never heard or seen anything like 3months ban. It's has always been 6months and one year.
6months ban: if you leave ur labour contract without proper reasons.
One year ban: if you loose a case against your employer or leave a government job or so. I stand corrected

Anything pertaining to Name correction or date of birth can only be done at Immigrations Office in Abuja. I stand to be corrected though.

not sure it's only in abuja cos 2yrs ago wen I had to make some changes on my passport, I did it in Port harcourt but dont know about now.

u can have a master's in UAE if and only if u have about 9million naira @ ur disposal. Buh university of dubai is d cheapest which would cost u about 1.2million for tuition

letter to do what? Yes any immigration office or ministry of health in Nigeria, always apply for your visa before booking for ur flight. Wat if ur visa didn't show till after d day u booked? U can book visa+ticket via same platform
