This is just too convenient, I doubt very much if Fulani were responsible and suspect Sunday Igboho himself was behind it; just to divert attention from himself and garner even more support and justification for his actions against the Fulani. |
Southerners also taking 12 year olds as wives. https://www.nairaland.com/5994449/12-year-old-delta-bride-married-off https://dailypost.ng/2016/05/29/i-didnt-see-her-as-too-young-man-who-married-12-year-old-girl-in-enugu/#:~:text=Metro-,I%20didn't%20see%20her%20as%20t |
From the video, all one could tell is that there was an abandoned bus with smashed windows and its occupants missing (presumed kidnapped) but without any concrete evidence as to the real identities of the culprits - who could equally have been southerners, as some recent evidence suggests. |
Until this Igboho and those responsible for the destruction and attack of the Sarkin Fulani's house and family respectively are arrested and prosecuted, there will be no peace; because the Fulani have the capacity and a strong culture for revenge. They will never forget nor forgive atrocities committed against them; they can be patient and can wait for years and even pass on the responsibility for such revenge to the next generations before striking back and taking their pound of flesh. Due to the lopsided unbalanced and biased coverage by (southern dominated) media which regularly portray the Fulanis as mindless aggressors in the ongoing farmer/herder crisis; the truth is that a significant amount of alleged Fulani attacks are actually reprisals in response to wrong doings against them e.g. stealing, killing them or their cattle, duping them in the course of paying or buying land for grazing etc. |
Foolish talk and bigotry from the drug junky as usual. |
Barbaric cruel insensitive ppl treating and selling their children like farm farm animals. |
adekolaelect:What can I say; other than let everyone do his own thing and be ready to bear the consequences - I believe Arewa are already spoiling for retaliation, may be after that then everybody will finally begin to see sense. |
adekolaelect:You have not addressed the questions I posed in my post; because if you had you would have realised that all you wrote above were just repetitions of the propaganda and mere rhetoric to justify the ongoing ethnic cleansing being perpetrated against the Fulani in the south for the crimes of a few amongst them - in clear violation of their constitutional rights. Yes indeed, self defence is a fundamental right; however, even in war there are rules of engagement, and the same goes for self defence. Basically, you cannot take pre-emptive action against anyone one on mere suspicion - that should be the responsibility of the police. Your responsibility as a citizen should be to provide the necessary information/intelligence if and when available to you to the appropriate law enforcement agencies for necessary action - and not to take the law into your hands, no matter the provocation. In short, no tribe has the right to act against another because of the crimes committed by a few amongst them - simple; otherwise expect the same to be done to you. |
When something is hurriedly set up under false pretext with biased intentions; you will begin to see resulting negative consequences. This is clear case of over zealousness and acting out of jurisdiction where children were arrested without committing any crime defined by law. They quickly assembled political thugs, illiterates and hoodlums into the outfit; (codedly) targeted at Fulani herders without giving them thorough training and well defined rules of engagement - the end results is what we are beginning to see: killing of innocent civilians and now unlawful arrest of children. |
nwekeugochukwu: |
Speaking from two sides of the mouth - saying one thing and doing the other. You were not involved in the attack but only went to personally give the Fulani chief (an illegal) notice of eviction - which in any case incited the indigenes to launch the said attack. |
Aderr:Cannibalism and your Bloda (Emmanuel Egbu) eating human faeces (shit) with bread for money ritual https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kyHE2ySyh0 https://www.nairaland.com/6074221/photos-man-ate-human-faeces |
adekolaelect:I wish I could make sense out of your disjointed and confusing remark. My guess is that you are justifying the violent eviction of all Fulani herders from the SW as instigated by this Sunday Igboho for the crimes of a few among them - in violation of their constitutional right to freedom of movement and association. If that is right right then tell me what's the difference between this and xenophobic attacks against some Nigerians by South Africans, Indians and even Ghanaians in their respective countries? |
While we condemn the killings and destruction of property by the criminal element among the Fulani; however, blacklisting the whole tribe for the crime of a few and consequently burning of their houses and forceful eviction incited by jingoistic local tribal champion is equally wrong and should be condemned by all peace loving Nigerians; because those currently hailing and justifying this xenophobic action against the Fulani may inadvertently be sowing the seeds future such reprisals against themselves, their children or grandchildren, when another tribal bigot elsewhere will feel sufficiently motivated to incite such ethnic cleansing against his/her own tribe. The truth is that there is hardly any tribe not associated with a particular crime or shortcoming; it is therefore conceivable that one day we will hear or witness Igbos or Yoruba etc being burnt out from various parts of the north as may be incited by one local champion, with a grouse against the tribe, under the pretence of fighting one crime or another, e.g. yahoo yahoo, drug trafficking, child theft, ritual killings etc. Ppl should be careful of what they are asking for. |
