President Jonathan and his pdp rogues is to be blame for this problem. Jonathan spending habit was uncultured couple with corruption. Thus, revenue state had been receiving from the federation account is so reduced.
Sports / Re: Floyd Mayweather Vs Manny Pacquiao - Boxing by naijaspeak(m): 6:56am On May 03, 2015
I could not watch the Floyd Mayweather vs Paquio fight due Power outage and slow internet service. I only saw the result on nairaland.

Be it as it may, I think our Nigerian youth that are wasting their physical strenght and talent propagating political violence should change and use their strength positively like what Mayweather and Pacquio is doing.

Many of our physical youth are busy harrasing oil companies, land and properties developer asking for illicit compensation. They should use their talent very well.

When President Jonathan accepted the outcome of the Presidential election he was praised and hailed as a world statesman. However, his actions this few days of sacking and appointing new persons to his outgoing government that is barely a month to go seems to portray his a pretender who is out to create problem for the incoming administration of General Buhari. He has carried out several hurried sacking and appointments, conducted hurried recruitment to the nigerian immigration, sack the Inspector general of police, Mr Abba, etc

All his actions are completely wrong and seems to indicate that he is embittered for losing the presidential election. A stateman does not behave like that.

Travel / The Buhari Administration Should Bring Back The Nigerian Airways Or Air Nigeria by naijaspeak(m): 4:05am On Apr 28, 2015
The incoming Buhari administration should consider bringing back our National Airline that is the Nigerian Airways or Air Nigeria. This airline was in existence some few years back until continuous neglect and massive corruption by successive governement both military and civilian brought it to an abrupt end.

Our National Carrier can yield us huge amount of money if it is well structured, well run and well organized. Take for example, some african countries such as Ethipian, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt etc all have efficient national carrier that is the pride of their country. A well functional airline can also create lots of jobs in the aviation industries as our pilots and other professionals who are unemployed can find jobs to do after graduating from aviation school.

I also want to agree to a suggestion from a Nigerian legal practioner Olisa Agbakoba that we should start our National Airline using planes from our Presidential fleets as the country is not too strong enough financially to run a standard airline. We can start with some african destination such as Ghana, Libreville, Johanesburg, Cairo and popular arabian gulf cities such as Dubai, Doha

It has often been said that the three children of the Paster Ayo Oritshejafor of the word of life bible church international warri are not his biological children but adopted children from motherless baby home.

Another angle to the controversy is that the children are product of scientific manipulation that is they were artificial insemination or test tube babies.

Why this needless wastage by a socalled Naija celebrity? It should have been given to the needy people in our society?

Tonto Dike, You fall your hands as a celebrity, you did not act well on this matter. Your behaviour instead of portraying you in good light seems to set you back.

By burning those luxury goods what did you gain? What did society gain? This is a babyish and childish conduct.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Why Is It Difficult To Find Job In Warri A Place That Play Host To Oil Company by naijaspeak(m): 12:02am On Apr 20, 2015
I feel sad for Warri especially the young people that are looking for jobs in Warri and its environ as they will experience challenging times finding jobs as the attitude of the people is very bad, selfish and greedy.

Take for example, President Goodluck Jonathan just recently laid the ground breaking ceremony of the EPZ projects in Ogidigben and Gbaramatu kingdom. This is a multi trillion naira project that is expected to bring more jobs to the youth of the community and Nigerians at large but instead of the people there to embrace peace and work together to enjoy the projects they were busy fighting for ownership and control of the project.

The name of the town that will be used in naming the projects became a centre of tension between the Ijaws and the Itsekiri who wants to have generous control of the projects in their domain.
They seem to forget that this project is a federal government projects that should belong to all Nigerians and not just Ijaws and the Itsekiri.

It is infact a long story but the issues goes to explains how job issue is in delta state and warri in particular. There is money in Delta state but the greed and hatred is very high in Delta state and there is no unity. One person want to eat alone at the expense of others. It is a sad story. It is infact " what a white man will call penny wise, pound foolish

kITATITA:
Most oil companies have left your Warri because the business environment is not conducive. There are strong attachments to ethnicity, community agitations, union issues and youth activities. Business owners want to devote their time in profitable growth and not arguing with different characters. The security situation in Warri is also getting out of hand; with kidnappings and robberies everyday. Nobody wants to be woken up with the sounds of gunfire. Warri no dey carry last is a man irony.

Thanks, you made an interesting points here, I hope and pray that Warri people ( the youths and community leaders ) will change from their conducts. Since Shell left Warri town, business have reduced as there is little cash flow. When Shell was around money use to circulates and warri business was growing but that era is gone because of the bad character of the youths of Warri and its environ.

Jobs/Vacancies / Why Is It Difficult To Find Job In Warri A Place That Play Host To Oil Company by naijaspeak(m): 11:10pm On Apr 19, 2015
Warri as a city stands at the centre point of Nigeria's oil and gas business, as it play host to several or numerous oil companies, although some companies have left for port harcourt such as Shell.

