This is very true about jijj,though its a good platform but sometimes its flooded by agents who have not seen the car.I Was sourcing for a civic 2005 and I called for a clean one I saw on jiji,the agent said everything is intact I went for inspection nd I found out that Ac is bad,gearbox is fried ,rooflining is falling,and enough dents,the picture that was posted on jiji was when the car was newely bought and what I saw physically was a shadow of itself.The stupid agent told me to agree with the seller how much I wud pay and go and change gearbox and Ac unit.I just gbaga.physical inspection in a public place is very very important when buying a car please and please

Naija used cars is a no no. Most times you will regret it. If you must buy naija used, look for direct owners on jiji. That platform is very reliable. When you get a direct owner, you get a chance of knowing the actual status of q car. Before I got my Lexus, I saw one that was used and advertised as buy and drive. When I met the agent he said everything is intact I told him lets take it to a diagnostic center, he first said I will bear the exorbitant cost I agreed he later said he is not going. Then I came with a mechanic who found out the engine has ring problems. I left the car but called back with a new deal that will leave me some change to change the engine completely he agreed at first. Then he changed his mind and said car is sold in the same day. The next day however, I found this same car on Facebook, few month used, buy and drive 100$ as posted by another car agent. In all ur dealings with these liars, u need to be on ur A game. If not they will run around u, through u and within you. Most of these cars the agents post, they've never seen them, just pictures they have.

I have always wondered why someone will import a car and use it for a week, few weeks or few months and then sell it.

Lol.its not my first car that is my problem., my first car was EOD I bought that car 2017, it really gave me problem when I discovered that the engine started to short oil but that is in the past though. I just want a nice upgrade for a clean used car that won't give me any problem at all.I just don't like big daddy Camry bcox as at 2017 when I bought my EOD the price difference was just 100k-150 now I'm surprised they now sell uses Camry for 1m lol.
