Hello Guys , please I need more information on how me as a Nigerian resident might be affected by the COVID 19 regulations in Qatar when travelling to the UK and my flight has a layover in Qatar. Would the Covid 19 test result which I intend to present at the UK airport suffice at Qatar airport and without complications?
Thanks |

Hello Guys , please I need more information on how me as a Nigerian passport holder might be affected when travelling to the UK to study through a flight that has a layover in Qatar if the person is in possession of only a UK study visa and also how can I handle the issue of Covid 19 since Nigeria is on the Red List for Covid 19 for Qatar. Would the Covid 19 test result which I intend to present at the UK suffice at Doha airport without complications? Is it also possible to make a corona test and get a result same day since considering the fact that I am planning to leave Lagos on a Sunday night |

Thanks bro for your response; which courier did you use to get back your envelope? You submitting on Monday and getting back passport today is enviable PlatinumPlato: It depends on the time of travel you indicated. I forwarded on friday and it got to the consulate by monday afternoon. Maybe it was because I indicated 18th as my travel date that made them send it to me today. |

napoleonsmart: OK thanks. Its not that I don't want to be patient, but at times when you fail to plan then you are planning to fail Austinpee4: In under 2 hours, this question has been repeatedly asked! Bros, calm down na. Most people that can help are either busy with one thing or the other but once the 'gurus' show face, they will answer you.
Well, in their absence, let me try.
CIC will request for a new 'START' date and not necessarily a new offer letter. Meaning a new start date for the current offer you applied with.
If you have a new offer from a different school, you will have to reapply with that because the information provided on the application form has Information on the offer letter you applied with. Processing and review of your study permit is based on that( UCI, funds, program etc).
However, an advise will be to wait till you hear from CIC. If they request for a new start date, i believe your school will come up with something for you to finalize your study permit. The evidence of a positive outcome if a new start date is shown will make them revise your current offer. So let CIC reach you first before you proceed. |

Some Banks do ask for return ticket, please what bank processed the PTA for you wthout a return ticket Jejelaye01: Just to confirm what wealth360 said about PTA. You don't need a return ticket to apply for PTA. Was in my bank today and it took me just 3 hours to get my PTA with just my passport and flight itinerary.

Good morning House, Happy Celebrations in advance to us all
My question this morning is this; If my school doesn't differ and CIC hasn't made a decision on my application till date whiles school's resumption and without grace of delay or deferment is Sept 5, 2017. I'm just curious, suppose I'm lucky to later hear from CIC to a positive note, which I believe I would be asked to tender a new offer letter from my school which I don't have.
Would it be possible to send CIC a new offer letter of a different school but a similar Program.
Thanks for your responses Cheers |

So if a Student opts to go through NOUN, are you saying he/she might be admitted for a B.Sc course in Germany that would not require him/her to have a knowledge of German, I mean a B.Sc with a medium of instruction as English? Thanks for enlightening me neccki: MyOwnOpinion: NOUN is easier. |

Please are you sure about this, do not get us confused especially for some of us thinking of arranging for our spouse to join us after arrival in Germany. I have read on German immigration website that Foreign nationals who are Resident permit holders can arrange for there spouse to come in but I don't know how this works since I am yet to get in. LolahJ: You cannot travel with your spouse on student visa. Get there, after you get your RP extension, send an invitation letter to your spouse while she applies for a short stay schengen visa. Except you guys want to play it that you're both going to study. Separate application enteries. 2 blocked accounts. |

Good morning house, please I want your advise on behalf of my bro. He applied since May 10 (14 weeks now) via paper route and we have still not heard from CIC. The deadline to School resumption is September 1. During application we made part payment for tuition and was hoping that we will get a response before now which is supposed to help us decide if we complete the payment or not. As at last week we had to pay the remaining balance for the tuition because School placed a deadline of August 16 on payment of tuition. My question now is that,is it advisable to send receipt to CIC to let them know we have completed the tuition? If it is right to send the receipt, then how do I go about it? I already linked his application to an online account...
Thanks for the advise on what to do |

This is not how to get things done, you acting like schooling in Germany is your birth right. Are you a German? Renewable0216: Hello guys,
I trust everyone is having a great day.
In the light of the recent rejection of Student Visa application from the Embassy...It's obvious our only hope of getting them to re-think their stand is to involve our Legislators and Govt Officials.
I've read that some other Asian countries are facing similar challenge but he truth is Nigerians are the only ones in Africa. The Embassy in Accra attends to 3 countries and it's still open till probably September if not longer...so that argument does not hold water.
In nut, myself and couple of guys have thought it right to get the attention of well-meaning Nigerians to wedge in on our case and call the Embassy to act right.
An article has been put up and we need to flood our Social media handles with this information! LIKE FLOOD IT TILL THEY WOULD HAVE TO RESPOND TO IT.
I believe everyone on this platform should ACTIVELY participate in this; not only those who are yet to get interview dates. VICTORY FOR ONE IS VICTORY FOR ALL.
This is a case of some people choosing to crush our dreams and aspirations, we shouldn't fold our arms!
If you really believe in result, then LET'S GO ALL OUT TO TWEET and RETWEET, write / share the blog url, Write on facebook, Call that Uncle and Friend in positions of authority.
Copy the President and Osibanjo, all Senators- Murray Bruce, Abike Dabiri, Dino Melaye...ALL OF THEM! , The House of Rep, Media Houses, Linda, Sahara Reporters and every other person you can.
THIS IS ABOUT OUR FUTURE...waiting one year after all the emotional, financial stress and hard work done to get the admission shouldn't go down the drain...
WE ARE THE YOUTH, WE MUSTN'T JUST ALLOW PEOPLE PEDDLE WITH OUR LIVES.
I hope this plea will resonate with everyone here...Even those that have gotten interview dates and those who are yet to even apply.
We need you to make this a reality. The likes, share, re-tweet, copy would go a lonnnnng way!
