I am not shia I am a sunni or orthodox. The shia people are mostly emotional and ignorant. And also if the second story is true then I will say they're wrong if it affected non-muslims but no appologies they're not. And we were talking of Africa not much shia in Africa. |

Mikehot: If you need something you can see I would tell you Christianity and believe in Christ Salvation is what is keeping millions of souls encouraged in an hopeless country (More like the National Mental Health Insurance where government has no policy for it's citizens)
Throughout the week their is nothing to be hopeful for in this country but Sunday services alone is the only refreshing thing that admonishes believers not to give up
Btw the Christianity by virtue of the missionaries is the reason why you know anything called education in africa you come from (if you doubt this check the regions in Nigeria where the Christian Missionaries impacted with those the occult invaded)
I'm waiting to hear of what some other cult brought except bloodbath till date Islam has been in Africa far longer than you think, the christians were mostly only north africans and Ethiopians. The rest of Africa weren't. Muslims educated a Africans and many accepted Islam willingly due to the honesty and sincerity of the muslims. North Africans also supported the spread of Islam due to better treatment under the Muslims than the Byazantines. The first largest university in the world was in Timbuktu here in west Africa. Look at the kingdoms and morals of our ancestors they're far better than what we are experiencing now. The only primitive people were those who didn't have kingdoms but any kingdom in Africa was great and full of wealth. |

ContractKiller: When you swear on something or someone you acknowledge the divinity or superiority of that thing. Which is why whenever we swear an oath we conclude it by saying "So Help Me God"
I, najib632 Do solemnly swear/affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and that I will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, So help me God
It is your invocation of God in the oath that is its most important element. So when allah swears by a mountain, the moon, the stars etc, that means that allah's is invoking these objects in the same way that muslims invoke him. That is a very strange behaviour which no one would expect from a god. Torh, I have tried... |

ContractKiller: An oath can only be sworn on something greater than yourself. So I if I swear an oath, I invoke God. Are you now saying that the star is allah's god? Is that why there is moon and star in the symbol of islam? ... I don't know how to explain it better to you than this after this I give up: Allah swore by those things because He put the signs of His majesty in them than many of His other creations so He takes them seriously. Not what you're saying. |

With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Quran), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought.
The above verses is what warrant tafseer (i.e. sayings and explanations of the Prophet SAW ) of Quran

Are you saying that Allah lied in the Quran when he said the Quran is a clear book, if Allah didn't lie, why do you need the Tafsir and Hadiths to understand the Quran you really do lack a sound mind. |

Islam › Re: The Narration That Allah's Apostle Never Beat Anyone Is False by najib632(m): 12:33pm On Feb 11, 2020 |
advocatejare: You claim the law was given that anyone who drinks wine should be punished. I'm not asking you to give me the details of the beating. Just show me where in the Quran where the law was given that wine drinkers should be beaten. There's no law like that, Muhammad just beat the man with no law to back it up. Allah never gave him that command.
Muhammad innovated a lot of things that Allah never commanded. Muhammad refused to follow the commandment of Allah that asked Muhammad to pray 3 times daily but Muhammad chose to copy Zoroastrianism 5 times daily prayers and he copied how they performed ablution and the timing of their prayers.
So the conclusion is, Allah never asked Muhammad to flog those who drink wine, Allah only said you shouldn't pray when you're intoxicated/drunk, that you should hold on till after the wine has cleared off your eyes. I don't have your time any more. |
Islam › Re: The Narration That Allah's Apostle Never Beat Anyone Is False by najib632(m): 7:48am On Feb 11, 2020 |
advocatejare: The law of Allah was given in the Quran, the book of Allah.
Can you point to the place in the Quran where Allah said any one drunk should be beaten? Not everything is in the Qur'an especially matters of jurisprudence. Like, ablution and prayer, they were only mentioned in the Qur'an but not explained in detail, that's where hadith comes in. Any instruction in the Qur'an is the highest and unarguable one, while the hadith is scrutinised and the most authentic ones are chosen. |
