Hello house, pls I need some information and I will appreciate your contributions, I was in Dubai Dec 2015/ Jan 2016 for a month's stay, I was just going through my passport this morning and noticed that my passport was not stamped exit when I was leaving unlike my previous trips, and I' m supposed to be going back soon, pls what does this mean and will I have any problems with the immigrations? And how can I check that I don't have any issues in their system? I can remember vividly when I was coming back, I did join the queue and submitted my passport and I was cleared and it was returned to me and I was allowed to pass, the passport only has the entry stamp and no exit, thanks

use ur entry permit number to check on de edrnd web, it would show d date u exited if not it shows u are still in d country (overstay) or left illegally then serious fine/ban beholds you.

there is NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT in UAE. even if u like marry the Sheikh Zayed daughter. You get to renew ur residence permit every 2 or 3 yrs

It depends on if you want to wear them or sell them. For me the quality of clothes here is poor because they don't last long and also very expensive. But it all depends on your preference. As a woman we can buy simple chiffon and sell to 'our' people at Dubai rates ...lol

u don't earn per hour here unless u are a pro or maybe on personal visa. Company pays per month. Least paid I know is 800aed and up to 40000aed. So u cut ur coat according to ur size.

yes you can. Someone working wit me came without emirates id . your new company would have to apply for you or you can go apply for it at a typing centre.

My friend's agent just sent him his employment visa without signing or thumb-printing any contract paper , this is making me suspect it could be fake visa but we have not been able to confirm the visa on the immigration portal, is there any other way this agent are doing this ?

depends on wen the company sends ur documents to ministry of labour. From that day it can b out in less Dan 10 days if all requirements are met by the company. U can hold any amount cos na 9ja immigrations. They must ask for sorting even if u hold the required 1k$

Since company A is free zone, then there won't be any ban if you leave Company B. But I'll advice you to atleast complete 6 months probation period with your present company to avoid stories that touch.

Go through the first contract you signed and see the conditions
In my contracts its stated that you can leave during your probation period without notice or your employer can terminate your employment without notice, then after 6 months you have to give one month notice before resignation or termination as the case may be...

@justi4jesu, curvelady , mouchouchou and everyone that knows more: I need expert advice on this a company (A) is planning to steal me from my current employer (B) which I have been in for just 5months. A asked me to cancel and join them but B said I have to cancel and exit the country. A is in free zone while B is in labour zone. What are my chances of coming back with a visit visa after I exit ? And what other way can I use to escape ban from labour.??

did some findings about the firm and they only recruits labourers on direct employments. Its a construction company. Moreso did u have any form of interview on phone or Skype. Doubt so; if u have made any payment u just have to b cool wit you agent so he wouldn't abandon u. Most especially ask for the contract cos it ought to be attached to this doc he sent u to sign

its in order but did u see the terms of the contract before thumb printing ? Because it shows u accepted whatever is in the contract.
