Do not cofuse me with any 'people' abeg. I have been one of the harshest critics of Havertz performances.

Werner is just a piss-poor footballer who relies on his speed to rack up numbers. The reason he doesn't get as much criticsm is because of volume of tries. He's bound to get something eventually because he will not stop trying....even though he will fluff 90% of opportunities he has, including simple passes. This is not to be confused with helping the team play better.

Havertz is not this.

I don't agree with all this Havertz bashing. I have been on the side of harsh criticism of him but it is ridiculous to state that he doing nearly as badly as what is being shared on here.

Yes for the price tag we should be seeing a lot more productivity but he really has brought a lot of improvement to his game. Let's be honest.

RLC is the most appropriate. He brings balance, strength and height to the team. This is why he will play.

James will return to RWB. Mount will play up front.

If we have a full squad, with Kante, Kovacic and Jorghinho available, we will go toe-to-toe with any team in Europe.

The only thing that could keep me worried is the Lukaku conundrum.

Not fair criticism. He's being played out of position. We can't use that to judge him.

Criticism. Not me. I don't criticise Barkley. I just know what he is not. Plus I like to see players given time in a position to see how they can evolve.

What I don't stand for is the constant making it to be the messiah of central midfield. He is not that. If you watch the structural set-up for Tuchel's system well, you can see that Barkley's habit to free-will in midfield is constantly breaking the structure....and this is why he doesn't play.

In this game, he should be playing in a position that allows the LWB, LWF and the LCB to find him in triangles of play. That position is required not just for the advancing of forward play, but for the press as well.

But he's not doing that. Often that free-will is required when everything has collapsed and we need a goal by any means.

He is a good and useful player for the squad.That's all.
