Am simply irritated when I hear that some one has committed suicide. As far as there is life, there is hope. I also wrote waec and Jamb severally upon the fact that I am brilliant. it is either, am short 1 score or literature is pass instead of credit, however, all that is over now. coincidentally, I just finished writing a brief story of my journey toward school on my blog

Please don't take laws into your hands, because the law tilts more in favour of tenants. get a lawyer to Give him quit notice if his a yearly tenant If the tenant is on yearly payment, it is 6 months notice that u'll give him and it will start counting frm d day you served him d notice irrespective of how many months he has not paid.

Once the quit notice has been filed validly for 6 months, any day over that 6 months notice means the tenant is holding over that property illegally and he no longer becomes a tenant but a tenant at sufferance and from there onward you dont need to issue him a quit notice again but an OWNERS INTENTION TO RECOVER PREMISES in 7 DAYS And from there onwards the tenant practically has no defence legally when the matter will be filed at the rent tribunal nearest to you.

Tops with all the adjournment within 3 to 5 months the court balliffs will personally come to serve them to eject them of the premises compulsorily.

Let me give you a summary of what you should do .Serve him the statutory notices ie 7 days and one month,then file a suit for recovery of premises at the nearest magistrate court.

Once the case comes up tell the court you are handling the case yourself,enter witness box and tell the court what the man did and the order you are seeking from them.The bailiff will then enter the box and tell the court that he served the man but he didn't come .The court will then grant you the order you are seeking.You will take the judgement copy and go to the bailiff and pay them for policemen.

The policemen and the bailiffs will go to the man's house one early morning, break his house and pack all his properties to the court premises. I hope you learnt something today from this. Goodluck

If you based in Lagos If its Lagos, go through the human right activist section or Mediation center of the State Government. They have many outlets in each local government in the state. They'll charge a fee of #8,000 and would handled the cases

Mumu lady. obviously, the ring the man engaged her with is very expensive. I don't want to talk about the guy that engaged her. My concern is that, she sold the ring all in the name of buying a gown to probably force another man to marry her, who should be thinking of working hard. she is a desperate girl and that comes with alot of mistakes. PH mall is SPAR. located in old GRA. A stone-throw from BMH hospital or a stone-throw from Judiciary( 2 entrance) but if u are driving, it has to be from old GRA. Either way takes you to PH mall

it is not normal, when your airbag light comes o n, it means the computer has seen something wrong with the system and you need it investigated.now what did he do arround the dashboard need to be reversed, tell him that.

I went to refill my A/C gas, but I instructed him
to check for possible leakage or anything that needs fixing before refilling it. everything from the bonnet was fine, then he proceeded to the dashboard and removed alot of stuffs, fortunately everything pertaining the A/C was in order. so subsequently, I started seeing the airbag sign. well, I'll visit his workshop if it can be rectified or better still a professional in that field.

Difference between working for God and working for church, or does it means if you work for church,you automatically work for God?
Pastors or church workers receiving salaries at the end of each months are said to be working for God.. How's that possible and meanwhile most of this pastors/church workers aren't on full time.
To my own understanding, any work you do and earn salaries or wages, so far you're being paid.. You're working for your Tommy.
If you're working for God, you shouldn't expect salaries or wages from anywhere, you give in all and wait till God rewards you massively on his own.
Don't let us mix things up.. So far you're earning monthly payments of which you agreed on it means you're working for the church.
However, anything you agreed on doing for the church growth without expecting a dime from anybody.. You're working for God.

Let's have people's views on this issue.
I'll be glad if this could be shifted to the front page.. People really need to know the difference.
