You guys are not hearing about #buynaijatogrownaira? What happened to College of Aviation Technology, Zaria? Why go to South Africa?

Well, aviation industry is where I am planning to send my son when he grows up.

Op, oya barb me the hair you barb Albert at emekauzo74@gmail.com
College of aviation is a long story. They announced the sale of form 4 sp31 (standard pilot course 31) that was late 2013. People bought forms for 10k in spqce that late 2013 to 2015 august when 287 people wrote the exam and just 8 were picked. They needed more so the purchase of form was open again that was when i bought the form around september then i wrote the exam december 2015 d paper that the invigilator was holding had almost 100 plus names but only 61 of us wrote the exam. They asked us to wait for them to go and mark it. After an hour to 2 they came back and called 5 people out and said thats all. It was around february this year i saw notification that the school is resuming and the fee has been increased. I cant go to that kind of school to waste my time oo

Do they used glass cockpit for their training?
No. They said employers are not interested in hours of simulation they want the main thing. So they replaced simulation with more hours of flight

PPL with instrument rating, night rating, CPL, multi engine all goes for $20k that's for the school im going in south Africa but PEA is far better

You'll need a minimum of 1,500 flight hours before u can enrol for ATPL in a good school. Type rating comes first to enable you land an airline job. its very competitive getting a flying job with the majors like Emirates. The school you trained and flying hours (experience) determine your employability with the majors. what many pilots do and what I'll advice you is don't solely depend on the majors after your training, also apply to regional airlines and start building your hours before aiming at the majors.

Good luck
Thanks

nice one. where do u intend to do your type rating? if u ever hope to fly in Nigeria make such u type rate with Boeing not Airbus as Nigerian air carriers are mostly Boeing. and very importantly I'll advice you research the airline you'd like to work for to know the types of fleet they have. this will aid u on deciding which aircraft to type rate with.. other oversea airlines will mostly require you to type rate with Airbus A320

Good Luck and welcome to the sky...
I'm hoping to join Emirates but it depends how things go in future. I was going to keep tabs on emirate sending them email time to time to inform them on my progress and decision taking since I'm coming to look for a job with them so if they agree to give me tips and advice I'm sure everything will go smoothly. After the instructor course at PEA am expecting to get a job as a paid flight instructor but I'm not sure that'll happen because I didnt do ab-initio to cpl with them but I can get a job as a non paid flight instructor to gain flight hours. After that I want to do the ATPL and jet type rating I don't know which one comes first. Pls are u a pilot now? I need tips

Response please!!!
No need to arrange the docs in any specific way
It doesn't matter when you print the statement as far as it shows history of couple of months back
Making a bulk deposit that'll really change the face of the acc balance will raise suspicion but I'm not so sure...

Sometime I can't say the difference between reality and a dream. I think 2 weeks ago I was in my bros house, the room I stayed has no fan so I decided to go to the sitting room around 1am to turn on the AC to cool myself then return to the room. So when I was enjoying the AC I started feeling sleepy and I remembered my bro said he doesn't want any1 to sleep on the couch. Before I knew it I started dozing on the couch then later I heard his footstep coming and I was like ewo!! let me stand up. I couldn't move any part of my body I couldn't even talk uptil the time my bro walked near where I was lying down but I didn't see his face, I was surprised he was just standing and not saying anything and still I couldn't move. When I was able to move he wasn't there again and I just realized that everyone in the house was asleep and that wasn't my bro that was standing there... I just turned off the AC and went to bed. I don't know if it was a dream or reality

What the check is the inflow and outflow of money in the 3 months bank statement you submit.
If your sponsor has a stable inflow/outflow then submit your sponsor bank 3 month statements with a letter sponsorship duly signed by your sponsor.
Thanks man.

So after getting the funds transferred to my account I'll go get my own bank statement. That means my sponsors and my own bank statement needs to be shown
