Kolade354:don't mind the guy...a lot of educated illiterates. When they will just comment without reading the news. How can APC murder a PDP chieftain for defecting to APC? ![]() |
Truckpusher:You're surely the one that has hung himself because I can't guarantee either of them as the saviour of Nigeria and I'm indifferent about the result. |
Truckpusher:now I get! Political bigot! I don't know why people can just lose their objectivity all in the name of politics. |
chibwike:Neither PDP nor APC is the saviour of Nigeria but how can you open your mouth and say PYO is not fit to become VP and mention Sambo? In the name of politics? That's fallacious! |
Truckpusher:Mr medusum interloper...drink water and mind your business hun? Thunder must fire your family because your level of thinking is even worse than that of a truck pusher. Aproko! |
chibwike:Thunder fire you and your Sambo! He's more competent than Sambo ![]() |
thelma76:Exactly |
Chai...there's God |
thelma76:why must it be at the bank? ![]() |
ozoigbondu:You must be an educated illiterate! If sentiments have blindfolded you to the wrongs of a police officer turn political bigot then, I see no reason why your comment should be considered as relevant on this thread! Think about this...what if your relative is affected by the reckless statement made by the Mbu (Oloriibu) whose brain has been emptied by personal aggrandisement? LET'S BE OBJECTIVE!!! |
steppin:And what gives you the assurance that some set of people didn't do that in his name?...think outside the box!!! |
mirexxx:Okay, You're welcome |
tonytony208:Lool...indeed |
GMB! He may not be the best but he's better. |
It is evident from all I've seen that he can't lose. However, his loss would give no doubt to the fact that the election was rigged and, just like my father acclaimed, we are automatically rolling into the terrain of the boko haram's elder brother. Besides, is it the GEJ that's clueless when there was still some funds that will move Nigeria forward when he has emptied the treasury in campaigning and bribing leaders and electorates? I say Nay! |
ellechrystal:No offence sincerely, I just want us to be objective. Sentiments will take us nowhere. All of us know both of them are devils but the choice of the lesser evil appears to be the way forward. Voting for a person that has ruled for six years and I can't rate is like selling the future of my unborn children. Goodnight |
Baawaa:I'm telling you! I don't know him from anywhere, we are not from the same state, we don't practice the same religion but it's so evident. Even from the actions of Jonathan and PDP, there's no doubt that the victory belongs to Buhari if the election is not rigged. |
ellechrystal:hello dear, bury your sentiments please and be objective. As regards the propaganda issh, I think PDP is more guilty of that. I've noticed that it's whatever APC says that PDP and the fani-kayode of a thing says back to the newspaper correspondents after alteration. Even all the topics you've posted are not objective. Apart from the fact that I can't guarantee Buhari as the saviour of Nigeria because he has thieves around him...just give me a good reason why I should vote for Goodluck Jonathan. |
melvinjames:You're the one vomiting nonsense Mr. Man. It's sad and unfortunate that all those shouting goodluck Jonathan have not been able to give me a good reason why I should vote for him. Not even one! I'm sure you're not an exception because all your comment reveals that you've been blindfolded by sentiments. All the acts of GEJ and PDP towards this election and the delirious Fani-Kayode of a thing makes it evident that this man has nothing for us. I can't imagine selling the future of my unborn children because of a visionless and powerless man who doesn't even care what my future holds. I told my parents that the man is a pretender and not a problem-solver but they went ahead and voted for him in 2011. Now they've reaped the fruits of their labour. Take note that I don't know any of the other candidates personally but I know Goodluck is not taking us nowhere. I have assurance you as a person can't wait for six years before sacking an employee that is not only contributing nothing to your company but also bringing misfortune. As regards age, what has your so-called young Jonathan achieved? With his age, you've forgotten how many times he and his wife wasted our money for treatments abroad? I won't be surprised if you're one of those misleading and raining abusive words on people because you have something to gain personally from Goodluck Jonathan's re-election. Imagine a man, who has sold the future of his children, telling me he knows Goodluck has failed but he supports him because that's where cool cash comes from. LET'S BE OBJECTIVE!!! |
ritababe:Lool.m. "He who comes to equity must come with clean hands" |
SagePerv:You just said rubbish! Just memorise without understanding nor writing creatively, in application questions in particular, and fail honourably. |
pietre:I don't have an account at Firstbank nor Skye bank |
blogexpert:Abi? I know he must have duped a countless number of people in that manner. Desperate thing! |
dajoaneke:Not even Lagos Branch. Asero, Abeokuta Branch. My personal text caught him. He was now giving this devilish smile. Very dubious and mischievous somebody. |
pietre:Hmmm...thanks bro. I thought as much. I told him he's worse than our political leaders we abuse everyday. If not for God, I wanted to tell him "Bro, just that you've not started carrying gun, you're a THIEF!!!" |
Help oooo!!! Please I need someone to guide me. I have a feeling I was almost duped at Guarantee Trust Bank today. My elder sister sent me money through Western Union and gave me all the details. I went to GTbank where I have and account. The lady on the counter directed me to the customer service and on getting there, maybe because I appeared like a novice, the guy told me I will first apply for a device amounting to over two thousand Naira before I claim it. I then told him my sister that came with me has collected hers and she was not asked to pay any sum talkless of applying for any device. I later became infuriated and asked him "are you trying to play pranks or what?" "when did they start using that device?" he asked me when my sister claimed hers, but as a budding lawyer, my parent's money must not waste nw...I replied him with confidence and emphasis "you should be the one to tell me when they started using the device first or do you think I'm a fool?" While confronting him, his colleague at the customer service asked what happened and even before I said anything, he responded "he wants to collect western union and I told him he's going to pay a token". I got infuriated again and asked him "why can't you tell her you asked me to apply for a device? That mean you're attempting to dupe me!". Even the woman could not say anything and I had to walk out of the bank because my gas was rising and creating a greater scene would not have been the best. Now, I need the help of anyone that has collected money through Western Union at GTbank to guide me. Moderator, please front page! I need help urgently!! Thank you. |
leki10:I don't think that really matters...there's something called poetic licence. Besides, the lack of punctuation may be figurative. |
Well...you may want to sue for NEGLIGENCE but take note: For the company to be liable in this type of situation, the case of DONOGHUE v STEVENSON has prescribed facts to be proved which includes: 1.) That the Company owes you a DUTY OF CARE 2.) That there was a BREACH of that duty 3.) DAMAGE was caused to you as a result of the breach. Although I may not bore you with the explanation on the requirements but where I think may be technical for you is the aspect of the damage it has caused you. This is because, as against the case of DONOGHUE v STEVENSON, the drink has not been opened and taken by the consumer; in which as it may be proved that it has caused damage to the consumer. Considering the delay in court and the way the judiciary is now, I may want to advise you to find a way to collect the crates of minerals. However, if the client insist on suing, I as a lawyer may argue that the damage was economic loss due resulting from the loss of customers who saw and heard about the drink. |
AmucheJane:Like I said, I'm entitled to my own opinion and I'm not interested in knowing whether you care or not! The best thing would have been for you to just move on...must you comment? Oh! You want me to see your beautiful profile picture? Well...you're beautiful but your idea mentality was not beautiful. The two must go pari passu. Thank you |

Very cool guy!