FFK as usual spewing hot air and ranting himself to irrelevance. |
supercase1:Lol! Keep wailing and denying the truth. |
Hahaha! Idle and indolent wailing wailers ![]() Always bringing their gullibotic tangential reasoning to the fore |
Aderr:Lol, almost every day your Blodas are making headlines tarnishing the image of this country abroad - here is one of the latest on front page here in Nairaland; I am sure tomorrow there will be more. https://www.nairaland.com/6374507/nigerian-drug-dealer-jailed-trinidad |
It is really pathetic and tiresome they way southern Christians and particularly our Blodas from the SE twist almost everything and situations into anti north/Muslim propaganda. Can you imagine; a simple dress code observed in many establishment (government & private) has by implication suddenly turned into imposition of Sharia on non-Muslims. Universities which are the most liberal environments have dress code - attached are those of Unilag. & Fed Poly Oko. Also links to similar codes for Lagos state government estabs. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/02/lagos-bans-use-mini-skirt-attires/ Plateau state civil servants. https://www.nigeriaa2z.com/2012/06/20/plateau-govt-introduces-dress-code-for-civil-servants/ Even liberal state in America e.g. Florida would fine its citizens for wearing low pants. https://www.informationng.com/2013/11/florida-town-plans-to-ticket-women-for-wearing-low-pants.html

dumahi:Even more barbaric is the act, still practiced in the south, of killing and eating another human being known as CANNIBALISM - would you agree? |
They will not hesitate to insult the north that it is holding them back. Yet here they are; not even ashamed of advertising their barbaric and primitive backwardness in an international medium like (YouTube in) the internet. |
tishbite41:I asked you how was your post related to the issues raised in my post? If you or anyone must engage me then you must learn to stick to the argument and not derail it with irrelevance; otherwise, do not expect me to abandon it in order to entertain your illogicality. Just because you can string a few words together doesn't mean you are arguing cogently or making a point - just saying. |
The wailing wailers right now!
|
Drugs linked to a tag name Nze Lusaka U- why am I not surprised. |
tishbite41:Why am I not surprised that you would bring your gullible ibo (Gullibo) illogicality to the fore - how was the irrelevance you uploaded above related to my post? |
Aderr:Oh yes, kindly remind us how northerners have put Nigeria on the map in terms their numbers are populating international prisons, including death rows for crimes such as drug and human trafficking, prostitution, gangsterism, robbery, internet crime and other frauds - to the extent that even low economic countries such as Togo, Cote D'ivoire, Ghana where every Nigerian is seen as a potential criminal; not to mention South Africa, Europe & America where they are being chased and hunted like animals for one reason or another - causing the Nigerian passport to be one of the least respected in the diaspora. On the home front, they are not left behind in bringing more shame not only for the reasons but for even worse, such as Cannibalism, ritualism, baby factories, witch hunting, Osu cast system etc. |
Truthissupreme:Lol, I laugh at your hypocrisy; you complain of quota system but at the same time insist on rotational presidency; well are the two not essentially the same thing, where each essentially strives to provide a level playing field to disadvantaged sections of the country with regards to education and political ascendency respectively? Without rotational presidency do you think southerners of the likes of Obj & Gej stood any chance of even sniffing Aso Rock, in a free for all candidacy without any restriction; in the manner southerners sensitize their voters with divisive regional and tribal politics. North made the country undesirable to investors; again you cleverly avoided southern militant negative contribution to disinvestment in the most important revenue earner for the nation; the oil sector, through kidnappings (specifically targeted at foreigners) pipeline bombings causing environmental pollution, sabotage and blackmail of oil companies by local communities - to the extent that only this week Shell was force to disinvest its onshore holdings and concentrate on its offshore investment which is far into the sea to be affected by militants. I need not mention how southerners also de-market this country with Fake News and negative propaganda (targeted at PMB based on their hate for him but at the same time injuring the whole nation) and how they are also turning potential investors off in the way and manner they are showcasing themselves with their criminality and toxicity in the diaspora. Of course you will not fail to remind us (in one way or another) of how much you resent the sharing of accrued oil revenue with the north, especially since some of you somehow mistakenly believe that this oil exclusively belongs you - not minding the clear wordings of the constitution, which ironically was signed into law by a southerner. It is also worthy to note that genesis your pain (of sharing with the north) was originated by the south, not the north; starting from your fore bearers who were first to seized power by force and took this country backwards into 33 years of military regime, dismantled the federal regional structures along with the resource control they used to enjoy and replaced it with a unitary system, therefore setting the foundations of what we have inherited today - a system which your hypocritical lot had caused and complaining about. |
privaldo:https://www.informationng.com/2015/12/underage-voters-in-bayelsa-election-photos.html |
Its not peculiar to Kano alone its also happening in other places in the south, including Bayelsa but not widely reported.
