You have installed one stubborn app on your Hot4. The best method is to look for any strange app on your list and uninstall it immediately... Don't format the phone because if you do the apps will still come back in few days just look for it and remove or force it to stop... this is pure case of malware. this is for rooted device....the best and trusted way to turn off your Android phone is through device manager... just turn on your device manager and connect it to your gmail account... that way you can easily turn off your phone with any device even if you are not with your phone by just logging in to your Google account at find my phone. or you can use avast antivirus... but I have not tested the avast antivirus own yet... will try and get back to you guys...

I need recommendations on a 4inch android smartphone with good specs. All the 4inch phones I've been seeing are low-speced, entry-level phones. It's like the market has determined that the lower the screen size the lower the quality of the phone. But some of us want phones with high specs and still can be operated with just one hand, hence my preference for 4inch phones.
I will love at least 2gb RAM, 32GB ROM, Powerful MTK or SD processor, HD screen, at least 2000mah battery. And of course, 4inch screen.

Is there any android phone you can recommend that fit this criteria. I gratefully welcome your contributions. Thanks.
