owolabia: Readiness Plan Update from My School Today
The University of Windsor is currently awaiting final approval of our COVID-19 readiness plan. We have been in contact with the Government of Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)) and they anticipate that our students may start planning their travels on or around November 17, 2020. It's normal.i received from Conestoga last week, someone here also received from fanshew college yet both schools didn't make the list. Just hope, we all make it on 17th November |

Dameelee: I’m honestly tired!! I also got the mail and I just checked and saw that they are not on the list still. This is just so annoying. I just hope by 15-17 November, most of us will start receiving BVL and PPR as our DLIs make the readiness list. It's still our Month of PRAISEThe month is still fresh and enough time for so many good news that will spur us to sing PRAISES |

Lekiboboe: Hon. Anon ,
the COVID-19 readiness plan list has nothing to do with updates sent to applicants from IRCC, my school is yet to be on the list and I got BVL, if the application of those few guys (for Conestoga College) av exceeded Standard Processing Time, they should send a Webform & Mail to IRCC Nairobi and other offices like China.
The content in the link below would help them on that, https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/473#95627040
If their application is still within the Standard Processing Time, they should still be patient. Kindly confirm if your school is on the readiness list |

adeenzo: you guys please help me, I am losing my mind, I can't focus at work... does it take this long before Canada sends a medical request, I applied since the 7th of September, and till now no single contact, I have been following this thread and most people get their medical requests 30-32 days after application... My school just informed me that I have to be in Canada between 1-15 of December to do my 14 days quarantine, and here I am still in Nigeria, and to make matters worse you cant defer admission. This is really depressing, I really need an upliftment. Same here, mine is CONESTOGA COLLEGE to resume Jan '21 I did upfront Medical but like LEKIBOBOE said let's wait till the standard 15weeks elapse. I'm in-between defering to May '21 or wait in FAITH for a positive result. No Updates yet |

Siobhanle: Just got my PPR after waiting since first week of February!!! I applied on the 6th of February, got medical request on the 3rd of March. Passed medicals on the 12th and I didn’t hear anything from Ircc till July when I got my bvl from Nairobi. I didn’t get AIP so I had to defer till winter 2021 semester. I sent them so many strong worded web forms (to every visa office; Kenya, Ghana, London and even China) this past two weeks (at some point I even felt like I was being rude but I did not care after waiting for almost nine months). I even made my friend to email her MP in Canada and I sent emails (the same strong worded email) to the minister of immigration and and the PM . Anyways this morning I got an email from cic and lo and behold, my ppr. This platform and the people behind it were really helpful so I wanted to say thank you! And to those waiting, it’s probably coming sooner than you expect! Special mention to justexcellent and frank for being there to listen to me rant and help me out.
Also for those who have submitted their passports what’s the process? Thanks! Congratulations ❣️ It's been declared our month of PRAISE |
