PoliticsRe: Can The North Stand Alone? by namfav(m): 12:23pm On Nov 08, 2011
have you learnt anything from history, if i were an ibo i will think twice about biafra
who says the north is scared of split?

PointB:
Fair enough. If the North can stand on it two feet, why are the scare of losing any section of the country? What exactly is the origin of the primordial fear of the north for a split with the south?
PoliticsRe: Can The North Stand Alone? by namfav(m): 12:22pm On Nov 08, 2011
grin you too much

Desola:
See okoro man and wayo o, cleverly writing SS/SE as if they were an entity already. Ole, barawo banza!

The question is: how will the ibos fare if we decide to shoot them back to their eroded villages? How would they fare without attaching themselves to the oil of the ND?

Now, that is the question!
PoliticsRe: Can The North Stand Alone? by namfav(m): 11:34am On Nov 08, 2011
the north has always stood on its own 2 feet, how did the south stand without the oil? the north was a model, it revolutionized agriculture in the region

PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 11:00am On Nov 06, 2011
thank you very much sister smiley

Bliss4Lyfe:
My support for David Mark is as a compromise to the North, He is in my opinion the lesser of the twin evil that is Sanusi and Buhari. I really do not want Nigeria Islamized. Our secular status is under attack and to hand power to Islamic fundamentalist like Sanusi or Buhari will be detrimental. I love Muslims by the way but am not one and am sure they understand. A Happy Eid To All Nairaland Muslims grin grin

p.s. Fashola is my candidate from the west but not sure about ACN, Chime Sulliven from the East and David Mark from the north. Still think Okonjo Iweala would have made a big change, but Nigerians are too sexiest for that level.

PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 4:08pm On Nov 05, 2011
it could do more harm because of the borders, how the country can be carved it will be full of controversy, i dont know why scared of unity, surely every country has problems

ronkebp:
That would foster ''individual unity'', abi naa!!! everyone would be at peace, i think!!! undecided undecided
PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 4:01pm On Nov 05, 2011
so you want to carve nigeria in a way which the yoruba have there own part, the ibo with there own, the ijaw with there own, the northerners with there own etc.?

ronkebp:
Any why is thathuh?? why should we remain one, when we do not live as one.huhhuh
dont be too sure

PointB:
Sanusi will struggle in Middle Belt, lose in South West, and wont get 5% in SE/SS.

You better shop for a better candidate, than that bigot!
PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 3:51pm On Nov 05, 2011
sanusi cant be muslim to lead the country? he has done more for nigeria than most peoples can give him credit for

icez:
Sanusi who?
That religious bigot and islamic fundamentalist. NO WAY  angry. See what sanusi and his likes have just done in damaturu.

Why should power be rotated ? and to who should it be rotated to ? Is it another corrupt mumu claiming power all because his tribe men support him or what

Bliss4lyf, would you not want a sutuation when you come back to Nigeria and there are good roads, good NHS, etc and a good job waiting for you ? Good security so you can enjoy your money ?

Do you not want that sort of Nigeria for yourself and our children together

PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 1:42pm On Nov 05, 2011
i thought you were alive, if you care for nigeria go back to your home state, rebuild your home state because it is in a mess, dont be a hypocrite, nigeria can't be better or worse because of 1 set of people as you say, nigeria is in the hands of every able nigerian, if you think we are destroying nigeria what is your solution and dont talk about dividing

Bliss4Lyfe:
I am stating fact and u are acting up. We are tired of terrorism and being killed. 2015 America will be at hand to correct this mess created by Britain. We no do again, na by force? huh
PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 12:30pm On Nov 05, 2011
baggage, what baggage? dont you carry your own baggage also? what kind of state do you think that a easterner will rule for nigeria? i thought you wanted  biafra just show consistency because your agenda is very clear you hate nigeria, from the start, by the way do you want a war to get your way? what peace are you talking about if you are not allowing it, you are just a mercenary or a very  little girl who is out touch with reality

Bliss4Lyfe:
Very good, we are now choosing to drop the excess northern baggage to focus on our internal issues. So, go and have your boko republic in the north and let us face ourself on the south. A northerner as things stand will not be allowed to rule Nigeria in peace come 2015, dat is certain, as u make your bed so shall u lay in it.

PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 11:02am On Nov 05, 2011
just becaus you want to blame the north for everything does not mean what you are saying is the truth, you are off the mark here, the most corrupt states in nigeria are in the east, are you giong to blame the north for that? what over shadows you is your self not the north you are talking as if nigeria will be some paradise without the north, you are safetly in england, you dont care about the struggle of nigeria today or in the future, you guys keep talking about biafra, if so then dont you determine who should lead nigeria, we want peace its clear from your blame game that you are itching for some war

Bliss4Lyfe:
Nigeria can die by 2015, it is for the best. I don't see how a particular group can want to continually over shadow the others in affairs dat concern and affect us all.

Do the so called Northerners expect to rule Nigeria in peace come 2015 after the level of violence inflicted on Nigeria and Nigerians, nationally and internationally becos a Nigerian dat is not a Northerner was elected President.

I don't see a Northerner ruling an existent Nigeria in 2015.
PoliticsRe: Should Power Return To The North In 2015? by namfav(m): 9:22am On Nov 05, 2011
no, it is going to the north whether you like or not

we should talk about who is the best candidate out of the north rather than making all these divisive descusions

emmke:
give it to the middle belt. Peace loving, educated and well meaning set of people. Try us and see.
