The next phase is procurement of nuclear weapons, this is currently ongoing.
Buhari and his team has decided to call US a bluff and are ready to destroy the previous military pact with the US.
The government is preparing for an arm uprise by the people of South East who are bent on self rule.
The decision to adopt the Russian pact was taken by Abubakar Malami, Monguno, and El-Rufai.

I was in Abuja a week ago and had a friendly discussion with a decent Kanuri man from Yobe. In the course of information exchanges, he emphasized 4 important things which many Nigerians never took into consideration in respect to the amalgamated nation called Nigeria.
Firstly, he emphasized that we do not have a leader in Nigeria. What we have is a maximum ruler.
2ndly, Buhari govern Nigeria by instructions.
Thirdly, Buhari has no objectives nor did he know where the autopilot mode he set Nigeria will end. However, he believes in the people he appointed to execute the instructions given by Aso Rock cabbals without objectives.
Fourthly, there is no value in the country anymore, the relative value that bound Nigerians together has been totally destroyed by Major General Buhari who values cattle more than the citizens of the Nation he rules.
The bottom line of this post is that Buhari is a boss who rules by instructions, that has no clear objective which made it impossible for his downline foot soldiers to administer. A true leader govern his nation by Value.
This is the reason, the project Nigeria has never worked.
It is time to balkanise the entity of wicked late laggard and liberate the people of Southern Nigeria from the oppressive Hausa-Fulani hegemony regime.

I have reached a conclusion on the selfish nature of parasitic people of Northern Nigeria. 6.To speak the Language of imprisonment and Killing to any descent or agitators of secession.

12. To allocate 95% of Southern oil blocks in both onshore and offshore to Northerners in the 2022/2023 planned exercise.
13. To ensure total environmental degradation in all oil producing communities in the South this will make it impossible for them to grow food crops.
14. To ensure the speedy passage of water resources bill that will ceed all water bodies and resources in Nigeria to the Federal Government.
15. To register 55% of Malians, Chadians and Nigeriens as Nigerians in the ongoing National identity enrollment.
15. To interconnect Chad, Niger and Northern Nigeria via a World class modern railway system.
16. To promote non taxable SME investments and agriculture in the North.