I would like to know why quality jobs are hardly publish in Warri or delta state.

Shoprite a south african shopping mall that the delta state government brought to effurun delta state has since carried out secret recruitments despite the fact that construction work is still ongoing at the building sites as at the moment.

It is been repeatedly said that community crisis with oil companies seem to be responsible for the actions of this oil companies as they are being troubled by restive youth and community leaders to pay compensation. This often made them to operate secretly through mobile offices such as hotel rooms and then return to their base at port harcourt. Some oil companies and oil servicing companies often remove the sign post of their companies from their frontage.

I think there is more to this warri jobs issues. Others can contribute.

Jonathan intentions to handover on May 28th 2015 is against the law. He should handover on May 29th 2015.

He is also budgeting billions of naira for the transition committee at a time the incoming Buhari administration need money to run the government.

These are all wrong actions by Jonathan. He should not break the laws.

News has been circulating in Warri that ex minister of the Niger delta is attempting to flee Nigeria after the handover by 29th May, 2015. It would be recalled that Elder Orubebe was in the past accussed of looting the money in his ministry meant for the development of Niger Delta community.

Politics / Re: List Of Members Of The Presidential Transition Committee by naijaspeak(m): 1:51pm On Apr 14, 2015
The revelation that out going President Jonathan and his administration has budgeted a whooping 3 billion naira as money to be spent by the Transition Committee is not only shocking and disturbing but it does not come as a surprise to Nigerian given the character of key persons working in the Jonathan led administration.

Left for President Elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, he is a simple and honest man that does not believe in amassing wealth. While, Jonathan government is busy tampering with figure and budgeting 3 billions. General Buhari does not believe in all this wasteful and corrupt attitude of Jonathan pdp and his party men. General Buhari wants to hire volunteers as part of his own transition committee.

The Buhari transition committee should resist all attempt by the Jonathan government to make last minute attempt to steal our money. Jonathan just handover with your ministers and go away leave our money.

Over time I have discovered that the best paying business is the business of self development and opening up one's self to possibilities.
Many persons are wasting their talent and potentials because they insist on presenting their certificates rather than presenting themselves. I believe that there is much more to a person than what is written on his certificate.

Certificates and generally education is good. A graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacies and Medicine should be given an enabling environment to practise what he or she has learnt at school. It is crazy to think or suggest that such person should go and become a musician, comedian etc having spend 4 or 7 years trying to get a first degree. It is the responsibility of the government to provide jobs for the citizenry. In Nigeria, the difference is the case, as successive government have failed in their duty to industrialise Nigeria. They embezzle all the funds meant for job creation. I am not saying that Nigerian graduate should not think outside the box but I am saying that leaving your professional line to go and become a Keke rider, Musician seems you wasted all your time at the university. Government should wake up to their civic duty of creating jobs for the citizenry.

Politics / Why Is There So Much Delay In Releasing The Governorship Result For Delta State by naijaspeak(m): 4:18am On Apr 13, 2015
In the February 28th 2015 Presidential election in Delta state
Election result was delayed. Now in the governorship election of 11th April, 2015 the electoral body Inec has not yet released the full result. I think it is a big and well planned action by the rulling pdp to rig the election and they are doing it at the riverine areas of delta state.

Most of the states have released their election result but delta state is behaving differently and strangely.
For the results released so far, the rulling pdp rigged the election allocating a huge numbers of vote to their gobvernorship candidates Senator, ( Dr ) Ifeanyi Okowa making him to be leading in the election.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Is Not A Hero – Oby Ezekwesili by naijaspeak(m): 10:29pm On Apr 03, 2015
Jonathan is not an hero as being portrayed by the media. The People democratic party plunged Nigeria into needless suffering at the expense of Jonathan and politicians and minister who served under his government.

Huge amount of Nigeria oil wealth has been stolen and they are in the hands of the ruling class.

Jonathan created this misery and suffering Nigerian are going through while himself and his minister are living in stupendous wealth.

Conclusively, He should not be treated as an hero by the Nigerian society, media, international community, etc Ecowas is also being mislead to regard Jonathan as an hero.

Mrs Ezekwesili is 100 % correct in her statement in describing Jonathan as not an hero. Jonathan ruined the Nigerian economy.

Politics / Tele Ikuru Rivers State Deputy Governor And His Political Blunder:lick His Wound by naijaspeak(m): 8:30pm On Apr 02, 2015
One of the surprise of the 2015 election is the political blunder exhibited by no person but Engr. Tele Ikuru, Rivers State Deputy Governor. This man refuse to leave the People Democratic Party. (Pdp ) for APC as it should be expected. Amaechi , his boss left to join the APC but this man Mr Ikuru few days to Presidential election denounced APC and went on to pitch tent with President Jonathan and the PdP.

But When the chips are down Engr. Tele Ikuru must be biting his finger and licking his political wounds for a blunder he should have avoided by being loyal to Amaechi.

Tele Ikuru you seem to have misread the handwriting on the wall, Now Governor Amaechi seem to have the last laugh.
