NDA have attacked oil producing facilities in the delta, causing the shutdown of oil terminals and a fall in Nigeria's oil production to its lowest level in twenty years.[1] The attacks caused Nigeria to fall behind Angola as Africa's largest oil producer.[2]

The NDA's declared aims are to create a sovereign state in the Niger Delta and have threatened to disrupt Nigeria's economy if their aims are not met. The NDA claims its members are "young, educated, well travelled...and educated in east Europe". The group have criticised the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, for having never visited the delta and his detention of the Biafran independence activist Nnamdi Kanu.[1]

PoliticsThe People Shouting They Are Destroying There Own Land by naijaracist(op): 9:25pm On Jun 06, 2016
The People Shouting They Are Destroying There Own Land Fails to realize that even when you have nothing to loose from burning down your own house. Burning it down maybe the best option as it is the only means of protesting to get what you want. Nigeria is still a very stubborn country, the people are stubborn, the leaders are stubborn so peaceful dialogue and negotiation hardly get anywhere, which is the reason why during the last struggle before amnesty, it was only those registered as militants that benefited from the amnesty programme leaving the rest of the Niger Delta people on their own for choosing not to be violent. The gas that flows through the pipeline does not benefit them finally in the form of electricity, and they value the damage Nigeria will experience as a result of vandalization over whatever they will suffer for destroying the pipeline, so their best option is then to vandalize. Remember not all human decisions are rational, a lot are irrational. If you plot the decision these people are making using a pay off matrix from Game Theory, you will discover their nash equilibrum is to vandalize which is exactly what they are doing. It does not take rocket science, to alter the pay off matrix and decision making of these people to be aligned to the interest of Nigeria as a nation. But Nigeria is where everybody wants to look strong, without assessing issues at the root cause. They boast as if they have the same military might as the US, that they won't negotiate with violent groups. Whatever anybody says, there is an injustice in the Niger Delta that needs to be addressed, the way of violence is not the rational way, but like I said humans are not a lot of times rational in their decision making. It is unfair for over 70% of the federal government's revenue to come from the Niger Delta in a "federation" of 36 full fledged states with men, with two hands to work. The rational thing to do, is to ensure that every region in Nigeria carries equal weight of funding the federal government, this will not only dilute the power of each region to sabotage the nation but represent fairness in a nation where there is already tension along ethnic lines. Diversifying the economy for equal contribution will take time, but that does not mean action cannot be taken today, reduce the contribution from the Niger Delta to the federal government to the extent that they are contributing the same as their counterparts in other states today. If other areas claim not to have any money and contribute zero, the Niger Delta should contribute zero too. Nigeria has a GDP of over $550B but yet, the government raises only 6% tax as a percentage of GDP, while oil accounts for 11% of GDP, the implication is that the Federal Government is telling every area in Nigeria to keep our $550B a year in our pockets, that there is plenty oil in the Niger Delta to even afford to give monthly allocations to states and fund "national development", this is called national bullying! The irrational thing to do, is to invite the military and declare war, because that will even help to diminish oil production which is most important to the government further and the presence of the Nigerian security agencies does not make anywhere anymore secure in Nigeria. The truth is the Niger Delta is being treated unfairly as regards contribution to the centre, why don't we address this issue once and for all and march on with our lives. He who has oil, needs yam that maybe planted somewhere in the north to eat it and enjoy it, so we should see this as a huge reason to bring in fairness and diversify this country's economy really fast.