|
Aderr:You have not described how the north is actually holding you in the south back; except to say that it had been holding political power since 1960; which is big lie because you completely ignored the historical and very import year of 1966 in which your region spoilt this country for which you are hypocritically blaming the north. When it comes making Nigeria a mockery, those stats of poverty index, child mortality, disease etc pale to nothing when compared to the wanton disgrace your ppl cause to this country when you travel abroad - stories abound the media on how you are chased, hunted and sometimes killed like rats all over the diaspora due to your criminality and toxic nature. |
supercase1:Be rest assured I am a northerner and a proud one at that; and oh yes, also an Almajiri, if that may please and give you more confidence to further engage me in this line of discussion; in view that you ppl seem to have a low opinion of the educational and intellectual capacity my ppl in the north. Based on your post, you seemed to have hinged all your argument that the north is holding the south back on TWO basic issues: 1) Insurgence in the NE -a.k.a. Boko Haram terrorism. 2) Biafran war instigated by northern ethno-religious violence. If your assertions were true; pls can you explain how could have boko haram activity (that is totally confined in the north) held back progress in the south, particularly in the SE (since by all indications you are Igbo); how has it stopped your governors & LG chairmen from developing your states, held back your industries, jobs, education or even political aspirations as Nigerians? Under Ihejirika as defence chief there was massive extrajudicial killings and maltreatment of innocent civilians to the extent that it was condemned and reported by the UNCHR which in turn prompted America & Europe to deny Nigeria access to buy their weapons to prosecute the war against Boko Haram. It was a lie that northerners caused his sacking; this much was publicly debunked by GEJ himself. https://dailypost.ng/2020/12/16/why-i-sacked-general-ihejirika-as-chief-of-army-staff-goodluck-jonathan/ We can also recall GEJ's diabolical mishandling and justification for failing to seriously take the fight to the insurgents, with his then unfortunate excuse that 'Boko Haram were his siblings and how could he send the Army to wipe out his family'. Not to mention that after diversion of billions meant for the war into his failed 2nd term re-election bid (remember Dasukigate?) while busy campaigning/dancing Michael Jackson in Kano; that Boko Haram had already taken over swathes of Nigerian territory under their control and bombing the seat of his government in Abuja, including the UN building. Therefore note, if Boko haram is truly responsible for holding back southern progress then do not forget that the said group rose to their highest peak under the negligent watch of a southerner (GEJ) and the country had to wait for a northerner (Buhari) to reverse the tide. On your second assertion as to the cause of the war; well impartial historians will tell you differently and would say those wailing and hypocritically blaming the north instigated it with their Igbo dominated coup of 1966. Did you know that when Tafawa Balewa was Prime Minister of Nigeria; Chief of Army Staff was from SE Chief of Naval Staff was from SE IG of Police was from SE Internal Affairs Minister SE External Affairs Minister SE Education Minister South SE Many other key ministries to SE Parliament President SE Unilag VC from SE The University of Ibadan VC from SE North resisted same at ABU! Still, there was dissatisfaction by SE, the officers from the region killed this same Balewa!!!! Furthermore, after murdering the northern premier, Sir Ahmadu Bello and his pregnant wife in cold blood, Nzeogwu went on to add insult upon injury in northern hearts by holding a televised interview in which he cheerfully described how he callously killed their leader. Igbo civilians worsened northern tension by taunting northerners and openly celebrating the selective killings of their political leaders (which also included 27 high ranking military officers mainly from the northern & other regions except the East) in magazines e.g. ;The Drum. they waxed records as well as taunted them in the markets; provoking retaliatory riots/pogrom and after Ojukwu declared secession and fired the first shot. Indeed, there would have been no war and the killings had the SE not caused it. |
Donspicey:Hit me back with bare facts not unsubstantiated denials: do Ndi Ayiyo and Igbo beggars not exist in your region or not?
|

You also put Nigeria on the map in terms of out of school children. At least there are southerners doing Nigeria proud outside the country unlike your people.
