Miraclestar:Their robbery is becoming too much. That's how the other day my BBC data plan finished in two days after I downloaded videos worth 400MB. My data became extremely slow that I had to wait for like 3 to 5mins for Nairaland frontpage 2 load. I checked status and they said I do not have data plan that I should please subscribe. Their matter don tire me jawee; am buying a glo sim for that purpose. |
Segadem:Then next time I will just ignore. I was just curious that was y I picked in the first place. |

I forgot 2 add on Saturday, I was called by 180 asking me how I have been enjoying their network. I was like flattering the lady, how do I manage receiving calls from call centre without me lodging any complains whatsoever. I was told am one of their loyal customers. I was then introduced to mtn 15mins call bundle for N120 at N8/min. I subscribed for it. Yesterday I went for a burial, at the point of prayers for the deceased, I received a call which I had to hangup right in my pocket. It was after that, I discovered it was call centre calling. I was just wondering why is it so? I started wondering maybe it's because I normally transfer my credit from my other lines to dis one. I do have like N3,000 credits on d line on a regular basis which I use just for calls. Is it that they have discovered this and are looking for ways to take that credits on a regular basis. This and many more are the questions on my mind. |
A number, 33592, called me and me in my curious state decided to pick only to hear an advertorial from my network provider. The line went dead almost immediately. Some few minutes later, I received this message; "Y'ello, you have successfully subscribed for QURAN ALERTS service at N50.00, and it will be renewed on 2014-11-20.To cancel the subscription send STOP KORAN to 33592" See me see wahala o, when and how did I subscribe to this. I was just wondering if it's a general thing or just my own special piece of surprise from MTN. What do you guys think? |

I recently moved to Zaria from akwa ibom state for further education and in search of greener pastures. Barely a month in my new environ, i noticed that my left eye was shedding little tears and partially closed. I asked around and was told so many people had been down with apollo. Hearing this, i immediately mixed dettol with water and used it to rinse my face allowing the solution to drizzle into my eye. It's painful but i learnt the most potent druggs always give the most pain at the time of administering . I was relieved and felt much better after repeating the procedures for almost three days. I stopped using the dettol. About a week later it came back, though, someone looking me right in the eye might not notice it but i can feel d pain in my eye and the occasional itches. Having googled some things, i learnt it could be a viral or bacterial infection. Am wondering if i should buy eye drop or any other medications. Please doctors in d house, help me with a solution cuz the thing is making me feel unnecessarily shy. Patiently waiting..... |

mainheart:It's full of newspaper columnists writeups derived from the dailies. Some years back, I read most of Reuben abati epistles on NVS |
Thank God the site is back. I checked yesterday. Now I can go read me some newspaper editorials! |
Randerl:Guy u go pay rent for encroaching this space! |
whenever I'm in the mood to read some editorials; I just login to the site. I hope and pray, the site will be back in no time. My heart goes to the owner, don't know him, since he's not as popular as Seun. |
This is outrageous! I was just going through www.nigeriavillagesquare.com and discovered that the site has been brought down once again by a group of hackers led by Mr. Xenophobic. A quick check showed that the site was hacked in the build up to the general elections in 2010. Now here we are again awaiting the 2015 general elections and the site has gone down once again. I pray and hope the site will be back in no time. Oya frontpage where are thou? Seun, Mynd44, OAM4J,afam4eva and co