PoliticsThe Niger Delta Avengers: Nigeria's Newest Militants - BBC by naijaracist(op): 5:22am On Jun 02, 2016
With a name that sounds like it has come from the pages of a superhero comic book, the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) is the latest militant group to emerge in Nigeria - attacking oil installations in a campaign which threatens the economy of Africa's most populous state.
"We are a group of educated and well-travelled individuals that are poised to take the Niger Delta struggle to new heights that has never been seen in this nation before," the NDA proclaimed in one of their first statement's on their website in April.
"We have well-equipped human resources to meet this goal."
It was not an idle threat. The NDA has carried out a barrage of attacks on oil installations in the Niger Delta region, causing a huge decline in oil production, which is the mainstay of the West African state's economy.
"The renewed activities of the militants in the Niger Delta is seriously affecting our oil production," Minister of Finance Kemi Adeosun admitted on state-owned NTA television.
Who is their leader?
This is the first armed group to emerge in the region - where most people are poor despite the fact that it is rich in oil - since late Nigerian President Umar Musa Yar'Adua granted amnesty to militants there seven years ago.
At the time, militants in the region said they wanted a better deal for their people who have suffered environmental degradation and economic dislocation because of oil production by some of the world's leading firms.
Many of the militants were encouraged to drop their arms and agitation in exchange for some cash incentives and training. Former President Goodluck Jonathan, who comes from the Niger Delta, continued the scheme.

The amnesty programme, which provides tens of thousands of former oil militants with a monthly stipend from the government, stemmed the level of violence.
But in the latest budget, President Muhammadu Buhari reduced funding for it by 70%, and has spoken of phasing it out entirely by 2018.
It is difficult to identify or determine who the members of the NDA are - their Twitter handle currently has an AFP photo of a Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (Mend) militant taken in September 2008 as its profile picture.
Local people in the region believe members of the group are largely elements of previous militant groups like Mend - led by Henry Okah, who has been incarcerated in South Africa - or the Niger Delta People's Salvation Front led by the vocal Mujahideen Asari Dokubo. They were left out of the government's amnesty programme.
Many say the NDA militants are followers of former Niger Delta warlords like Government Ekpemupolo, who has the alias Tompolo.
He signed up to the amnesty programme but has been on the run since February, refusing to be questioned by Nigeria's anti-corruption agency in connection with $231m (£163m) in missing government funds.
But others believe the new militants are criminal elements that want to draw attention to themselves now that their kinsman, ex-President Jonathan, is out of power.
Currently, it is not known who officially leads the group, although a Col Mudoch Agbinibo has been signing press releases on behalf of the NDA.
There are suggestions that "Mudoch" is a pseudonym, like the one-time "Jomo Gbomo" of Mend.
Whatever perceptions people might have of the group, its activities in the Niger Delta appear well co-ordinated with a high level of technical expertise.
Oil production down
The NDA has stated unambiguously what it is setting out to achieve: "Our goal is to cripple Nigeria's economy."
After declaring what it called "Operation Red Economy" in February, it blew up an underwater pipeline forcing Royal Dutch Shell to shut down a terminal which normally produces 250,000 barrels of oil a day

Last month, Shell declared a force majeure, which excuses a company from contractual agreements because events beyond its control, on exports of high grade crude oil after an attack on one of its trunk lines.
A few days later, US firm Chevron shut its Valve Platform following another attack, also claimed by the Avengers.
And ahead of President Buhari's visit to the region on Thursday, the NDA said it had blown up two Chevron export terminals.
These attacks have dealt a huge blow to the revenue of the Nigerian government, which says the renewed activities of the militants are seriously affecting oil production.
In fact the country's production has dropped to 1.65 million bpd, as against the projected 2.2 million bpd.

The military has issued a stern warning that it will deal decisively with any group fermenting trouble in the country, including those it has described as "criminal elements in the Niger Delta".
But this appears to have emboldened the Avengers into more attacks that have had a knock-on affect on the supply of electricity that depends on gas from the oil-producing companies.
For President Buhari, who just marked one year in office, the NDA presents another fresh security challenge to the government which has been grappling with Islamist insurgency in the north-east of the country.

Killing Of Biafra By Fulani Militia Invitation For Another Civil War” –
PoliticsBiafra: State Has No Witnesses To Bring Against Nnamdi Kanu Defense by naijaracist(op): 3:19am On Apr 27, 2016
The lawyer of pro-Biafra activist Nnamdi Kanu has told Newsweek that the Nigerian government has no witnesses to bring against his client as Kanu’s counsel seeks to overturn a ruling that witnesses in the trial could be anonymized.

Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is facing six counts of treasonable felony — that carries a maximum life sentence in Nigeria — but denies the charges. A British-Nigerian dual national, Kanu, who is also the director of underground station Radio Biafra, was arrested in Lagos in October 2015 and has been held in detention since then.

The Federal High Court in the Nigerian capital Abuja ruled on March 7 that witnesses in the case, which has garnered significant attention in Nigeria, should be allowed to testify from behind a screen in order to protect their identities. The decision came despite a previous ruling by Judge John Tsoho on February 19 that witnesses could not wear masks while testifying.

On April 20 the same court rejected an application by Kanu’s counsel to have proceedings stayed while an appeal against the March 7 decision was processed by the Nigerian Court of Appeal. Tsoho ruled that Kanu’s application did not follow due process and that he would continue to hear the case until a higher court — such as the appeals court — ordered a stay of proceedings, according to Nigeria’s Channels TV.

The trial has been adjourned until June 20 and Kanu is due to appear in court for a bail hearing on May 5.

Speaking to Newsweek after the ruling, one of Kanu’s lawyers, barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, says that the defense team will now escalate their application for a stay in proceedings to the Court of Appeal and would also ask for the case to be transferred to another judge as they had lost confidence in Tsoho.

Ejiofor adds that allowing witnesses to testify anonymously could allow the prosecution to unfairly prejudice the trial. “If you give them that, they will bring anybody they want,” says Ejiofor. “You cannot accuse somebody in public and try him in secret...They [the witnesses] have to come to the public and testify in public. Let us see them in open court.”

“The point is that they have nobody to come and testify against our client. That’s the simple truth,” says Ejiofor.

Kanu’s arrest led to a wave of protests across Nigeria and has reignited secessionist sentiment among supporters of Biafra, which existed as a federal republic between 1967 and 1970.

The declaration of Biafran independence in 1967 by Nigerian military officer Odumegwu Ojukwu sparked a three-year civil war between Biafran forces and the Nigerian military. The war claimed more than a million lives, with many Biafrans dying of starvation after a blockade was enforced around the borders of the region that lies in modern southeast Nigeria.

ABUJA:
THIS IS TO REMIND YOU JOHN TSOHO...

As we gradually approach the 5th of April 2016, this is to remind Justice Tsoho that the entire world will be tuned to his station. Once again, as the script unfolds and cameras capture actions by the principal actors, prosecuting and defending Buhari's prisoner of conscience - Nnamdi Kanu, I hope that queer masquerades will not be part of the cast.

The state of the expired Nigeria depicts a terrible monster that breeds death. There are no two ways about it. The spate of bloodshed with total and absolute disregard for human life and lack of respect for human right speaks volumes. The recklessness and the high rate of corruption in all sectors are norms in this bed-ridden country. It has become a community for cankerworms, gradually eating away the faulty foundation which is tending towards collapse. All these were the prophetic words of Nnamdi Kanu and for which Buhari has vowed to keep him incarcerated.

Did Kanu attempt to take over any government? Was he bombing Churches and Mosques? Did he steal money from the government’s coffers? Did he kill anyone? Why has he remained incarcerated? In a democracy, presidents come and go but the judiciary remains. This is why I am reminding you to make sure justice prevails. Do not pervert the law. A dog does not eat the bone it is given to guard. The lack of credible witnesses and requests for a secret trail are simply gimmicks and enough evidence to prove that there is no credible witness to prosecute Kanu.
RELATED POST: JOHN TSOHO'S INCONSISTENT RULING:
Nnamdi Kanu exercised his rights to freedom of speech, as well as right to self-determination as allowed in the Nigerian constitution and United Nations charter. How can that ever amount to Treasonable Felony? I am resounding the information in case you forget that International bodies, Nations of the world are eagerly awaiting your verdict. Hopefully, your cowardly subservience to your boss – Buhari, will not debar justice or deter you from upholding the rule of law.

Your years of meritorious service at the bar is now hanging in a balance. You can save it or destroy it at the altar of service to a retarded dullard and then smear your record in the mire.
Biafrans are at alert and ready to welcome a hero for all times and honestly, I hope you will do the needful for the sake of equity and fairness. Do not forget, the world is watching and waiting.
