charles0922: Building their zone indeed, a part from Lagos where again, the SE helped build Lagos of today.if they leave that zone do u think IGR will still be the same let us face fat So you think ikechukwu will leave his spare part business and follow you to biafra or chief obiora will leave all the property he has in Lagos and follow you to biafra to start again or uche that ran away from the village to come and hawk table water in lago will want to go back? Let that sink for a moment. You said you help build Lagos that's true cos you lot you lot ran away from your misery for greener pasture and the people of Lagos are so tolerant and welcoming that you outsider now feel like the owner of the land. tolerance is the key. About the IGR if you wakos leave more people will come from other parts of the country or Africa. Everyone is replaceable |

Why does Lagos focus all its development on the Island?
There is also a beautiful beach side place called Badagry and it's environs. Ibeju lekki is not island. Once this is complete and the 4th mainland it will bring rapid development to all ikorodu axis too badagry should wait for another project |

MARKETfund: Undervalue you say? Guy with the Current value of the naira cars has grossly undervalued. When I renewed my insurance early this year I double-valued my car and paid the differential. Nigerian roads are death traps coupled with mostly bad drivers everywhere. In the event of my car is totalled I can't afford to be handed over a paltry which used to be my car's worth a few years back. A sum that would hardly buy my car today even when halved. It's better not to insure at all than to under insure. He will be indemnify to the tune the car was insured for. |

Most of the point raised are not applicable in Nigeria but I enjoyed the no claim bonus with AXA Mansard this year and it was cool.
If you want a cheap comprehensive insurance try AXA Mansard auto flex you can select the covers you want |

beey2: Generally except where otherwise it is expressly stated in the policy document Comprehensive Insurance covers all drivers authorized by the policyholders (owners).
Your personal driver is authorised by you except your insurer can proof that he acted outside his duty of employment or without your permission.
I'm a professional. In the case of theft insurance doesn't cover it. you can as well give the car to your driver and file for claim from the insurance company claiming your driver stole your car. |

Breaking Bad is great When you hear, 'previously on AMC's Breaking Bad' you must raise your glass. 24 is good though; that guy saying 24 is damn predictable should watch again. 24 is not Flash or Daredevil series. 24 is just 24. you cant compare it to the likes of Prison Break and Breaking Bad |

Crime › Nigerian Man Forges Ghana Chief Of Staff’s Signature, Dupes Foreigner by nathandrake(op): 3:13pm On Sep 07, 2016 |
A 38-year-old Nigerian man, Dennis Ndukwu, has been arrested in Ghana for allegedly forging the signature of top government officials for fraud. Ndukwu allegedly forged signatures of the Finance Minister, Seth Terkper, Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, and other high profile personalities and defrauded a foreign investor to the tune of 150,000 dollars. According to GhanaWeb, the police uncovered the operations of Ndukwu and his gang in June, following the suspicion of the victim’s bankers. Ndukwu and his gang, through internet hacking, got to know about challenges being faced by the victim, a Vietnamese investor, Le Van Khiem, who had invested over 8.5 million dollars in Ghana. He allegedly posed to the investor as the secretary to the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, and boasted he could use the high office to assist him. In further trying to convince the victim, Ndukwu was said to have later produced various documents purportedly signed by the Chief of Staff and the Finance Minister. The unsuspecting victim thereafter gave his personal items including his visa card and code to Ndukwu and his syndicate, giving them access to withdraw over 100,000 dollars from his account to aid the process. The victim’s bankers, who considered the withdrawal unusual, were said to have raised query on the account which led them to block the account, but prior to this, the suspected fraudsters had allegedly obtained several thousands of dollars. However, luck ran out on them as during the withdrawal of the last tranche of the transferred money, Ndukwu was arrested at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle. According to the Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, ASP Afia Tenge, who confirmed the arrest, Ndukwu admitted committing the offence, and mentioned one Robert Amuzu as an accomplice. Tenge stated that investigations were ongoing. http://omojuwa.com/2016/09/nigerian-man-forges-ghana-chief-staffs-signature-dupes-foreigner/ |

Alezy: This is the problem with Nigeria, this is why we have buhari as our president, this is why we are suffering and if care is not taken, this is why we will keep suffering.
We always Vote for party instead of individual, We always vote for what we have seen from the previous person from a certain party, using it to judge what will happen in the future. We always forget that everybody ain't got same reasoning.
If that's Ur reason to vote Obaseki or APC then pls, think again till u find a good reason to. Else..... please lets put aside party why would anyone want to vote a pastor that lied to the entire people of edo state a pastor that claimed he has clear is name with Effc and for Effc to issue a statement to debunk him the next day a pastor that says Edo state have only 17 physics teacher and 12 biology teachers only for me to call 3 of my friends serving in diff schools in Benin to confirm if they all have physics and biology teachers in their school which they all said Yes. 3 random school and they alll have 3 physics and biology teacher in one local government in the state.... i rest my case A pastor that is promoting alcohol in a bid to win an election, is that what he preaches to is congregation? SO TELL ME WHY WILL I VOTE FOR SUCH MAN? |
