I submitted my passport since 3rd Nov and it was received by VFS Lagos on 4th Nov, till today I have not been sent my tracking no or any single email updating me on my passport. I have sent series of email and have called their customer care several time, they keep promising me that they will send me email. till today I have not gotten any tracking no or email that me passport is ready for collection. Though I now have my letter of introduction and counterfoil. Please is there anybody currently having this same challenge? what should I do next guys?

Good morning guys. I called VFS this morning and after confirming that my passport is still at the embassy, they said passport processing at IRCC in no way depends on how fast you submit it. Na wa ooooooo

Well, no one can say for sure, but I submitted on the 3rd, it was delivered/received on the 4th and I am hoping to get my passport on Monday, the 30th. I hope this gives you an idea sir?

To your second question, VFS advises people not to do two-way courier, I don't if it works but I wish I did it. Anyways, we have come this far 11,300 something no go kill us.

So UPS sent me a mail that my passport was received yesterday by the popular Mr Festus, how long should I wait to get acknowledgement and tracking ID?

Secondly, with the feedback of 11,300 does it mean the VAC no longer acknowledges 2way Courier for first time applicants?

Hi, Every passport expectant,

I just got off the phone with VFS customer representative. I called with respect to the amount we have to pay and informed him that I am in Lekki close to their office. He said it is a flat rate irrespective of location. He did mention the about is N11, 300...and something. But then, he asked for my Tracking ID to be sure my passport is in their office.....I gave it to him....after checking he told me my full name and email address correctly. He said the passport is on its way and will arrive anytime soon. he said I should expect a mail from them latest by tomorrow afternoon.

I was part of those that got approval and LOI on Tuesday. So our passport is on its way and it a flat rate of N11,300...and something. So let expect the mail tomorrow.

Please I'm not sure how to go about getting accommodation in Kitchener, I'll be going to Conestoga College 3rd week in December, and it says on cic website one must have a proper quarantine plan, must I get an apartment and pay before traveling? If so how do I achieve this please?
