And you learnt from your mistake... Or so you think
And in that trauma another came
And the pay continues
And you make vows
And you regret
And the police makes you see reason with him
And he corners the police too
The police
Then you take another step
And false promises
And give you instances
For them to twist the matter on you
Question them
Look for them
Borrow

Friends can be annoying but most times we don't know which one is in need of our help. Follow and learn.

Happened to me once. Rain was falling, rushing for an interview and I bumped into a man. Thank God I was polite cos he ended up being my interviewer and I passed his stage. |
Yesterday sterling bank intentionally shaded five banks and this began to trend as bank wars. This strategy gave sterling bank an additional 10,000 followers within 24hrs. As at yesterday before the controversy it had 50k followers. Now it has over 60k followers. So sometimes controversy is good for business.

Genea:Not yet. Just wanted to know. |
Please who knows what the next stage is? |
onlineadejoh:Just forget it. APC is on federal level. APC has all the influence it needs. |
EternalTruths:Belief? Ok o. I sha pity Ekiti. It would be littered with cow shit. |
EternalTruths:Fayemi also owed during his time when the going was good in Nigeria. |
Bukolar1:Perfect description of his hiding. |
Chizuru01:But on the news what did you see? Fayose Vs. Fayemi Fayemi had a stronger presence than his counterpart. If you had watched their individual interviews you would understand. The pdp candidate kept saying Fayose, while Fayemi talked more of himself. |
Fayemi won because courage speaks better than cowardice. Fayemi stood for himself, while the PDP candidate (what many know him as) stood, or rather hid under the wings of Fayose. It was a battle between Fayose and Fayemi and the person Fayose was even fighting for acted almost non challant. Lesson: Leadership always goes to the brave. Be brave and fight for yourself. Congrats to Fayemi, the new governor elect of Ekiti.

After posting about how I lost jobs at final interviews, several people who got excited by the fact that my CV was top notched and got me several invites, kept sending emails and commenting to teach or help them create a winning C.V. Since I'm also hustling and can't help each of them individually, I have decided to make this post to hint them on how to write a C.V that will get you invites. Preliminary: Before thinking of getting an invite with your CV, you must have undergone school and graduated well (Most organisation request for minimum of 2:2 or at times 2:1. If you have a 2:2 and so many 2:1s applied then your chances are slim) Secondly, you must have added value to yourself through certifications (thousands of people have 2:1s and first class, the way to set yourself apart is to show your willingness to improve yourself with certifications. I have more than 3) Thirdly, achievements is a big deal, you have to show you are a leader and a winner with your achievements (add at least two, if you dont have then go and achieve something) C.V proper: After you must have had all these, the next is how you present them in your CV 1) Your fonts: a couple of people sent me their CVs to edit and their fonts was not just it. Use Arial, calibri or times new romans and your font size should be 12. 2) highlight your headings: your CV looks plain, the person reading it dont know where you started talking about your work experience or where you wrote your personal data. 3) Make it short and precise: dont make a five paged CV, nobody would read it. Make it short and put precise details not unnecessary trash. At most 2 pages for graduates and 4 for people with years of experience. 4) Have a new CV for every job: try always to cut your experiences to suit the firm you are applying to. You cant be applying customer care and put welding as job experience. 5) Send to organisations that Match your qualification and that you meet the criteria: they said 2:1 and you have 2:2 and you applied expecting miracle to happen, it wont. Or they said engineers and you read accounting and applied. Bros why? I hope this helps. This is what i applied and have multiple invites, sometimes i leave one interview for another because i can have as much as three interviews in a day. See you at the top. |
For those of you asking for my CV whether through emails or by posting your emails here. I just made a post on how I constructed my CV maybe you should check it out. As im unable to attend personally to all of you. Me self dey hustle no time. Thank you for understanding. Peace. And thanks to all for advise and motivation. Peace. |
